Claims (21)
- Klemmmittel zum Klemmen von stangenförmigen Gütern, wobei das Klemmmittel eine Hülse (1) aufweist, die an einem ersten stirnseitigen Ende (2) oder an einem zweiten gegenüberliegenden stirnseitigen Ende (3) beginnende Schlitze aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitze von dem ersten Ende (2) der Hülse (1) zu dem zweiten Ende (3) der Hülse (1) verlaufen und dass die Hülse (1) durch die Schlitze in Segmente 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d unterteilt ist.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) in Teilen der die Schlitze begrenzenden seitlichen Flächen (4) zumindest in Abschnitten Ausnehmungen (5) aufweisen.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (5) kehlenartig oder rinnenartig ausgebildet sind.
- Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) radial verschiebbar sind.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) in einer ersten Stellung auf einer innenliegenden Position zueinander sind (Klemmstellung).
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) in einer zweiten Stellung auf einer außenliegenden Position zueinander sind (Freigabestellung).
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmmittel ein oder mehrere ein- oder mehrteilige Rückstellelemente (6) umfasst, mit welchen die Segmente (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) der Klemmstellung in die Freigabestellung bewegbar sind.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellelemente (6) elastische Gummi- oder Kunststoffteile umfassen.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellelemente (6) elastische Bänder aus Kunststoff oder Gummi sind.
- Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, die Rückstellelementen (6) in den Ausnehmungen (5) in den die Schlitze begrenzenden seitlichen Flächen (4) der Segmente (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) angeordnet sind.
- Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmmittel Elemente zum Verschieben (Verschiebeelemente) aufweist, mit welchen die Segmente aus der Freigabestellung in die Klemmstellung bewegbar sind.
- Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmmittel Elemente zum Halten (Halteelemente) aufweist, mit welchen die Segmente in der Klemmstellung gehalten werden.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebeelemente und die Halteelemente miteinander kombiniert sind und kombinierte Verschiebe- und Halteelemente (7) sind.
- Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmmittel ein im Wesentlichen ringförmiges Element (7) umfasst, das einen ringförmigen Hohlraum aufweist, der einen Druckmittelanschluss (7a) hat und eine Druckkammer (7b) bildet.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Element die Hülse (1) umgreift.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine innenliegende Wand (7c) der Druckkammer (7b) unter Druckeinwirkung auf ein Medium ein der Druckkammer (7b) radial nach innen verschiebbar ist.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die innenliegende Wand (7c) der Druckkammer (7b) unter Druckeinwirkung und/oder ohne Druckeinwirkung an der Hülse (1) anliegt.
- Klemmmittel nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) der Hülse (1) unter Zwischenschaltung der innenliegenden Wand (7c) der Druckkammer (7b) unter Druckeinwirkung in die Klemmstellung verschiebbar sind und/oder in der Klemmstellung haltbar sind.
- Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Element (7) ein Element der Halteelemente, Verschiebeelemente oder Verschiebe- und Halteelemente (7) ist.
- Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innenliegende Wandung (7c) der Druckkammer (7b) eine Membran ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Klemmen von stangenförmigen Gütern in einer Ziehmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein oder mehrere Klemmmittel nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 20 aufweist.
