Claims (8)
- Hochdruckentladungslampe mit einem Lampensockel (1) und einem axialsymmetrischen Entladungsgefäß (30), in dessen Entladungsraum (300) eine Metallhalogenide enthaltende ionisierbare Füllung und Elektroden (31, 32) zur Erzeugung einer Gasentladung angeordnet sind, wobei das Entladungsgefäß (30) mit einer lichtdurchlässigen Mattierung (37) versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichtdurchlässige Mattierung als partielle Mattierung (37) des Entladungsgefäßes (30) im Bereich des Entladungsraumes (300) ausgebildet ist, die auf einen sich über einen Teil des Entladungsgefäßumfanges erstreckenden Abschnitt der Innenseite oder Außenseite des Entladungsgefäßes (30) beschränkt ist, wobei dieser Abschnitt eine wohldefinierte Lage bezüglich des Lampensockels (1) aufweist. - Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die lichtdurchlässige Mattierung (37) über einen Bereich von weniger als 35 Prozent des Entladungsgefäßumfangs erstreckt.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, deren Entladungsgefäß (30) ein erstes, sockelnahes Ende (302) und ein zweites, sockelfernes Ende (301), aus der eine Stromrückleitung (38) herausgeführt und zum Lampensockel (1) zurückgeführt ist, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Querschnittsebene senkrecht zu der Entladungsgefäßachse zumindest ein Teil des mattierten Abschnitts (37) innerhalb eines Winkelbereichs von 70 Grad bis 200 Grad entlang des Entladungsgefäßumfangs angeordnet ist, wobei der Winkel in der Querschnittsebene gegenüber der Verbindungslinie zwischen der Entladungsgefäßachse mit der Stromrückleitung (38) gemessen wird.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil des mattierten Abschnitts (37) innerhalb eines Winkelbereichs von 120 Grad bis 160 Grad entlang des Entladungsgefäßumfangs angeordnet ist.
- Hochdruckentladungslampe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichtdurchlässige Mattierung (37) aus Ablagerungen von Metalloxiden an der Innenseite des Entladungsgefäßes (30) besteht.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Hochdruckentladungslampe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum partiellen Mattieren der Innenseite des Entladungsgefäßes (30) vor dem Anbringen eines Lampensockels (1) in dem abgedichteten, mit den Elektroden (31, 32) und der Metallhalogenide enthaltenden, ionisierbaren Füllung versehenen Entladungsgefäß (30) in horizontaler Lage eine Gasentladung erzeugt wird, so dass zwischen den Elektroden (31, 32) ein Entladungsbogen (39) entsteht, und anschließend die Lage der mittels der Gasentladung erzeugten partiellen Mattierung (37) beim Anbringen des Lampensockels (1) gegenüber dem Lampensockel (1) ausgerichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Hochdruckentladungslampe, deren Entladungsgefäß (30) ein erstes, sockelnahes Ende (302) und ein zweites sockelfernes Ende (301), aus dem eine zum Lampensockel (1) zurückgeführte Stromrückleitung (38) herausgeführt, besitzt, beim Anbringen des Lampensockels (1) das Entladungsgefäß (30) gegenüber dem Lampensockel (1) und der Stromrückleitung (38) derart ausgerichtet wird, dass zumindest ein Teil der durch die Gasentladung erzeugte Mattierung (37) innerhalb eines Winkelbereichs von 70 Grad bis 200 Grad entlang des Entladungsgefäßumfangs angeordnet ist, wobei der Winkel in einer Querschnittsebene senkrecht zur Entladungsgefäßachse gegenüber der Verbindungslinie zwischen der Entladungsgefäßachse und der Stromrückleitung (38) gemessen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Anbringen des Lampensockels (1) das Entladungsgefäß (30) schrittweise um einen vorgegebenen Winkel um seine Längsachse gedreht wird und nach jeder Drehung in der jeweils erreichten Position eine Messung der Breite des Entladungsbogens (39) durchgeführt wird.
