Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Core-Garn (8), wobei ein Corefaden (6) einer Faserlunte (1) zugeführt wird, bevor die Faserlunte (1) durch Drehung verfestigt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Corefaden (6) vor der Vereinigung mit der Faserlunte (1), insbesondere auf Bruch überwacht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwachung mechanisch, optisch, kapazitiv oder induktiv erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Corefaden (6) eine Rolle (16) zugeordnet ist, welche mit dem Corefaden (6) dreht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle (16) an einem Schwenkarm (15) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil des Schwenkarmes (15) eine Prüfeinrichtung für die Drehung der Rolle (16) aufnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer Lichtquelle (21) in dem Schwenkarm (15) ein Empfänger zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Empfänger für von Speichen (24) od. dgl. der Rolle (16) reflektiertes Licht neben der Lichtquelle (21) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schwenkarm (15) ein Schalter (20) vorgesehen ist.
