Claims (6)
- Müllbehälter mit einem Korpus, einem Deckel und wenigstens einer Deckelentlastung, insbesondere die ein Federelement aufweist und mit der der Deckel (8) in einer wenigstens teilweise geöffneten Stellung haltbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckelentlastung ein Druckfederelement, insbesondere eine Gasdruckfeder (4), umfasst, das mit seinem ersten Ende direkt oder indirekt am Korpus, insbesondere gelenkig befestigt ist und an dessen zweitem Ende eine Hubstange (6) direkt oder indirekt angelenkt ist, über die eine Öffnungskraft auf den Deckel (8), insbesondere dessen Unterseite, ausübbar ist, wobei die Federkraft des Druckfederelementes über eine Führung, an der das zweite Ende des Druckfederelementes direkt oder indirekt anliegt, in Deckelöffnungsrichtung umgelenkt ist.
- Müllbehälter nach einem der vorherigen Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubstange am zweiten Ende des Druckfederelementes direkt oder indirekt über einen Hebel/ein Element (4c) angelenkt ist.
- Müllbehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubstange (6) am Deckel (8) gelenkig befestigt ist oder an der Deckelunterseite, insbesondere mit einer am Stangenende angeordneten Rolle, anliegt.
- Müllbehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende des Druckfederelementes (4) direkt oder indirekt über ein Führungselement, insbesondere eine Rolle (4b), an einer Führungskurve (7) anliegt.
- Müllbehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (7) als Gleitschiene oder Rollenführung ausgebildet ist.
- Müllbehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er stapelbar ist mit weiteren Müllbehältern.
