Abstract

The invention relates to a locking device (5) for locking the lid of a tank reservoir of a vehicle which can be opened or closed. The inventive device comprises a locking element (20) for blocking the lid of the tank reservoir in the closed position thereof and a servomotor (19) for displacing said locking element (20) from a locking to blocking position. Said locking device (5) is characterised in that it is embodied in the form of a modular pre-assembled unit which can be fixed on the board of a mounting hole (3) which is arranged in an area (1) of a body and used for receiving the tank reservoir (7). The inventive method for mounting said locking device (5) and an assembly which comprises the locking device and the tank reservoir (7) and arranged in the body are also disclosed.

Die Haltestege 37, 39 sind mit jeweils einem Loch 47 versehen, die bei eingebauter Verriegelungsvorrichtung 5, das heißt, bei auf die Halteflansche 43 aufgeschobenen Haltenuten 41 mit am Karosserieteil 1 vorgesehenen Durchgangslöcher 49 fluchten. Die Tankmulde 7 weist ebenfalls Durchgangslδcher 51 auf, die bei in die Montageöffnung 3 eingebrachter Tankmulde 7 mit den Durchgangslöchern 49 und den Löchern 47 fluchten. Zur gegenüber dem Karosserieteil 1 lagefesten Fixierung der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 5 und der Tankmulde 7 werden -vorzugsweise selbstschneidende- Schrauben 53 verwendet, die die Durchgangslöcher 49, 51 durchgreifen und in die Löcher 47 im Gehäuse 33 eingeschraubt werden. Die Schrauben 53 sind in Figur 4B mit gestrichelter Linie angedeutet . Im Folgenden wird die Montage der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 5 und der Tankmulde 7 am Karosserieteil 1 anhand der Figuren 4A und 4B näher erläutert. Die als modulare Baueinheit ausgebildete Verriegelungsvorrichtung 5 wird von außen in die Montageöffnung 3 eingebracht und mit ihren Haltenuten 41 auf die Halteflansche 43 am Randbereich der Montageöffnung 3 aufgeschoben, wie in Figur 4A mit einem Pfeil 55 angedeutet, und zwar soweit, bis deren Löcher 47 mit den Durchgangslöchern 49 im Karosserieteil 1 fluchten. In einem zweiten Schritt wird nun die Tankmulde 7 mit gegebenenfalls bereits vormontierter Tankklappe von außen in die Montageöffnung 3 eingeschwenkt, wobei deren Flansch 15 in Anlage mit dem Flansch 13 an der Montageöffnung 13 gebracht wird. In Figur 4B ist die Tankmulde 7 in ordnungsgemäß eingesetzter Position abgebildet. Es ist ersichtlich, dass die Tankmulde 7 im Bereich ihrer Durchgangsöffnung 9, die sich in fluchtender Position mit der EingreifÖffnung 35 der Tankmuldenabdeckung-Anhebeeinrichtung 21 befindet, eine an den Freiraum zwischen den Haltestegen 37, 39 angepasste Ausformung aufweist, die in den Freiraum eingreift, wodurch die Tankmulde 7 in gewünschter Weise in der Montageöffnung 3 ausgerichtet und gegen ein Verdrehen gesichert ist. Die Tankmulde 7 ist so ausgebildet, dass sie den in der Montageöffnung 3 angeordneten Teil der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 5 im Wesentlichen vollständig abdeckt, so dass nur noch der mit der Durchgangsöffnung 9 in Überdeckungsposition angeordnete Teil der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 5 zu erkennen ist. Zum Abschluss der Montagearbeiten werden schließlich die Tankmulde 7 und die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 5 mittels der Schrauben 53 mit dem Karosserieteil 1 verschraubt.
