Definitions
- the invention relates to a furniture fitting, in particular a flap holder with a fastening section which is used for coupling to a furniture body, with a kinematics arrangement being coupled directly or indirectly to the fastening section.
- a flap holder is shown as a furniture hinge, which has a multi-axis joint connection as a kinematics arrangement.
- This joint connection has a holder to which a furniture flap can be attached.
- a spring is coupled to the kinematics arrangement, with which the holder can be pulled from an open position into a closed position.
- the kinematics arrangement is mounted in a housing.
- the housing has mounting brackets. Fastening screws can be passed through these fastening receptacles and screwed into a furniture body. In this way, the well-known flap holder can be securely attached to the furniture in the desired position.
- Another flap holder is from the DE 10 2015 117 291 known.
- the kinematics arrangement is designed to be so compact in relation to the fastening section that the fastening section only offers a few access options in order to be able to reliably screw the furniture fitting to the furniture body.
- a mounting piece which has a fitting side facing the fastening section and a furniture fastening side facing away from the fitting side. Accordingly, a separate assembly piece is provided, which can be connected to the furniture body with its furniture fitting side. Accordingly, the assembly piece can first be attached to the furniture body.
- the fastening section has at least one fixing element which, in an assembly position, interacts with a counter-element of the mounting piece to form a releasable connection that acts in a form-fitting manner transversely to the furniture fastening side. After the mounting piece is connected to the furniture body, the fastening section can therefore be fixed to the mounting piece in a form-fitting manner.
- an actuating element is provided which is adjustable between a release position and a blocking position, and wherein the actuating element rests against a support section in the blocking position in order to secure the assembly position.
- the fixing element and the counter-element can be brought into the positive operative engagement along an adjustment path, and that the adjusting element is guided with an operating part on a control cam when it is adjusted from the release position to the blocking position in order to adjust the fastening section relative to the mounting piece in the direction of the adjustment path.
- the fastening section can first be attached to the mounting piece. The fastening section can then be moved into the assembly position using the adjusting element. This means that assembly can be carried out particularly easily.
- a further variant of the invention is such that the fastening section is part of a housing or is coupled to a housing and that the housing at least partially accommodates the kinematics arrangement, which preferably has a joint arrangement of a hinge, which is particularly preferably designed as a joint chain of a flap fitting. This results in a particularly simple and space-saving structure for the furniture fitting.
- a furniture fitting according to the invention can be characterized in that the mounting piece has at least one alignment element which, in the mounting position, rests on an alignment section of the fastening section or a component connected to the fastening section, preferably of the housing, and is aligned in position relative to the latter.
- the alignment element and the alignment section can, for example, be designed as prefabricated body edges, which can be profiled in one piece, in particular during the production of the assembly piece and/or the fastening section.
- the mounting piece has screw receptacles by means of which it can be fastened to the furniture body, preferably to a system perforation in the furniture body.
- system perforations are known, for example, as “System 32”.
- the mounting piece can be integrated into the system distance of a series hole. Via the defined assignment of the fastening section to the assembly piece, the fastening section and with it the kinematics arrangement are then positioned and aligned exactly on the furniture.
- the mounting piece or the housing has a holding section on which the adjusting element is mounted in an directly or indirectly adjustable, preferably rotatable, manner.
- the actuating element By assigning the actuating element to the mounting piece, a design can be implemented in particular in which the fitting part that can be coupled to the mounting piece is designed to be suitable for right-left mounting. Accordingly, for example, this fitting part can then be used with a first fastening section for right-hand installation and a second fastening section for left-hand installation. Because the actuating element is now assigned to the mounting piece, it can be used for both types of mounting.
- the housing has a fastening section on opposite sides in such a way that the furniture fitting can be used for right- or left-hand mounting on a furniture body, the mounting piece being optionally fastenable to one of the two fastening sections, and where the adjusting element is held adjustable on the mounting piece.
- a possible embodiment of the invention can be characterized in that the actuating element has a bearing pin which is rotatably mounted in a bearing receptacle, preferably of the mounting piece, that the actuating element has an operating part which works together with the support section, for example the fastening section, and that the operating part is arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation formed by the bearing journal.
- An adjustment movement of the fastening section relative to the mounting piece can be carried out via the eccentricity in order to move it in the direction of the mounting position.
- the cost of parts is low because the adjusting element is rotatably mounted with the bearing pin in the bearing holder.
- the actuating element has a tool holder that is accessible to a tool from the side facing away from the furniture fastening side, and that the kinematics arrangement is preferably designed in such a way that it provides access to the tool holder in a first way with a component Adjusted operating position and allows access to the tool holder in a second operating position, it can be easily ensured that the connection between the mounting piece and the fastening section can only be released as intended in the open position of the fitting.
- a stop is provided against which the actuating element rests in the blocking position. This signals to the user that he has brought the actuating element into the intended assembly position when it rests against the stop.
- the stop is designed accordingly, it will also be assigned to the actuating element Self-locking possible, which prevents the actuator from coming loose unintentionally.
- the adjustment path can be limited to the desired extent via the stop.
- the housing has a fastening section on opposite sides in such a way that the furniture fitting can be used for right- or left-hand mounting on a furniture body, wherein the mounting piece can optionally be fastened to one of the two fastening sections, and wherein this Adjusting element is held adjustable on the mounting piece.
- the furniture fitting according to the invention can be realized in particular with little cost of parts if it is provided that the counter element or elements are formed in one piece with the mounting piece, the mounting piece preferably being manufactured as a stamped and bent part from a sheet metal blank, so that the counter element has a holding section , which works with the fixing element to form the positive connection in a direction perpendicular to the furniture fastening side, and that the holding section is held on the mounting piece via an angle in such a way that it is preferably at a distance from a surface forming the fitting side.
- the mounting piece has one or more spacers, preferably integrally formed, which protrude over a surface forming the fitting side and which rest on the fastening section in the mounting position.
- the predefined spacers enable the mounting piece to be precisely aligned with the fitting side.
- At least one guide is effective between the mounting piece and the fastening section, which is formed by a guide element and a guide receptacle into which the guide element engages or on which the guide element is guided, so that when the Fastening section from a starting position into the assembly position, the guide element is guided in or on the guide receptacle.
- this measure makes precisely guided assembly possible.
- the guide element rests on an area of the guide receptacle in order to produce a connection that acts in a positive manner in the direction of the furniture fastening side.
- This can be used, for example, to secure the fastening section on the assembly piece in order to prevent the two parts from rotating relative to one another at least in one direction. This provides additional and reliable stability of the connection between the fastening section and the mounting piece.
- one or more projections are provided on the mounting piece, which are designed to engage positively in a bore receptacle of the furniture body.
- the hole holder can, for example, be a hole in the system perforation mentioned above.
- the invention also relates to a method for mounting a furniture fitting on a furniture body, the furniture body having a side wall and a top wall, the furniture fitting being designed according to one of claims 1 to 14, the mounting piece being usable as a drilling template and at least one for this purpose Breakthrough has that the mounting piece is placed with a contact section on the underside of the top wall, that a drill hole is then introduced into the furniture body through at least one of the breakthroughs, and that the mounting piece is then connected to the furniture body, preferably with projections of the mounting piece in the previously drilled holes are inserted, and that the assembly piece is finally connected to the furniture body using fastening screws.
- the mounting piece can therefore take on a further functionality and be used as a drilling template.
- Figure 1 shows a flap holder as furniture fitting 10. This serves to attach a furniture flap with a horizontal pivot axis to a furniture body 110 (see for example Figure 25 ) to fix.
- furniture fittings 10 are usually attached to opposite sides of the furniture body 110, to which the furniture flap to be moved is attached.
- the furniture fitting 10 has a housing 50.
- a kinematics arrangement 30 is housed in this housing 50.
- the kinematics arrangement 30 includes a multi-axis, so-called articulated chain. Accordingly, the kinematics arrangement 30 is formed by several levers that are connected to one another via joints.
- a fastening lever 31 is provided on the kinematics arrangement 30. This allows the furniture fitting 10 to be connected to the furniture flap (not shown).
- the housing 50 is covered by a cover 20.
- the cover 20 has a front wall 21. Side walls 22 are connected to the side of the front wall 21.
- a cover element 23 can be used, which covers the area between two levers, in the present exemplary embodiment an area formed between a 1st and a 2nd deflection lever 33, 34 of the kinematics arrangement 30. In this way, protection against interference is provided, which prevents a finger from being trapped in the area between the two levers when the kinematics arrangement 30 is moved as intended.
- Figure 2 and 3 show the structure of the kinematics arrangement 30 more clearly.
- the kinematics arrangement 30 has the two deflection levers 33, 34 following the fastening lever 31.
- the first deflection lever 33 can be connected to the fastening lever 31 via a first joint 32.1.

- the two deflection levers 33, 34 are fastened to a connecting element 36, which is also designed in the form of a lever. Accordingly, the 1st deflection lever 33 is pivotally mounted on the connecting element 36 via a 3rd joint 33.1 and the 2nd deflection lever 34 via a 5th joint 34.2.
- Figure 3 clearly shows that an articulated lever 35 is also provided.
- the articulated lever 35 is connected to the second deflection lever 34 via a 4th joint 34.1. At its end facing away from the second deflection lever 34, the articulated lever 35 is fastened to a fastening section 51 of the housing 50 via a sixth joint 35.1.
- the connecting element 36 carries an adjusting arrangement 70. This can be used to adjust a force of a damper 71 acting on the kinematics arrangement 30, as will be explained in more detail later.
- the connecting element 36 has a 7th and an 8th joint 36.1, 36.2.
- the 7th joint 36.1 is connected in a stationary manner to the fastening section 51, so that the connecting element 36 can be pivoted about the pivot point defined by the 7th joint 36.1.
- the connecting element 36 has two mounting positions 36.3 and 36.4. If the user wishes, a first adjusting lever 38 can be attached in an articulated manner to one of these two mounting positions 36.3 and 36.4. The selected mounting position depends on the desired operating mode, which will be explained in more detail later.
- a second adjusting lever 39 is pivotally attached to the 8th joint 36.2.
- the 2nd adjusting lever 39 and the 1st adjusting lever 38 are each coupled to an actuator 37 via a 9th joint 38.1 and a 10th joint 39.1.
- the 6th, 7th and 9th joints 35.1, 36.1 and 38.1 are connected in a stationary manner to the fastening section 51. and the levers 35, 36, 37 articulated thereon can be pivoted about them.
- the holding device 40 can be coupled to the actuator 37.
- the holding device 40 comprises a spring receptacle 44, which is designed like a housing and which accommodates one or more spring elements 43.
- the spring elements 43 can be subjected to pressure.
- the spring elements 43 are supported at one end on the spring receptacle 44.
- the spring elements 43 are pushed onto support elements 45, and with their other end they are supported on a connecting element 41 to which the support elements 45 are fastened.
- the connecting element 41 has a pivot bearing 41.1.
- a pivot lever 42 is coupled to this pivot bearing 41.1, which, like the second adjusting lever 39, is coupled to the 10th joint 39.1.
- the kinematics arrangement 30 is arranged between two fastening sections 51, 53, wherein the two fastening sections 51, 53 can be constructed essentially mirror-symmetrically.
- Figure 2 shows the two fastening sections 51, 53, which are arranged parallel to each other and spaced apart.
- Each of the fastening sections 51, 53 has an outside and a Inside.
- the insides of the two fastening sections 51, 53 face each other.
- the outer sides of the fastening sections 51, 53 form the outer sides of the housing 50.
- the stationary joints 35.1, 36.1 and 38.1 are connected to both fastening sections 51, 53.
- the fastening section 53 is provided with an L marking. This shows the user that the fastening section 53 can be used for left-hand mounting in a furniture body.
- the opposite fastening section 51 is accordingly provided with an R marking, which signals the right-hand mounting option.
- the furniture fitting can therefore be used for left- or right-hand installation. This is the reason why the two fastening sections 51, 53 can be constructed essentially identically and mirror-symmetrically.
- the fastening section 51 can be made as a stamped and bent part from a sheet metal blank.
- the fastening section 51 has a support section 52. This support section 52 is formed by the edge of a recess 54 or an opening which is excluded from the fastening section 51.
- Fixing elements 55 are punched out of the fastening section 51 and bent protruding towards the outside of the housing 50. As the drawings show, the fixing elements 55 can be designed, for example, as tab-shaped approaches.
- the fastening section 51 can also have a profiled alignment section 56, which can in particular be designed as an embossing or fold.
- guide receptacles 57 are designed as slots whose slot width tapers continuously. How Figure 2 shows, for example, the slot width tapers in the fastening section 51 the guide recording 57 from the in Figure 2 left side towards the right side of the furniture fitting 10.
- the kinematics arrangement 30 is attached to the fastening section 51.
- the kinematics arrangement 30 is also attached to the second fastening section 53.
- the 6th joint 35.1, the 7th joint 36.1 and the 9th joint 38.1 are connected to both fastening sections 51, 53, as already mentioned above.
- the holding device 40 is also connected to both fastening sections 51, 53 in the area of its pivot bearing 46.
- the two fastening sections 51, 53 are also coupled to one another, with the kinematics arrangement 30 being accommodated in the housing 50 at least in areas between the two fastening sections 51, 53.
- a mounting piece 80 can optionally be connected to one of the two fastening sections 51, 53.
- the mounting piece 80 is connected to the first fastening section 51 for right-hand mounting.
- the mounting piece 80 can also be connected to the opposite second fastening section 53 for left-side mounting when it is rotated through 180°. The following statements therefore also apply analogously to both fastening sections 51, 53.
- the assembly piece 80 is detailed in more detail. As these drawings show, the assembly piece 80 can be manufactured as a stamped and bent part from a sheet steel blank.
- the mounting piece 80 has a fitting side 81 and a furniture fastening side 81.3.
- the mounting piece 80 has an alignment element 81.1, which is designed in the form of an inclined body edge. The inclination is in Figure 6 from left to right, as the drawing clearly shows.
- a contact section 81.2 is provided opposite the alignment element 81.1.
- the contact section 81.2 is formed by elevations on opposite sides of the mounting piece 80.
- the mounting piece 80 is penetrated by screw receptacles 82, 83.
- the mounting piece 80 has a holding section 84.
- the holding section 84 is shaped as a shape, so that a bearing surface 84.1 results, which rises above the adjoining areas of the furniture fastening side 81.3.
- a bearing holder 84.2 is inserted into the storage area 84.1. This is designed in the form of a hole. There is a stop 84.3 above the bearing holder 84.2. This can be expressed in the form of an embossing, preferably as a knob-shaped elevation from the sheet metal blank.
- the holding section 84 is provided with a left and a right marking 84.4 and 84.5.
- the Figures 6 and 7 further show that counter elements 85 are provided on the mounting piece 80.
- the counter elements 85 can be designed as tabs that are punched out of the sheet metal blank and expressed in the direction of the furniture fastening side 81.3.
- the counter elements 85 have a holding section 85.2. This is connected in one piece to the sheet metal blank at its two longitudinal ends via bends 85.1. In the area between the bends 85.1 and the holding section 85.2 there is a plug-in receptacle for the fixing element 55.
- the mounting piece 80 is provided with spacers 86. These spacers 86 protrude beyond the furniture mounting side 81.3. As the drawings illustrate, the spacers 86 can be designed in the form of knob-like shapes.
- Figure 6 further illustrates that there are two projections 88 on the mounting piece. These projections 88 can also be formed in one piece with the mounting piece 80 and accordingly bent out of the sheet metal material in a forming step. It is also conceivable that, as in the present exemplary embodiment, the projections 88 are designed as separate components that are riveted to the mounting piece 80.
- the mounting piece 80 also has openings 89 in the form of holes. The function of these openings 89 will be discussed below with reference to Figure 25 discussed in more detail.
- the mounting piece 80 is first placed with its furniture fastening side 81.3 on a wall of a furniture body 110, to which the furniture fitting 10 is to be attached. Then fastening screws 90, 91, which are in Figure 4 are shown, pushed through the screw receptacles 82, 83 and screwed into the wall of the furniture body 110.
- the fastening screws 90 can be designed in such a way that they can be screwed into pre-drilled blind holes in a system perforation.
- the two fastening screws 91 serve for additional security and can be designed as self-tapping screws that can be screwed into the wall.
- self-tapping screws can also be used instead of the fastening screws 90.
- the adjusting element 60 is rotated into a prepared starting position according to the desired stop type. If, as in the present example, the furniture fitting 10 is installed with its fastening side 51, i.e. a right-hand stop is to be achieved, the adjusting element 60 is rotated in the bearing holder 84.2 so that the eccentrically arranged part of the Control panel 61 covers the left marking 84.4 and the R marking 84.3 is visible. This signals to the user that he has set the correct stop type.
- the remaining part of the furniture fitting 10 can be attached to the fitting side 81 of the mounting piece 80 with the fastening section 51, 53 suitable for the respective type of stop (right or left stop). Accordingly, as in Figure 2 shown, the remaining fitting part is placed on the mounting piece 80, with guide elements 87 in the form of projections engaging in the guide receptacles 57.
- the guide elements 87 are in the area of the widened ends of the guide receptacles 57.
- the fixing elements 55 are accordingly arranged in front of the counter elements 85.
- the fastening section 51 rests on the end of the spacers 86. Now the adjusting element 60 can be rotated. For this purpose, a screwdriver is inserted through the recess 54 in the opposite fastening piece 53 so that the screwdriver engages in the tool holder 62 of the operating part 61. The screwdriver can then be inserted into the in Figure 2 clockwise as shown. The cylindrical outer circumference of the operating part 61 rolls on the edge delimiting the recess 54, which forms the support section 52. As a result of this movement, the fastening section 51 is in relation to the mounting piece 80 Figure 2 pushed from right to left. As a result of this sliding movement, the fixing elements 55 are pushed behind the holding sections 85.2 of the counter-elements 85, forming a positive and releasable connection transversely to the furniture fastening side 81.3.
- the guide elements 87 are also displaced in the guide receptacles 57. Since the guide receptacles 57 are designed as tapered slots, the fastening section 51 is aligned on the mounting piece 80 in the height direction.
- the alignment element 81.1 abuts the alignment section 56 during the movement and thereby also exact alignment is possible.
- the sliding movement is limited by the stop 84.3.
- the assignment of the control panel 61 to the stop 84.3 should preferably be made in such a way that self-locking occurs.
- the operating part 61 is rotated to such an extent that the contact point between the operating part 61 and the support section 52 runs on the horizontal line that intersects the axis of rotation of the bearing pin 63 or is arranged in the area between this line and the stop 84.3. Then, if a force is applied to the furniture fitting 10 contrary to the assembly direction described above, the connection between the mounting piece 80 and the associated fastening section 51 cannot be released automatically.
- a screwdriver simply needs to be inserted through the recess 54 in the fastening section 53 and inserted into the tool holder 62 of the operating part 61. Then the actuating element 60 can be rotated counterclockwise. As a result, the fixing elements 55 and the counter-elements 85 are disengaged, so that the fastening section 51 is no longer in fastening engagement.
- the control element 60 is shown in more detail.
- the actuating element 60 has a cylindrical operating part 61 which has a tool holder 62.
- the bearing pin 63 is attached eccentrically to the operating part 61.
- the bearing pin 63 can be inserted, for example, into the bearing receptacle 84.2. The bearing pin 63 can then be caulked at the end.

- This spring element 38.2 is clamped between two components of the 1st adjusting lever 38, so that it applies a compressive force that moves the 1st adjusting lever 38 between the 9th joint 38.1 and the selected mounting position 36.3, 36.4 (cf. Fig. 3 ) spread, so they are braced against each other.
- the first adjusting lever 38 is articulated to the mounting position 36.3.
- the mounting position 36.3 is arranged at least on a partial movement path between the closed position and the open position below a horizontal line which runs through the pivot point of the stationary 7th joint 36.1.
- the furniture fitting 10 at least opens due to the tension force of the spring element 38.2 part of the opening path, due to the spring element 38.2, automatically.
- the spring element 38.2 causes an opening up to the in Figure 11 partial opening position shown.
- the locking mechanism has a lock 200.
- This lock 200 has a lock housing 210.

- a spring 250 is connected to it, which is in Figure 17 is shown partly in dashed lines and partly in solid lines.
- the spring 250 can be designed, for example, as a leg spring and has two spring arms 251, 253.
- the spring arms 251, 253 are connected to one another via a clamping section 252.
- the spring 250 is inserted with its spring arm 253 into the spring receptacle 244.
- the clamping section 252 is like this Figure 17 illustrated as a ring-shaped curved section and fits into the free space formed on the bearing holder 242.
- the area surrounded by the annularly curved section of the spring 250 is in alignment with the bearing holder 242.
- the second spring arm 251 is supported as Figure 17 shows in the transition area between the top wall 211 and a side wall 212.
- the spring 250 is inserted into the latch 240, with the spring arm 251 being led out of the clearance 243. Then the latch 240 is pushed onto the bearing piece 216. The spring 250 then comes in Figure 17 to lie in the position shown, whereby it assumes a preloaded state. Due to this spring preload, the latch 240 is in the in Figure 17 kept biased in the displayed position shown.
- the pawl 230 can then be connected to the latch 240.
- the pivot bearing 231 of the pawl 230 is inserted into the pawl bearing 248. The insertion movement is carried out by the Bearing surface 235 of the pawl 230 is limited, which comes into contact with the counter surface 249 of the bolt 240.

- the holder 300 can be attached to the inside of the furniture flap.
- fastening screws are inserted through the fastening receptacles 312 and screwed into the back of the furniture flap.
- the locking section 324 is oriented towards the side wall.
- the lock 200 as shown in the, can be installed on the side wall Figures 15 to 21 shown can be grown.
- the lock 200 is placed on the inside of the vertical side wall of the furniture body with the side that carries the cover 217. If the projections 218 are used, they are inserted into a system perforation which is inserted into the side wall on the inside. This means that the lock 200 is precisely aligned with the furniture body.
- a fastening screw is inserted through the aligned screw receptacles 213 and 219 and screwed into the side wall of the furniture body.
- the operation of the lock 200 is as follows. If the furniture flap is moved from the open position in the direction of the closed position, the locking section 324 of the holder 300 hits the deflection section 247. When the closing movement continues, the latch 240 is pivoted into its closed position, as described above (according to Figure 17 counterclockwise). When the closed position is reached, the locking piece 233 is in the parking position 221.5. The furniture flap is now securely locked in the locked position, with the kinematics arrangement 30 with the spring element 38.2 of the 1st adjusting lever 38 introducing a preload in the opening direction via the kinematics arrangement 30 into the furniture flap. The proper closed position is then restored.
- the actuating arrangement 70 can be connected to the connecting element 36.
- the actuating arrangement 70 is in Figure 12 shown.
- the actuating arrangement 70 has an actuator 72.
- This can, for example, be cap-shaped, such as Figure 12 illustrated.
- the actuator 72 has a receiving part 72.1, into which a receptacle 72.2 is inserted.
- the receptacle 72.2 is open to one side, and on the other side of the receptacle 72.2 there is a stop 72.4.
- a locking piece 72.3 can be present on the actuator 72.
- a damper 71 can be inserted into the receptacle 72.2 of the actuator 72.
- the damper 71 can be designed as a fluid damper, for example as an air or oil damper. It has a cylinder 71.1. A piston is adjustable in this. A piston rod 71.2 is connected to the piston.
- the damper 71 is inserted into the receptacle 72.2 so that its end facing away from the piston rod 71.2 rests against the stop 72.4. Accordingly, the stop 72.4 limits the insertion movement of the damper 71 into the receptacle 72.2.
- the actuating arrangement 70 also has a holder 73.
- the holder 73 is cap-shaped and has an open end on one side and a bottom 73.3 on the opposite side.
- the holder 73 encloses a receptacle with a support part 73.1, which can be designed similarly to the receptacle 72.2 of the actuator 72.
- the support part 73.1 is equipped with a handle 73.2.
- a fastening piece 73.4 can be provided on the holder 73, which can have two legs spaced apart from one another.
- the fastening piece 73.4 forms a locking receptacle 73.5.
- At least one holding element 73.6 is present on the holder 73.
- holding elements 73.6 are provided on opposite sides of the supporting part 73.1.
- a marking 73.7 can be provided, which in the present exemplary embodiment is arranged in the area of the holding elements 73.6.
- the holder 73 is connected to the actuator 72.
- the receiving part 72.1 is inserted into the receptacle surrounded by the supporting part 73.1 Figure 12 in the mounting direction from left to right.
- a sliding guide is then created between the outer contour of the Receiving part 72.1 and the inner contour of the pressure part 73.1 are formed. This enables a linear adjustment of the actuator 72 relative to the holder 73.
- the piston rod 71.2 When assembled, the piston rod 71.2 is supported at the end on the base 73.3. If the actuator 72 is pushed linearly into the supporting part 73, this happens against the damping force of the damper 71, with the piston rod 71.2 pushing into the cylinder 71.1.
- the actuator 72 is captively held on the holder 73 in the maximum extension position by the locking piece 72.3. Accordingly, in the mounted position, the locking piece 72.3 abuts against a stop in the receptacle of the holder 73.
- the connecting element 36 has a guide 36.6.
- the guide 36.6 is cut out of the connecting element 36 as a slot-shaped recess.
- a counter-locking element 36.5 is arranged in the guide 36.6. This counter-locking element 36.5 is formed, for example, by a cylindrical pin.
- the actuating arrangement 70 is attached to the connecting element 36 in such a way that the counter-locking element 36.5 locks with the locking receptacle 73.5.
- the connecting element 36 has blocking pieces 36.7.
- the blocking pieces 36.7 are recessed laterally from the connecting element 36 as notch-shaped recesses. How Figures 10 and 11 can be seen, a scale is assigned to the blocking pieces 36.7. In Figure 10 Accordingly, the holding elements 73.6 are inserted into the blocking pieces 36.7 assigned to the marking 3. In this way, the actuating arrangement 70 is fixed to the connecting element 36 in a form-fitting manner in the direction of the guide 36.6. About the locking connection between the counter-locking element 36.5 and the Locking receptacle 73.5 secures the captive fixation of the actuating arrangement 70 on the connecting element 36.
- the actuating arrangement 70 To fasten the actuating arrangement 70 in a different mounting position, it is gripped on the handle 73.2 and pulled off from the connecting element 36, whereby the holding elements 73.6 come out of engagement with the blocking pieces 36.7 and the locking connection between the counter-locking element 36.5 and the locking receptacle 73.5 is canceled. Now the actuating arrangement 70 can be reinstalled in a changed assembly position. For this purpose, the counter-locking element 36.5 is moved to the desired location in the guide 36.6, as is the adjusted arrangement in the Figures 10 and 11 can be recognized. The actuating arrangement 70 can then be attached to the connecting element 36 again in the changed assembly position. In Figure 11 the adjusting arrangement 70 is now set in a maximum setting position.
- the actuating arrangement 70 forms with its stop 72.4 a contact point for a counter-stop 37.2.
- the counter-stop 37.2 can, like this Figures 10 and 11 show, be designed as a role that rolls on the stop 72.4.
- the counter stop 37.2 is attached to the actuator 37. As soon as the stop 72.4 hits the counter-stop 37.2, the actuator 72 is adjusted against the damping effect of the damper 71. In this way, the closing movement of the furniture fitting 10 can be dampened.
- the time from which the damping takes effect can be set individually by the user.
- the damping effect sets in relatively late, while with the one in Figure 11 shown, the damping force takes effect earlier. This damping prevents the door or flap from hitting hard in the closed position during the closing movement.
- FIG 12 shows that instead of the damper 71, a tension spring 74 with the actuating arrangement 70 can be installed.
- the tension spring 74 is a compression spring formed and has support surfaces 74.1 and 74.2 on opposite sides.
- the support surface 74.1 is supported on the base 73.3 and the support surface 74.2 on the stop 72.4 when the tension spring 74 is inserted into the receptacle 72.2.
- the tension spring 74 spreads the actuator 72 relative to the holder 73. Accordingly, the actuator 72 can be inserted into the holder 73 against the force of the tension spring 74.
- the actuating arrangement 70 supports the opening movement of the furniture fitting 10.
- the actuator 72 accordingly presses against the counter-stop 37.2. The opening movement is supported until the actuator 72 is in the maximum extended position.
- the furniture fitting 10 can be designed in such a way that the first adjusting lever 38 is connected to the mounting position 36.3 and the adjusting arrangement 70 is equipped with the tension spring 74.
- the spring element 38.2 of the 1st adjusting lever 38 causes an initial opening movement (for example after unlocking the flap or door, see above). This is supported by the tension spring 74.
- the tension spring 74 continues to be effective and causes a further opening until the furniture fitting 10 reaches a partially open position or, particularly preferably, is in a completely open position.
- the furniture fitting 10 can be designed in such a way that the damper 71 is installed with the actuating arrangement 70.
- the first adjusting lever 38 is then preferably connected to the second mounting position 36.4.
- the second mounting position 36.4 is above the horizontal line passing through the pivot point of the 7th joint 36.1. Accordingly, a counterclockwise torque is introduced into the connecting element 36, caused by the spring element 38.2. Due to this torque, the actuating element presses the furniture fitting 10 into the last part of the adjustment path Closed position. This closing movement takes place against the damping effect of the actuating arrangement 70, which then rests against the counter-stop 37.2. In the closed position, the first adjusting lever 38 with the spring element 38.2 keeps the connecting element 36 tensioned in the closed position and thus secures it.
- the furniture fitting 10 has the holding device 40 with at least one spring element 43.
- the holding device 40 with at least one spring element 43.
- three spring elements 43 are used.
- the spring elements 43 are arranged in the spring receptacle 44 and pushed onto the support elements 45.
- the spring elements 43 act on the connecting element 41.
- the spring elements 43 are arranged a little way back relative to the connecting element 41 in order to make the support elements 45 visible. In fact, the ends shown in the spring elements 43 rest against the connecting element 41 in the operating position.
- the spring elements 43 introduce a compressive force into the connecting element 41.
- the connecting element 41 attempts this compressive force in the plane of the drawing Figure 13 from the back of the furniture fitting 10 towards the front.
- the connecting element 41 is connected to the pivot lever 42 via the bearing 41.1.
- the pivoting lever 42 in turn is pivotally attached to the 10th joint 39.1. Accordingly, the pivot lever 42 is pivotally attached to the actuator 37.
- the actuator 37 is designed as a 2-part lever. As can be seen from the drawings, the actuator 37 has two spaced-apart sub-elements for this purpose, which, as in the present exemplary embodiment plate-shaped elements, in particular can be formed by steel sheet blanks.
- the fastening lever 31, the deflection levers 33, 34, the connecting element 36, the second adjusting lever 39 and/or the pivoting lever 42 can have the same design principle.
- the adjusting device 37.3 has an adjusting element 37.4.
- the adjusting element 37.4 can be designed in the form of a screw.
- the screw has a screw head with a tool holder 37.6.
- a Torx screw or a hexagon socket screw of common design can be used.
- the adjusting element 37.4 is mounted in the area of the tool holder 37.6 on a bearing piece 37.5 so that it can rotate about the central longitudinal axis.
- the bearing piece 37.5 is pivotally attached to the actuator 37 by means of a pivot bearing 37.9.
- the pivot axis runs in Figure 14 perpendicular to the image plane.
- the threaded section of the adjusting element 37.4 is screwed into a threaded receptacle of an adjusting piece 37.8.
- the adjusting piece 37.8 is pivotally mounted on the pivot lever 42.
- the pivot axis of the adjusting piece 37.8 runs perpendicular to the image plane Figure 14 .
- the adjusting piece 37.8 has guide approaches. These protrude from opposite sides of the pivot lever 42.
- the guide lugs are each inserted into a guide 37.7 of the actuator 37 and can be moved therein along the guide contour.
- a tool for example a screwdriver
- a tool can be inserted from the front into the tool holder 37.6 when the flap is open, the insertion direction then running from the front to the back of the furniture fitting 10.
- the open position is in Figure 3 shown.
- the tool holder 37.6 is then arranged so that it is easily accessible from the front.
- the adjusting element 37.4 can then be rotated with the tool. Since the adjusting element 37.4 is in threaded engagement with the adjusting piece 37.8, the adjusting piece 37.8 and with it the pivot lever 42 are adjusted.
- the guide lugs of the adjusting piece 37.8 also move in the guides 37.7, for example as shown in the drawing Figure 14 left to right.
- the pivot lever 42 is rotated about the axis of rotation of the 10th joint 39.1.
- the bearing 41.1 is then also adjusted.
- the bearing 41.1 forms the force introduction point in which the force of the holding device 40 is introduced into the articulated chain via the pivoting lever 42 and the actuator 37 by means of the second actuating lever 39. If the pivot lever 42 is now adjusted, the spring elements 43 are relieved to some extent and the preload of the spring elements 43 is thus reduced. This results in a reduced clamping force. In this way, the flap holder can be adjusted to lower flap weights.
- the pivoting lever 42 pivots, as mentioned above. Due to this pivoting of the pivot lever 42, the adjusting element 37.4 is also pivoted about the pivot bearing 37.9. Furthermore, the adjusting element 37.4 also pivots relative to the pivotally mounted adjusting piece 37.8.
- the holding force generated by the holding devices 40 is introduced into the joint chain of the furniture fitting 10.
- this joint chain is supported by the stationary 6th joint 35.1, the stationary 7th joint 36.1 as well as the 1st joint 32.1, the 2nd joint 32.2, the 3rd joint 33.1, the 4th joint 34.1 and the 5th joint 34.2 and the fastening lever 31, the two deflection levers 33, 34, the articulated lever 35, and the connecting element 36.
- the fastening lever 31 (and a flap coupled to it) can be pivoted between an opening and a closed position.
- the actuator 37 serves on the one hand with the 2nd lever arm of the actuator 37 to accommodate the first adjusting lever 38 and on the other lever arm to accommodate the adjusting device 37.3.
- the holding force generated by the holding device 40 is introduced into the link chain via the second adjusting lever 39.
- the adjusting lever 39 can be pivoted together with the actuator 37 and the pivot lever 42 about a common axis of rotation, this axis of rotation being formed by the 10th joint 39.1.
- the counter-stop 37.2 can also be used to limit the opening movement of the flap holder in the open position.
- the counter-stop strikes a lever, for example in the present case on the pivot lever 42, when it is in the open position.
- the Figures 13 and 14 also show that the flap holder has a compact design.
- the holding device 40 is in the Direction shown in the drawings, which runs from left to right, i.e. from the stop side to the opposite back, is arranged behind the articulated chain.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 also show that when the joint chain is adjusted, in which the flap is adjusted from the closed position towards the open position, the connecting element 41 is essentially adjusted from the back to the front (during the closing movement, the connecting element 41 is moved in offset in the opposite direction). This movement of the connecting element 41 is picked up and passed on from the back to the front by the articulated chain.
- the furniture fitting 10 according to the invention does not require a thrust reversal, which supports a stable and compact design.
- the mounting element 100 has a contact piece 102, from which a stop 101 is angled.
- a holding element 103 is held on the contact piece 102.
- the mounting element 100 is preferably designed in one piece as a plastic injection molded part.
- the mounting element 100 serves together with the mounting piece 80 as an assembly aid. How Figure 25 can be seen, the furniture fitting 10 can be attached to a furniture body 110.
- the furniture body 110 has a usual construction. It has two mutually parallel side walls 111 and a top wall 112 which connects the two side walls 111 with one another.
- the side walls 111 have a front surface 113 in the area of the furniture opening.
- the top wall 112 has a bottom 114.
- the mounting element 100 is first connected to the mounting piece 80.
- Figure 25 shows the mounting piece 100 with its holding element 103 suspended on the counter element 85.
- the holding element 103 is inserted behind the holding section 85.2 of the counter element 85 so that it holds there automatically.
- the holding element 100 can be attached to the Furniture body 110 is created so that the stop 101 rests on the front surface 113 of the associated side wall 111.
- the mounting piece 80 lies with its furniture fastening side 81.3 on the inside of the side wall 111.
- the two contact sections 81.2 lie on the underside 114 of the top wall 112.
- the mounting piece 80 is precisely aligned in a desired drilling template position.
- the two openings 89 can be used to insert the drill holes at the desired location.
- a drill is placed through the openings 89 and the drill hole is introduced into the side wall 111.
- the mounting piece 80 can then be inserted with its two projections 88 into the previously created drill holes.
- the mounting piece 80 is moved a little way down from the underside 114 of the top wall 112.
- the now precisely aligned mounting piece 80 can be attached to the side wall 111 with additional fastening screws 90 or 91, as described above.
- the remaining fitting part is fixed to the mounting piece 80 with the fastening section 51, 53.
Description
The invention relates to a furniture fitting, in particular a flap holder with a fastening section which is used for coupling to a furniture body, with a kinematics arrangement being coupled directly or indirectly to the fastening section.

There is an increasing need to provide furniture fittings that are as small as possible and that integrate visually unobtrusively into a furniture body. The kinematics arrangement is designed to be so compact in relation to the fastening section that the fastening section only offers a few access options in order to be able to reliably screw the furniture fitting to the furniture body.
It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a furniture fitting of the type mentioned at the beginning, which can be easily and reliably mounted on a piece of furniture even if it has a compact design.
This object is achieved in that a mounting piece is provided which has a fitting side facing the fastening section and a furniture fastening side facing away from the fitting side. Accordingly, a separate assembly piece is provided, which can be connected to the furniture body with its furniture fitting side. Accordingly, the assembly piece can first be attached to the furniture body. The fastening section has at least one fixing element which, in an assembly position, interacts with a counter-element of the mounting piece to form a releasable connection that acts in a form-fitting manner transversely to the furniture fastening side. After the mounting piece is connected to the furniture body, the fastening section can therefore be fixed to the mounting piece in a form-fitting manner. Finally, according to the invention, an actuating element is provided which is adjustable between a release position and a blocking position, and wherein the actuating element rests against a support section in the blocking position in order to secure the assembly position.
Furthermore, it is provided that the fixing element and the counter-element can be brought into the positive operative engagement along an adjustment path, and that the adjusting element is guided with an operating part on a control cam when it is adjusted from the release position to the blocking position in order to adjust the fastening section relative to the mounting piece in the direction of the adjustment path. With a furniture fitting designed in this way, the fastening section can first be attached to the mounting piece. The fastening section can then be moved into the assembly position using the adjusting element. This means that assembly can be carried out particularly easily.
A further variant of the invention is such that the fastening section is part of a housing or is coupled to a housing and that the housing at least partially accommodates the kinematics arrangement, which preferably has a joint arrangement of a hinge, which is particularly preferably designed as a joint chain of a flap fitting. This results in a particularly simple and space-saving structure for the furniture fitting.
A furniture fitting according to the invention can be characterized in that the mounting piece has at least one alignment element which, in the mounting position, rests on an alignment section of the fastening section or a component connected to the fastening section, preferably of the housing, and is aligned in position relative to the latter. In this way, precise positioning of the furniture fittings relative to the furniture body is possible. The alignment element and the alignment section can, for example, be designed as prefabricated body edges, which can be profiled in one piece, in particular during the production of the assembly piece and/or the fastening section.
According to a conceivable variant of the invention, it can be provided that the mounting piece has screw receptacles by means of which it can be fastened to the furniture body, preferably to a system perforation in the furniture body. Such system perforations are known, for example, as “
A particularly simple construction results when it is provided that the mounting piece or the housing has a holding section on which the adjusting element is mounted in an directly or indirectly adjustable, preferably rotatable, manner. By assigning the actuating element to the mounting piece, a design can be implemented in particular in which the fitting part that can be coupled to the mounting piece is designed to be suitable for right-left mounting. Accordingly, for example, this fitting part can then be used with a first fastening section for right-hand installation and a second fastening section for left-hand installation. Because the actuating element is now assigned to the mounting piece, it can be used for both types of mounting.
Particularly preferably, it can therefore be provided, for example, that the housing has a fastening section on opposite sides in such a way that the furniture fitting can be used for right- or left-hand mounting on a furniture body, the mounting piece being optionally fastenable to one of the two fastening sections, and where the adjusting element is held adjustable on the mounting piece.
A possible embodiment of the invention can be characterized in that the actuating element has a bearing pin which is rotatably mounted in a bearing receptacle, preferably of the mounting piece, that the actuating element has an operating part which works together with the support section, for example the fastening section, and that the operating part is arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation formed by the bearing journal. An adjustment movement of the fastening section relative to the mounting piece can be carried out via the eccentricity in order to move it in the direction of the mounting position. The cost of parts is low because the adjusting element is rotatably mounted with the bearing pin in the bearing holder.
If it is provided that the actuating element has a tool holder that is accessible to a tool from the side facing away from the furniture fastening side, and that the kinematics arrangement is preferably designed in such a way that it provides access to the tool holder in a first way with a component Adjusted operating position and allows access to the tool holder in a second operating position, it can be easily ensured that the connection between the mounting piece and the fastening section can only be released as intended in the open position of the fitting.
Particularly preferably, it can be provided that a stop is provided against which the actuating element rests in the blocking position. This signals to the user that he has brought the actuating element into the intended assembly position when it rests against the stop. In addition, if the stop is designed accordingly, it will also be assigned to the actuating element Self-locking possible, which prevents the actuator from coming loose unintentionally.
If a design of the invention is used in which a movement of the fastening section relative to the mounting piece is caused via the adjusting element, the adjustment path can be limited to the desired extent via the stop.
Particularly preferably, it can be provided that the housing has a fastening section on opposite sides in such a way that the furniture fitting can be used for right- or left-hand mounting on a furniture body, wherein the mounting piece can optionally be fastened to one of the two fastening sections, and wherein this Adjusting element is held adjustable on the mounting piece.
The furniture fitting according to the invention can be realized in particular with little cost of parts if it is provided that the counter element or elements are formed in one piece with the mounting piece, the mounting piece preferably being manufactured as a stamped and bent part from a sheet metal blank, so that the counter element has a holding section , which works with the fixing element to form the positive connection in a direction perpendicular to the furniture fastening side, and that the holding section is held on the mounting piece via an angle in such a way that it is preferably at a distance from a surface forming the fitting side.
According to a preferred variant of the invention, it can be provided that the mounting piece has one or more spacers, preferably integrally formed, which protrude over a surface forming the fitting side and which rest on the fastening section in the mounting position. The predefined spacers enable the mounting piece to be precisely aligned with the fitting side. Of course, it is also possible to provide the spacers not on the mounting piece, but on the fastening section, or partly on the mounting piece and partly on the fastening section.
According to a preferred variant of the invention, it can be provided that at least one guide is effective between the mounting piece and the fastening section, which is formed by a guide element and a guide receptacle into which the guide element engages or on which the guide element is guided, so that when the Fastening section from a starting position into the assembly position, the guide element is guided in or on the guide receptacle. On the one hand, this measure makes precisely guided assembly possible. On the other hand, it can also be the case that in the assembly position the guide element rests on an area of the guide receptacle in order to produce a connection that acts in a positive manner in the direction of the furniture fastening side. This can be used, for example, to secure the fastening section on the assembly piece in order to prevent the two parts from rotating relative to one another at least in one direction. This provides additional and reliable stability of the connection between the fastening section and the mounting piece.
According to a further variant of the invention, it can be provided that one or more projections are provided on the mounting piece, which are designed to engage positively in a bore receptacle of the furniture body. The hole holder can, for example, be a hole in the system perforation mentioned above.
The invention also relates to a method for mounting a furniture fitting on a furniture body, the furniture body having a side wall and a top wall, the furniture fitting being designed according to one of
According to the invention, the mounting piece can therefore take on a further functionality and be used as a drilling template.
