Claims (24)
- Vorrichtung (01) zum Reinigen von großen Flächen, insbesondere Gebäudefassaden und/oder Gebäudeverglasungen, mit einem Bürstenschlitten (04), an dem zumindest eine um ihre Mittelachse rotatorisch antreibbare Walzenbürste (02, 03) drehbar gelagert ist, und mit einer Halteeinrichtung, die eine Vorschubbewegung des Bürstenschlittens über die zu reinigende Fläche ermöglicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten (04) zumindest ein Ballastelement (11) befestigt ist, durch das das Gewicht des Bürstenschlittens (04) verändert werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten (04) eine Zuführeinheit (07) vorgesehen ist, mit der ein flüssiges Reinigungsmittel auf die zu reinigende Fläche gefördert werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinheit (07) in der Art einer Spritzdüse ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinheit (07) in der Art eines Spritzdüsenbalkens, dessen Länge ungefähr der Länge der Walzenbürste (02, 03) entspricht, ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten zumindest ein Metallgewicht als ein Ballastelement befestigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten (04) ein Speichertank (11) vorgesehen ist, in dem ein Vorrat des flüssigen Reinigungsmittels aufgenommen werden kann, wobei der Speichertank mit dem darin befindlichen Reinigungsmittel als ein Ballastelement dient. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten (04) eine Pumpe, insbesondere eine Membranpumpe, zur Förderung des Reinigungsmittels aus dem Speichertank (11) zur Zuführeinheit (07) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten (07) eine Rückführeinrichtung (08, 09) vorgesehen ist, mit der zumindest ein Teil des von der Zuführeinheit (07) abgegebenen Reinigungsmittels aufgefangen und zurück in den Speichertank (11) geführt werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Rückführeinrichtung (08, 09) eine Filtereinrichtung zur Reinigung des rückgeführten Reinigungsmittels vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Speichertank (11) unterhalb der Walzenbürste (02, 03) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten (04) ein Energiespeicher, insbesondere eine Batterie, vorgesehen ist, in dem die zum Antrieb der Walzenbürste (02, 03) erforderliche Antriebsenergie gespeichert werden kann, wobei der Energiespeicher als ein Ballastelement dient. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenbürste (02, 03) sich von der Zuführeinheit (07) wegdreht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Bürstenschlitten (04) mehrere, insbesondere zwei, Walzenbürsten (02, 03) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiedenen Walzenbürsten (02, 03) parallel zueinander verlaufend am Bürstenschlitten (04) gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils benachbarte Walzenbürsten (02, 03) gegenläufig antreibbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen benachbarten Walzenbürsten (02, 03) jeweils eine Zuführeinheit (07) vorgesehen ist, mit der ein flüssiges Reinigungsmittel auf die zu reinigende Fläche gefördert werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehrichtung der Walzenbürste (02, 03) umkehrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung von zwei Zügen, insbesondere Kettenzügen, gebildet wird, die seitlich am Bürstenschlitten (04) an Befestigungspunkten (06) befestigbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Züge unabhängig voneinander verändert werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Halteeinrichtung eine Lageregelung vorgesehen ist, die eine Ausrichtung des Bürstenschlittens gewährleistet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bürstenschlitten (04) auf drehbaren Laufrädern gelagert ist, die auf der zu reinigenden Fläche und/oder auf Lagerschienen abrollen können. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Laufrädern veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung der Vorrichtung (01) an einem Kran und/oder Flurförderfahrzeug befestigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorrichtung (01) ein Funkempfänger vorgesehen ist, mit dem Steuersignale einer Funkfernsteuerung empfangbar sind.
