Claims (4)
- Axialgewinderollkopf mit einem Schaft und einer vom Schaft gehaltenen, die Profilrollen aufweisenden Lagereinheit, wobei der Schaft einen länglichen Einspannabschnitt, einen ersten Kupplungsabschnitt, einen Lagerabschnitt für die Lagereinheit und einen Mitnehmerabschnitt für ein mittiges Zahnrad der Lagereinheit aufweist und die Lagereinheit einen zweiten Kupplungsabschnitt aufweist, der mit dem ersten Kupplungsabschnitt in Eingriff ist, wenn Lagereinheit und Schaft durch Federvorspannung in einer Kupplungsposition sind und außer Eingriff ist, wenn Lagereinheit und Schaft entgegen der Federvorspannung axial auseinander bewegt werden in eine Trennposition, wodurch die Lagereinheit eine relative Drehung auf dem Schaft ausführen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Einspannabschnitt (10, 14) und Kupplungsabschnitt (36) einerseits und Lagerabschnitt (38) und Mitnehmerabschnitt (40) andererseits getrennte Teile (10, 12) bilden, die über Verbindungsabschnitte axial und drehfest fest, jedoch lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Axialgewinderollkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einspannabschnitt (10, 14) einen zylindrischen Bund (20) aufweist, der passend in eine koaxiale zylindrische Ausnehmung (42) des Kupplungsabschnitts (30, 36) einführbar ist, wobei eine rückseitige radiale Ringfläche (44) des Kupplungsabschnitts (30, 36) gegen eine radiale Anschlagfläche (18) des Einspannabschnitts anliegt, der Kupplungsabschnitt (30, 36) radiale in Umfangsrichtung beabstandete Bohrungen (32) aufweist, die Befestigungsschrauben (24) aufnehmen und der axiale Bund (20) radiale Gewindelöcher (22) aufweist zur Aufnahme des Gewindeschaftes der Befestigungsschrauben (24).
- Axialgewinderollkopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radialen Bohrungen (32) und die Befestigungsschrauben (24) so ausgeführt sind, daß beim Einschrauben der Befestigungsschrauben (24) die radiale Ringfläche (44) die radiale Anschlagfläche (18) gegeneinander gespannt werden.
- Axialgewinderollkopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radialen Bohrungen (32) eine exzentrische konische Ansenkung (34) aufweisen.
