- Dispositif D) pour régler le niveau de remplissage dans des récipients avec des matériaux multi-composants pâteux à mélanger en tant qu'élément additionnel d'un ensemble mélangeur, comprenantA) des récipients séparés pour les composants individuels avec chacun un orifice,B) un dispositif de déversement resp. de dosage pour transporter les composants hors des orifices,C) une garniture mélangeuse statique ou dynamique destinée à être posée sur le dispositif de dosage de manière telle qu'elle est reliée aux orifices des récipients et que les composants peuvent la traverser,caractérisé en ce que le dispositif D) représente une garniture creuse sans fonction mélangeuse avec des orifices d'admission (2, 3) séparés pour chaque composant, lequel comporte au moins un espace creux (4, 5) ainsi que des moyens destinés à être posés sur le dispositif de dosage B) à l'endroit (2, 3) où est prévue la pose du mélangeur statique ou dynamique C).

- Procédé pour mélanger des matériaux multi-composants pâteux selon des rapports quantitatifs prédéterminés moyennant l'utilisation d'un ensemble mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce quea) on place, sur le dispositif de déversement ou de dosage B), un dispositif D) selon la revendication 1 à l'endroit (2, 3) où est prévue la pose du mélangeur statique ou dynamique,b) on actionne le dispositif de déversement resp. de dosage B),c) la fraction de tête, dans le cas de laquelle les rapports quantitatifs sont en dehors de la plage prévue, est recueillie dans le dispositif D),d) on retire et élimine le dispositif D) et, ensuite,e) on pose la garniture mélangeuse C) et on mélange les composants.
