Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for producing a two-part, consisting of upper part and lower part packaging of cardboard or corrugated cardboard from a one-piece blank, wherein the blank is provided on two opposite sides in the folded state with a subsequent separation between the upper and lower part marking punched section.
  • the invention further relates to a semi-finished product.
  • Another method for producing a sales package, as well as the sales package itself, is from the EP 1029 785 known.
  • the described, made of a one-piece blank sales packaging is here erected, filled with the products to be packaged and only then separated into two parts, that is in a top and a bottom.
  • the wall weakenings marking the subsequent separation, such as slots or a perforation are formed, which serve as a separating aid for the
  • the upper and lower part are separated by cutting and then both parts are pushed together.
  • the object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a method for producing a cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging from a one-piece blank, which is characterized by a particularly simple and cost-effective production.
  • the inventive method is simple and inexpensive to perform. Since the package is passed in the semi-finished state of the cutter, a fixed cutter can be used here.
  • the method can be used equally for packaging in which the upper part is inserted into the lower part, as well as in packaging in which the upper part is pushed over the lower part.
  • a stabilizing and moving device After erecting the semi-finished packaging, a stabilizing and moving device will be inserted into the semi-finished package.
  • a stabilizing and moving device offers a format block whose outer dimensions are slightly smaller than the inner dimensions of the packaging made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard. Since the packaging is guided past the cutting device, a uniform cut is ensured without the need for complicated markings for the cutting line.
  • the bottom sections are first closed.
  • the packaging has a higher soil stability, which has an advantageous effect on the separation process.
  • the semi-finished packaging can be moved past the cutting device by means of the stabilization and movement device.
  • the introduced device ensures that the semi-finished packaging remains dimensionally stable during the movement that is being performed.
  • a cutting blade in particular with a wavy blade grinding, can be used.
  • a corresponding cutting device has proven to be particularly suitable in practice.
  • any conceivable cutting device that can penetrate rotatingly deep into the packaging can be used, since the unfilled packaging is cut as described.
  • the severed upper part can be pushed into the lower part after the separation by the stabilizing and moving device so that the side walls of the upper part stand up on the bottom inner surface of the lower part.
  • the severed upper part can be pushed over the lower part after separation by the stabilizing and moving device so that the side walls of the lower part adjoin the inner lid surface of the upper part.
  • an inwardly directed pressure can be exerted.
  • the outer circumference of the part to be inserted is reduced and the process of insertion is facilitated.
  • the outer surfaces of the walls of the inserted part then bear on the inner surfaces of the externally arranged part.
  • a connecting medium can be applied to at least one predetermined position on the lateral outer surface of the upper part or of the lower part.
  • the additional connection medium between the upper part and the lower part increases the stability of the cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging.
  • a separation of the upper part and lower part is excluded in the filled state, e.g. during handling during a packaging process.
  • the side walls in the region of the applied connection medium can be pressed against each other.
  • the joint is additionally fixed and increases the adhesive effect.
  • the areas lying in the folded state between the sides provided with punched cut and forming the two other walls can be formed without weakening lines.
  • a corresponding blank for a two-part packaging made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard is inexpensive to manufacture. Since it is a one-piece blank, only a single device for production is necessary. Due to the weakening line-free production of the two side parts a blank with high stability is achieved, so that during storage, as well as in the further processing of the same, no special measures for the gentlest possible treatment are necessary.
  • the portion of the one-piece blank forming the top can have a lid portion separated from the walls by a hinge fold and the bottom portion of the one-piece blank having a bottom portion separated from the walls by a hinge fold line, the punch cut being parallel to a predetermined distance from the bottom this is arranged.
  • the distance of the punched cut from the ground indicates the height of the later tray or tray.
  • the punched cut of the one-piece blank can extend over a predetermined region at least on one side into the lines of weakness-free region.
  • a separation aid is provided, since the cutting tool can orientate itself at the punched cuts with respect to the separation, or can already intervene in the punching cut before the actual cutting operation.
  • a slot and / or a recess are arranged at least at one arranged between the individual walls of the one-piece blank Schamierfaltline which extends from the punching line from a predetermined distance in the upper part or the lower part.
  • This embodiment ensures a displacement of the walls of the upper part or the lower part to each other when the upper part is inserted in the assembled state in the lower part, or the upper part is placed on the lower part.
  • the length of the slots and / or recesses in approximately the height of the lower part in the folded state, that is the distance between the bottom and punched section correspond.
  • the recess may extend parallel to the hinge fold line at least on one of the walls adjacent to the hinge fold line and extend in its end region from the hinge fold line to the punch cut. Due to the wider recess is the Mobility of the individual walls of the shell increased to each other. At the same time the conclusion of the recess forms a corner, which can then sit on an associated corner of the base. As a result, it can be easily determined by visual inspection whether the upper part has been completely inserted into the lower part. Similarly, it can also be checked whether the upper part has been placed completely on the lower part.
  • the folded-together in the folded state and interconnected longitudinal edges of the blank defining walls may be provided with a recess extending to the punching cut, a predetermined distance in the direction of the upper part. This ensures that corresponding recesses are formed on all four edges.
  • a recess may be formed in the region of the front wall of the one-piece blank, which recess extends from the punched cut to a predetermined distance below the hinged fold line delimiting the upper part of the lid region.
  • a corresponding recess ensures that the packaged products are easily recognizable even when the packaging is closed, so that expensive packaging of the packaging or other markings can be dispensed with.
  • the recess in the front wall may be formed substantially rectangular.
  • a rectangular recess here provides a sufficiently large field of view available to allow identification of the goods.
  • the recess in the front wall in the region of the punched cut can be formed integrally with the recesses formed on the hinge fold lines. In this way, a single large recess is formed in the front wall and thin, possibly unstable areas are avoided.
  • the corners of the recess remote from the stamped cut can be rounded in the front wall.
  • the distance between the upper part limiting Schamierfaltline and the recess in the front wall may be greater than the height of the lower part between hinge fold line and punch cut. This embodiment ensures sufficient stability of the finished cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging.
  • the punched cut in the front wall of the one-piece blank may lie in line with the punched cut in the rear wall.
  • the upper part and the lower part are separated by a horizontal section.
  • the punching cut in the front wall of the one-piece blank can be above or below the punched cut in the rear wall. If the upper part and the lower part are separated from each other in this embodiment, this takes place via an oblique cut, thereby the severed lower part is replaced by the shape of a display packaging.
  • substantially rectangular passage openings can be arranged approximately in the center of the side walls of the one-piece blank. These passage openings serve in particular as a separation aid when the parts of the cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging which are guided one inside the other are to be separated from one another again during the unpacking of the goods.
  • the passage openings are arranged centrally in the region forming the upper part, preferably approximately at a distance from the later dividing line, which corresponds approximately to the height of the lower part, so that the access openings are visible from the outside even after the two parts have been brought into one another. Since the through openings is located substantially at the transition between the upper part and lower part in the assembled state, a sufficient force can be exerted during removal, so that a removal by a handle is possible here.
  • weakening lines may extend down to the area forming the lower part. This makes it possible to separate a small area from the top, e.g. when the upper part and the lower part are glued together.
  • the height of the upper part of the cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging after separation may correspond approximately to the height of the product to be packaged.
  • a secure packaging of the products is achieved because they are completely absorbed in the package.
  • top part 1 comprises a top part 1 and a bottom part 2 connected thereto, which together form the container body region.
  • the container body region essentially consists of a rectangular rear wall 3, a first side wall 4, a front wall 5 and a second side wall 6 four walls 3, 4, 5, 6 each have a rectangular shape and are connected to each other via parallel arranged hinge fold lines 7, 8, 9 and 10.
  • the side wall 6 has on one of its longitudinal side, i. the hinged line 10, an adhesive tab 11, which serves to connect to the rear wall 3. This bond is made on the part of the blank manufacturer area, so that the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 lie on each other as a flat rectangular tube.
