Abstract

L'invention concerne des plateaux convertibles présentant des caractéristiques qui facilitent la préparation, le transport et la présentation d'articles alimentaires. Un exemple de plateau convertible comprend un substrat définissant des ouvertures, chaque ouverture étant destinée à contenir un article alimentaire.
