Abstract

The method for the producing of a two-part packing of cardboard or corrugated cardboard from a one-piece blank with stamped sections (22,23) on opposite sides for later separation between an upper (1) and a lower (2) part, entails the gluing of the one-piece blank to form a flat-lying semi-finished packing, the assembling of the glued semi-finished packing, the moving past of the assembled, unfilled semi-finished packing on a cutting machine for the separation of the upper part and lower part from one another, and the sliding together of the upper and lower parts. An independent claim is included for a semi-finished packing for the producing of a two-part packing from cardboard or corrugated cardboard.

Description

The invention relates to a method for producing a two-part, consisting of upper part and lower part packaging of cardboard or corrugated cardboard from a one-piece blank, wherein the blank is provided on two opposite sides in the folded state with a subsequent separation between the upper and lower part marking punched section. The invention further relates to a semi-finished product.

Tray.It is common nowadays to pack prepackaged products, which are sold on retail shelves, into carton packs consisting of a top and a bottom. In this case, the upper part can usually be removed from the lower part, and the packaged products, which are still on the lower part, are pushed directly with this in the shelf. The lower part thus serves as a tray or tray.

Corresponding known paperboard packages, which are produced according to known methods, are expensive in terms of their production, since often two individual parts are manufactured in different devices, and are assembled only shortly before packaging. For some time now, efforts have therefore been made to manufacture corresponding cardboard packaging from a one-piece blank.

From the EP 0667 295 A2 is a one-piece carton known, wherein the bottom and top cover comprehensive carton is first erected and the two parts are separated from each other before the carton is filled. In this case, the separation between upper and lower part is already made clear during manufacture by weakening lines, which are separated during the separation process by exerting a force exerted against the walls of the packaging pressure. The two parts are then brought together.

Another foldable packaging is also from the DE 200 00 449 U1 known:

The described, made of a one-piece blank sales packaging is here erected, filled with the products to be packaged and only then separated into two parts, that is in a top and a bottom. Here, too, during the production of the blank at corresponding positions, the wall weakenings marking the subsequent separation, such as slots or a perforation, are formed, which serve as a separating aid for the

Separation of the sales packaging is provided. The upper and lower part are separated by cutting and then both parts are pushed together.

Getränkekartons etc..In particular, since in the latter method a separation of the sales packaging takes place only after filling, the lines of weakness represent an impairment of the stability of the sales packaging, but at the same time they are necessary to ensure an easy and cost-effective separation of the upper part and the lower part. In this case, the separation of the lower part from the upper part after the filling can lead to a damage of the filled contents, e.g. when the cutter engages too deeply. This is particularly disadvantageous if the packaging is intended for liquid products, e.g. Beverage cartons etc.

The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a method for producing a cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging from a one-piece blank, which is characterized by a particularly simple and cost-effective production.

This object is achieved by a method for producing a two-part, consisting of top and bottom packaging of cardboard or corrugated cardboard from a one-piece blank, wherein the carton blank is provided at two opposite sides in the folded state with a subsequent separation between the upper and lower part marking punched section , solved, which comprises the following steps:
  • Bonding the one-piece blank to form a flat semi-finished package,
  • Erecting the semi-finished packaging,
  • Inserting a stabilization and movement device into the semi-finished package,
  • Passing the erect, unfilled semi-finished packaging on a cutting device for separating the upper part and the lower part from each other, and pushing together of the upper part and the lower part.

The inventive method is simple and inexpensive to perform. Since the package is passed in the semi-finished state of the cutter, a fixed cutter can be used here. The method can be used equally for packaging in which the upper part is inserted into the lower part, as well as in packaging in which the upper part is pushed over the lower part. After erecting the semi-finished packaging, a stabilizing and moving device will be inserted into the semi-finished package. Here, for example, offers a format block whose outer dimensions are slightly smaller than the inner dimensions of the packaging made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard. Since the packaging is guided past the cutting device, a uniform cut is ensured without the need for complicated markings for the cutting line.

Advantageously, it can be provided that after the right-angled erecting of the semi-finished packaging, the bottom sections are first closed. In this case, the packaging has a higher soil stability, which has an advantageous effect on the separation process.

Advantageously, the semi-finished packaging can be moved past the cutting device by means of the stabilization and movement device. The introduced device ensures that the semi-finished packaging remains dimensionally stable during the movement that is being performed. By combining the movement with the stabilization, the process as well as the necessary apparatus can be simplified.

Preferably, as a cutting device, a cutting blade, in particular with a wavy blade grinding, can be used. A corresponding cutting device has proven to be particularly suitable in practice.

Alternatively, any conceivable cutting device that can penetrate rotatingly deep into the packaging can be used, since the unfilled packaging is cut as described.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the severed upper part can be pushed into the lower part after the separation by the stabilizing and moving device so that the side walls of the upper part stand up on the bottom inner surface of the lower part.

According to another preferred embodiment, the severed upper part can be pushed over the lower part after separation by the stabilizing and moving device so that the side walls of the lower part adjoin the inner lid surface of the upper part.

Nach Rücknahme des Drucks liegen die Außenflächen der Wände des eingeschobenen Teils dann an den Innenflächen des außen angeordneten Teils an.Advantageously, during the pushing together of the lower part and the upper part from the outside on the walls of the lower part or of the upper part, an inwardly directed pressure can be exerted. As a result, the outer circumference of the part to be inserted is reduced and the process of insertion is facilitated. After withdrawal of the pressure, the outer surfaces of the walls of the inserted part then bear on the inner surfaces of the externally arranged part.

According to another embodiment, prior to the pushing together of the upper part and the lower part, a connecting medium can be applied to at least one predetermined position on the lateral outer surface of the upper part or of the lower part. The additional connection medium between the upper part and the lower part increases the stability of the cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging. At the same time a separation of the upper part and lower part is excluded in the filled state, e.g. during handling during a packaging process.

Advantageously, after pushing together of the upper part and the lower part, the side walls in the region of the applied connection medium can be pressed against each other. As a result, the joint is additionally fixed and increases the adhesive effect.

According to another preferred embodiment, in the one-piece blank, the areas lying in the folded state between the sides provided with punched cut and forming the two other walls can be formed without weakening lines. A corresponding blank for a two-part packaging made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard is inexpensive to manufacture. Since it is a one-piece blank, only a single device for production is necessary. Due to the weakening line-free production of the two side parts a blank with high stability is achieved, so that during storage, as well as in the further processing of the same, no special measures for the gentlest possible treatment are necessary.

Trays an.Advantageously, the portion of the one-piece blank forming the top can have a lid portion separated from the walls by a hinge fold and the bottom portion of the one-piece blank having a bottom portion separated from the walls by a hinge fold line, the punch cut being parallel to a predetermined distance from the bottom this is arranged. Here, the distance of the punched cut from the ground indicates the height of the later tray or tray.

Furthermore, the punched cut of the one-piece blank can extend over a predetermined region at least on one side into the lines of weakness-free region. As a result, a separation aid is provided, since the cutting tool can orientate itself at the punched cuts with respect to the separation, or can already intervene in the punching cut before the actual cutting operation.

According to another preferred embodiment, a slot and / or a recess are arranged at least at one arranged between the individual walls of the one-piece blank Schamierfaltlinie which extends from the punching line from a predetermined distance in the upper part or the lower part. This embodiment ensures a displacement of the walls of the upper part or the lower part to each other when the upper part is inserted in the assembled state in the lower part, or the upper part is placed on the lower part.

Advantageously, the length of the slots and / or recesses in approximately the height of the lower part in the folded state, that is the distance between the bottom and punched section correspond. As a result, in particular, when the upper part is inserted into the lower part, it is ensured that the upper part is inserted as completely as possible into the lower part, so that the upper part touches the bottom of the lower part and the corners of the lower part sit on the corners of the recesses and the sit the corners of the recesses on the corners of the base. This increases in particular the stability of the packaging made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard in the filled state under vertical load.

According to another preferred embodiment, the recess may extend parallel to the hinge fold line at least on one of the walls adjacent to the hinge fold line and extend in its end region from the hinge fold line to the punch cut. Due to the wider recess is the Mobility of the individual walls of the shell increased to each other. At the same time the conclusion of the recess forms a corner, which can then sit on an associated corner of the base. As a result, it can be easily determined by visual inspection whether the upper part has been completely inserted into the lower part. Similarly, it can also be checked whether the upper part has been placed completely on the lower part.

Advantageously, the folded-together in the folded state and interconnected longitudinal edges of the blank defining walls may be provided with a recess extending to the punching cut, a predetermined distance in the direction of the upper part. This ensures that corresponding recesses are formed on all four edges.

According to another preferred embodiment, a recess may be formed in the region of the front wall of the one-piece blank, which recess extends from the punched cut to a predetermined distance below the hinged fold line delimiting the upper part of the lid region. A corresponding recess ensures that the packaged products are easily recognizable even when the packaging is closed, so that expensive packaging of the packaging or other markings can be dispensed with.

Advantageously, the recess in the front wall may be formed substantially rectangular. A rectangular recess here provides a sufficiently large field of view available to allow identification of the goods.

In this case, the recess in the front wall in the region of the punched cut can be formed integrally with the recesses formed on the hinge fold lines. In this way, a single large recess is formed in the front wall and thin, possibly unstable areas are avoided.

Furthermore, the corners of the recess remote from the stamped cut can be rounded in the front wall.

Advantageously, the distance between the upper part limiting Schamierfaltlinie and the recess in the front wall may be greater than the height of the lower part between hinge fold line and punch cut. This embodiment ensures sufficient stability of the finished cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging.

According to a preferred embodiment, the punched cut in the front wall of the one-piece blank may lie in line with the punched cut in the rear wall. Here, the upper part and the lower part are separated by a horizontal section.

According to another preferred embodiment, the punching cut in the front wall of the one-piece blank can be above or below the punched cut in the rear wall. If the upper part and the lower part are separated from each other in this embodiment, this takes place via an oblique cut, thereby the severed lower part is replaced by the shape of a display packaging.

According to yet another embodiment, substantially rectangular passage openings can be arranged approximately in the center of the side walls of the one-piece blank. These passage openings serve in particular as a separation aid when the parts of the cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging which are guided one inside the other are to be separated from one another again during the unpacking of the goods. In this case, the passage openings are arranged centrally in the region forming the upper part, preferably approximately at a distance from the later dividing line, which corresponds approximately to the height of the lower part, so that the access openings are visible from the outside even after the two parts have been brought into one another. Since the through openings is located substantially at the transition between the upper part and lower part in the assembled state, a sufficient force can be exerted during removal, so that a removal by a handle is possible here.

In this case, starting from the access opening in the side wall, weakening lines may extend down to the area forming the lower part. This makes it possible to separate a small area from the top, e.g. when the upper part and the lower part are glued together.

Advantageously, the height of the upper part of the cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging after separation may correspond approximately to the height of the product to be packaged. As a result, a secure packaging of the products is achieved because they are completely absorbed in the package.

The container body region essentially consists of a rectangular rear wall 3, a first side wall 4, a front wall 5 and a second side wall 6 four walls 3, 4, 5, 6 each have a rectangular shape and are connected to each other via parallel arranged hinge fold lines 7, 8, 9 and 10.

The side wall 6 has on one of its longitudinal side, i. the hinged line 10, an adhesive tab 11, which serves to connect to the rear wall 3. This bond is made on the part of the blank manufacturer area, so that the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 lie on each other as a flat rectangular tube.

On the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 close in the region of the upper part 1 each rectangular shaped lid portions 14, 15, 16, 17 at. The lid sections 14, 15, 16, 17 are separated from the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 via the hinge fold line 13. In this case, the cover sections each have the same length, and correspond in width to the respective wall section to which they are associated. The cover sections 14, 15, 16 and 17 are each spaced apart by cuts and can be opened and closed separately from each other.

Similarly, in the extension of the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 in the region of the lower part 1 rectangular bottom portions 18, 19, 20, 21 are formed, which are each delimited on the Schamierfaltlinie 12 of the respective wall. The length of the bottom sections 18, 19, 20, 21 is in each case identical and preferably corresponds to the length of the lid sections. The width corresponds to the width of the respective wall.

The rear wall 3 and the front wall 5 are each provided over their entire width with a punched cut 22, 23, which in each case marks the separation between upper part 1 and lower part 1. The punched cut 22 of the rear wall 3 in this case extends beyond the hinge fold line 7 beyond a predetermined area in the side wall 4 inside.

Das Ende der Aussparung 24 im Bereich der Seitenwand 4 entspricht hierbei auch dem Ende des Stanzschnittes 22.Furthermore, the hinge fold line 7 is provided in the region of the punched cut 22 starting from this with a recess 24 which extends from the punched cut 22 in the direction of the upper part 1. In the folded state, a region of the edge formed by the hinge fold line 7 is hereby cut out. The recess 24 is in this case designed in such a way that its edge in the region of the rear wall 3 initially extends from the punching cut 22 upwards to the hinge fold line 7 and then runs parallel to the hinge edge at a predetermined distance therefrom and finally in an arc this hits. Subsequently, the edge of the recess extends correspondingly up to the punched cut in the region of the side wall 4, so that the recess is substantially bell-shaped. The end of the recess 24 in the region of the side wall 4 in this case also corresponds to the end of the punched cut 22.

The longitudinal edge of the rear wall 3 lying opposite the hinge fold line 7, that is to say the side which is adhesively bonded to the adhesive flap 11, is likewise provided starting from the punched cut 22 with a recess 26 which initially projects from the punching cut 22 into the region of the upper part 1 extends perpendicular to the punching cut and finally extends in a bend on the longitudinal edge and perpendicular to this meets.

Die Form der Aussparung 26a entspricht hierbei in etwa der Form der Aussparung.24 im Bereich der Rückwand 3.Likewise, the longitudinal edge 10 of the side wall 6, which is followed by the adhesive flap 11, provided with a recess 26 a, through which the adhesive flap 11 is interrupted. The shape of the recess 26a corresponds approximately to the shape of the recess in the region of the rear wall.

The punching cut 23 of the front side 5 also extends beyond the hinge fold line 8 and 9 into the adjacent side walls 4 and 6. The ends of the punching cut 23 in the region of the adjacent walls 4 and 6 are in this case formed corresponding to the recess 24, i. In contrast to the rear wall, however, the front wall 5 is not provided with identically formed recesses which join together to form a bell shape; rather, the front wall has a further recess 27 in which the recesses 28, 29 open, so that a large passage opening is formed.

In this case, the recess 27 begins at the punched cut 23 and extends to a predetermined extent below the hinge fold 13. The distance between the hinge fold 12 and the recess 27 is preferably greater than the area between the hinge fold line 12 and the punch cut 23. The recess 27 in the Front wall 5 is formed substantially rectangular, and extends parallel to the Schamierfaltelinien 8 and 9 and parallel to the hinge fold 13. Here, the transition between the parallel to the Schamierfalten 8 and 9 running cut edges and parallel to the Schamierfaltlinie 13 parallel cutting edge rounded. The distance between the hinge fold line 8 or 9 to the recess 27 corresponds approximately to half the distance between the hinge fold 13 and the recess 27th

The transition of the recess 27 in the recesses 28, 29 takes place by a trained as a circular section cutting edge, wherein the arc is convex to the punching cut, so that between the recess 27 and the recesses 28, 29 are formed over a predetermined distance web elements.

Both the side wall 4, as well as the side wall 6 are provided with passage openings 30, 31, which are arranged with respect to the width in the middle, with respect to the height, however, are slightly facing the lower part. The passage opening is in this case formed as a rectangular passage opening, wherein the edges facing the Schamierfaltlinie 13 of the passage opening are formed rounded. Starting from the lower, that is parallel to the hinge fold line 12 extending edge 32 and 33, respectively beginning at the corners lines of weakness 34, 35 and 36, 37 are arranged, which initially at a predetermined angle away from each other and the Schamierfaltlinie 12 extend to finally run perpendicular to this. The weakening lines end here at a position corresponding to the later dividing line. In use, the recess 30 or 31 can be enlarged here by simply tearing the weakening lines.

In the following, the construction and the mode of operation of the packaging made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard will be explained in more detail with the aid of FIGS. 2 to 4.

The one-piece blank described above is first glued together in the region of the rear wall 3 and the side wall 6 and fed to the further steps as a flat-lying tube. In this form, the glued blank can also be stored as semi-finished packaging.

As shown in Figure 2, the semi-finished package is initially erected, so that the side walls are arranged at right angles to each other. Subsequently, the bottom portions 18, 19, 20 and 21 are closed. In this case, the bottom plates 18 and 20 associated with the front and rear walls are preferably first folded in and then the bottom flaps 19 and 21. The bottom flaps closed in this way are glued together or otherwise closed.

In the subsequent step, the Habfertigverpackung is separated into the two parts, which then form the finished packaging of cardboard or corrugated cardboard. For this purpose, the erected box is guided past cutting knives, so as to prevent the separation between Perform upper part 1 and lower part 2. In this case, round cutting blades can be used, which are held in by a central attachment movable, so that the movement of the packaging triggers a movement of the cutting blade to the central attachment. To ensure that during the separation process, the walls to be cut maintain their position and to ensure continuous cutting, a format block is introduced before the cutting operation in the erect semi-finished packaging, the inner dimensions of which are slightly smaller than the inner dimensions of the box. This format block is preferably made of hard rubber in the region of the cutting line, so that the cutting blades can penetrate into the format block. The semi-finished package can be pulled through the cutter by means of the format block.

Here, the recesses 24, 26, 28 and 29 in particular facilitate the extensions of the punched cuts 22 and 23, in the region of the side wall 4 and 6 an exact positioning of the cutting blade. The semi-finished packaging is drawn past two cutting knives, which have a wave-shaped blade cut. In this case, both non-driven and driven cutting blades can be used, since the box is moved itself. Furthermore, no precise definition of the incision depth is necessary. Fig. 3 shows the packaging of cardboard or corrugated cardboard after separation.

The upper part 1 separated from the lower part 2 is pushed into the lower part by the format block so far that the lower ends of the side walls 4, 6 rise on the inner bottom surface of the lower part. Here, by the recesses 24, 26, 28 and 29 at the hinged fold lines 7, 8, 9, 10 and at the longitudinal edge of the rear wall, which are now after the successful separation at the lower edge of the upper part, the width of all four walls 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the upper part are reduced so that they are slightly smaller than the inner dimensions of the lower part 2. Since the height of the recesses 24, 26, 28 and 29 corresponds to the height of the lower part, it is ensured that the upper ends of the recesses rest on the upper corners of the lower part.

To facilitate the interfitting of the upper part 1 and the lower part 2, the walls 3, 4, 5 and 6 can be pressed inwards by externally applied devices. As a result, the outer dimensions of the upper part are reduced in the region of the recesses and the upper part can be easily inserted into the lower part.

If the upper part and the lower part are to be glued together in the pushed-together state, the upper part can be provided with a suitable connection medium before being pushed together. Here has z.b. Hotmelt proved to be particularly suitable. The connection medium is preferably applied to the regions 38, 39 defined by the lines of weakness 34, 35, 36, 37 underneath the through openings 30, 31. By the lines of weakness, it is then easily possible to separate the region of the upper part connected to the lower part of the upper part, so that a detachable connection between the upper part and the lower part is provided.

After the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 have been brought together as described, the format block moves out of the produced cardboard or corrugated cardboard packaging. The packaging made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard can then be filled with products and is then closed by means of the cover sections 14, 15, 16, 17. Here, too, an additional gluing etc. of the lid sections can be done to ensure a secure closing. The sealed package of cardboard or corrugated cardboard is shown in Fig. 4.

Another embodiment of the paperboard or corrugated paperboard package is shown in FIG. This is a packaging in which the upper part 1 is not inserted into the lower part 2, but forms a lid which is slipped over the lower part.

In this embodiment, the manufacture until the separation of the upper part and the lower part coincides with the embodiment described above. Subsequently, the upper part is pushed over the lower part by means of the format block. In this embodiment, it has proven to be particularly suitable when the lower part is provided in the region of the hinged folded edge lines with recesses, and the lower corners of the recesses of the lower part rest on the lower corners of the upper part. Furthermore, in this case the lower part is provided with the connecting medium, so that in the region of the lower part corresponding weakening lines are formed.
