Abstract
Description
- une zone centrale surélevée, dont la surface constitue le chemin de roulement habituel des véhicules, s'étendant horizontalement sur toute l'intersection des voies convergentes,
- des zones périphériques adjacentes à la zone centrale, dont les surfaces inclinées forment des rampes reliant cette zone centrale aux voies convergentes, s'étendant horizontalement en dehors de l'intersection.
- renforce la sécurité : le léger obstacle créé par la zone centrale 4 surélevée impose un ralentissement aux usagers ; le balisage du carrefour 1 au niveau du sol complète la signalisation existante,
- améliore la fluidité du trafic : l'usager est incité à ne pas stationner sur le carrefour 1 ; le dispositif remplace des feux tricolores par un système de signalisation non bloquant mais dont la sécurité est importante.
- avec quatre panneaux de signalisation "Stop", fixes ou montés pivotants, et dont la commande en rotation couple alors éventuellement le mouvement des panneaux "Stop" deux par deux,
- avec un panneau unique de signalisation "Stop" installé à plusieurs mètres au-dessus du centre du carrefour, panneau qui est alors monté pivotant à angle droit afin d'être alternativement visible pour les usagers d'une voie, de part et d'autre du carrefour ainsi équipé, et invisible pour les usagers circulant sur la voie perpendiculaire,
- ou encore avec des panneaux de limitation de vitesse, au nombre de un par voie ou multipliés par voie afin d'ordonner une dégressivité dans la vitesse, par exemple 30, 20, 10,
- et ce pour éviter des feux tricolores, plus coûteux à installer et à entretenir en parfait état de fonctionnement.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier, ledit dispositif étant du type de ceux comportant des fibres optiques intégrées formant des points lumineux (9, 10) à leurs surfaces et placés au croisement d'au moins deux voies (2, 3) de circulation de véhicules, caractérisé en ce que qu'il comprend :une zone centrale (4) surélevée, dont la surface constitue le chemin de roulement habituel desdits véhicules, s'étendant horizontalement sur toute l'intersection (ABCD) desdites voies convergentes (2, 3),des zones périphériques (5, 6, 7, 8) adjacentes à ladite zone centrale (4), dont les surfaces inclinées forment des rampes reliant ladite zone centrale (4) aux voies convergentes (2, 3), s'étendant horizontalement en dehors de ladite intersection (ABCD).
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les points lumineux (9, 10) forment sur au moins l'une desdites zones périphériques (5, 6, 7, 8) au moins une ligne horizontale s'étendant au moins en partie sur la largeur d'au moins l'une desdites voies (2, 3).
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les points lumineux (9, 10) forment sur au moins l'une desdites zones périphériques (5, 6, 7, 8) au moins un chevron lumineux (9) indiquant le sens de circulation.
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les points lumineux (9, 10) forment sur au moins l'une desdites zones périphériques (5, 6, 7, 8) au moins un triangle lumineux.
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les points lumineux (9, 10) forment une grille lumineuse (10) sur au moins une partie de ladite zone centrale (4).
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les points lumineux (9, 10) forment un damier lumineux sur au moins une partie de ladite zone centrale (4) .
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la couleur desdits points lumineux (9,10) formés sur chacune desdites zones périphériques (5, 6, 7, 8) est identique à la couleur des feux de signalisation tricolores (11) de chacune desdites voies correspondantes (2,3).
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits points lumineux (9, 10) sont clignotants.
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le clignotement desdits points lumineux (9, 10) est déclenché au moyen d'au moins un capteur (12) détectant l'arrêt d'au moins un véhicule sur ladite intersection (ABCD) pendant une durée supérieure à un seuil prédéterminé.
- Dispositif de signalisation lumineuse d'un carrefour (1) urbain ou routier selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur (12) est une caméra vidéo (12).
