Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung einer Papierbahn, insbesondere Tissuebahn, mit mindestens einem nach einem Trockenzylinder (1) angeordneten (Bahn-) Stabilisator (3, 7), wobei der Stabilisator (3) direkt am Trockenzylinder (1) unterhalb der Papierbahn (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anstellwinkel (α) des Stabilisators (3) an den Trockenzylinder (1) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anstellwinkel (α) des Stabilisators (3) unabhängig vom Schaberanstellwinkel (χ) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stabilisator (3) Öffnungen (8) zur Luftausblasung bzw. Luftabsaugung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stabilisator (3) schwenkbar, insbesondere abschwenkbar ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stabilisator (3) am Schaberhalter (6) oder Schaberbalken (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trockenzylinder (1) ein Yankeezylinder ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand des Stabilisators (3) vom Trockenzylinder (1) zwischen 0 und 500 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 0 und 200 mm, beispielsweise etwa 50 mm beträgt.
