Claims (15)
- Schmiervorrichtung (1) zum Schmieren von Blechstreifen, umfassend ein Gehäuse, in dem zwei Schmierwalzen (11, 16) rotierbar angeordnet sind, zwischen denen ein Blechstreifen durchführbar ist, wobei die Schmierwalzen (11, 16) von einem Vlies, insbesondere Wirrvlies, ummantelt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vlies ausschließlich aus Kunstfasern hergestellt ist.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Pumpe vorgesehen ist, die den Schmierwalzen (11, 16) Schmiermittel zuführt.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Schmierwalze (11, 16) ein Steuerprogramm für die Schmiermittelzuführung vorgesehen ist.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse einen Grundträger (6) und einen Deckel (18) umfasst, wobei zwischen dem Grundträger (6) und dem Deckel (18) ein Schlitz zum Durchführen des Blechstreifens ausgebildet ist und der Deckel (18) mindestens eine zum Gehäuseinnenraum zeigende Schmiermittelabtropfkante (27) aufweist.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundträger geschlitzte Seitenteile aufweist, in die Wellen, auf denen die Schmierwalzen (11, 16) rotierbar angeordnet sind, einführbar sind.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (18) mit dem Grundträger (6) lösbar verbunden ist, insbesondere durch eine oder mehrere Rast- oder Schnappverbindungen.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Anpressmittel (19) zum Anpressen der Schmierwalzen (11, 16) an den Blechstreifen vorgesehen sind.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Drucksensoren zur Überwachung des Schmiermitteldrucks in den Zuleitungen zu den Schmierwalzen (11, 16) vorgesehen sind.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schmiermittelverbrauchserfassungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Schmiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Heizeinrichtung zur Erwärmung des Schmiermittels vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Schmieren von Blechstreifen mit einem Hot-Melt Schmierstoff umfassend die Verfahrensschritte:a. Erwärmen des Hot-Melt Schmierstoffes;b. Aufbringen des Hot-Melt Schmierstoffes auf den Blechstreifen mittels Walzen, die von einem Vlies, insbesondere Wirrvlies, ummantelt sind, wobei das Vlies ausschließlich aus Kunstfasern hergestellt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hot-Melt-Schmierstoff durch Erwärmen verflüssigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hot-Melt Schmierstoff auf mindestens 55°C erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen beheizt werden.
