Claims (11)
- Steckverbindung, insbesondere mit industriellen Winkelsteckern (1) oder Winkeldosen, mit Kontakteinsatz (8) zur Herstellung einer elektrischen Verbindung, leitfähigem Stecker- bzw. Dosengehäuse (1) und nichtleitender Stecker- bzw. Dosengehäuseummantelung (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Gehäuseummantelung (2) die Mantelfläche des Gehäuses (1) zumindest teilweise einhüllt und schalenartig am Gehäuse (1) anliegt;die Gehäuseummantelung (2) aus mehreren, vorzugsweise aus zwei symmetrischen, Gehäuseschalen (2) gebildet ist und die Gehäuseschalen (2) an ihren Stoßfugen so aneinandergefügt sind, dass diese fest miteinander verbunden sind. - Steckverbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung an den Stoßfugen der Gehäuseschalen (2) lösbar ist, vorzugsweise mittels Clipsen (6) oder Rastnasen (6).
- Steckverbindung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung an den Stoßfugen der Gehäuseschalen (2) nicht lösbar ist, vorzugsweise mittels Verpressen, Verschweißen oder Verkleben.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseschalen (2) lose an der Mantelfläche des Gehäuses (1) anliegen.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseschalen (2) fest mit der Mantelfläche des Gehäuses (1), vorzugsweise durch ein Klebemittel, verbunden sind.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseummantelung (2) an wenigstens einem Stecker- oder Dosenende mit einem Gewinde (3) versehen ist und die Verbindung der Gehäuseschalen (2) mittels einer Überwurfmutter (4) realisiert ist, wobei die Überwurfmutter (4) gleichzeitig zur Befestigung einer Kabelknickschutzvorrichtung (5) und/oder Kabeltülle (5) und/oder Kabelzugentlastung (5) dient.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels. der Steckverbindung eine Schutzerdung und Schutztrennung realisiert ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der Gehäuseummantelung (2) ein Schutz vor Umwelteinflüssen wie Spritzwasser, Schmutz und Säuren realisiert ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Oberflächengestaltung der Gehäuseummantelung (2), insbesondere durch Einkerbungen (10) und/oder Rillen (10), eine höhe Griffigkeit bei der Handhabung des Steckers (1) gewährleistet ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der Gehäuseummantelung (2) das Gehäuse (1) vollständig, d.h. inklusive der Kupplung zwischen Stecker (1) und Dose, eingehüllt ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Gehäuseummantelung (2) mit der Form eines Winkelsteckers (1) korrespondiert und dementsprechend aus Gehäuseschalen (2) besteht, die entlang ihrer Längsachse im wesentlichen rechtwinklig ausgebildet sind.
