Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Spannen einer endlosen Bahn, insbesondere zum Spannen von Maschinensieben oder Trockenfilzen einer Papiermaschine, mit mindestens einer Spannwalze zur Führung der endlosen Bahn, wobei die Spannwalze zur Einstellung der Spannung der Bahn verschiebbar in mindestens zwei Wagen geführt und die Wagen über eine Zwangsführung mit einer Querwelle zur synchronen Verschiebung der Wagen verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querwelle (5) ein Verstellelement (26) zur Winkelverstellung der Querwelle (5) zum Spannen der aufgelegten endlosen Bahn (1) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (26) drehfest auf der Querwelle (5) angebracht ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (26) als pneumatisches Element ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (26) als hydraulisches Element ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (26) als Federelement (22) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (26) als Druckfeder ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (26) als Spiralfeder ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kettenrad (14) drehbar auf der Querwelle (5) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende (24) des Federelements (22) mit der Querwelle (5) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende (25) des Federelements (22) mit einem Kettenrad (14) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querwelle (5) einen Anschlag (20) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kettenrad (14) einen Anschlag (19) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (20) der Querwelle (5) über den Anschlag (19) des Kettenrades (14) zur Drehung der Querwelle (5) kontaktierbar ist.
