Definitions
- the present invention relates to a transport system for Transporting objects.
- Transport boxes use a transport volume own, in which housed the objects to be transported can be.
- the transport boxes are relative easy to handle, for example by means of a forklift.
- the transport boxes facilitate loading and unloading e.g. of a truck, causing the transport of the items considerably simplified over longer distances.
- the transport problem can therefore be based on economic considerations decide whether Maintain or relocate manufacturing sites. However, the relocation of a manufacturing site is associated with considerable effort. Another economical or logistical problem can also result from that the transport boxes when returning from the place the final assembly to the place of pre-assembly usually empty what the cost of transport operations are not promotes.
- the present invention deals with the problem for a transport system of the type mentioned an improved Specify an embodiment that makes it possible in particular shock-sensitive objects gentle and economical cheap to transport.
- the invention is based on the general idea for which Transporting the items to use a transport box the between a state of use with a large cargo volume and a non-use state with a small load volume convertible is.
- the transport system comprises positioning elements, adapted to the objects to be transported are in the state of use of the transport box in the large load volume are stackable. Of crucial importance is that the positioning elements in the non-use state the transport box housed in the small load volume are.
- the transport system according to the invention offers several advantages. For one, it allows for the items a position fixation within the transport box, what Relative movements between the individual objects during the transport prevented or significantly reduced and thus the risk of damage to the items considerably reduced.
- the transport boxes have in their non-use state a significantly reduced volume, so that they are inexpensive when not in use can be transported.
- the decisive factor is that the positioning elements assigned to the respective transport box then completely in the associated transport box can be accommodated if they are in their non-use condition located.
- the transport system according to the invention therefore allows the transport boxes together with the positioning after transporting the objects from a first place to a second place inexpensively for to bring back the first place.
- the positioning elements are arranged side by side Recessed recordings that are shaped so that there is a Section of one of the objects is inserted. This results a positive positioning and mounting of the respective object via the respective positioning element in the transport box.
- the positioning elements are designed and stacked in such a way can be that in a stack at least one up open receiving a lower positioning with a downwardly open receiving an upper positioning Aligns, so that the aligned images for holding the same object from above and from below serve. This results in a particularly secure Holder and positioning for the respective objects.
- the images of the Positioning elements each for holding sections in at least two different objects and / or for Support of at least two different sections shaped like objects.
- the positioning elements within the transport box various positions are positioned to the respective Object support what the use of identical Positioning elements allows.
- the items are um Exhaust strands for motor vehicles, in particular for passenger cars. Due to the proposed embodiment of the positioning can thus at least two different types Exhaust pipes with the same positioning in the transport box be stored secured. This measure thus increases the flexibility and economy of the transport system.
- an inventive Transport system 1 a transport box 2 and in Fig. 4th to 9 illustrated positioning 3,4,5,6.
- the transport box 2 according to FIG. 1, has a base 7, a rear wall 8 and two side walls 9,10.
- the bottom 7 preferably has a sturdy steel frame construction and contains at its front receiving shoes 11 for a fork one Forklift.
- the transport box 2 also on her left and on her right side with pick-up shoes 11 for the fork one Forklift equipped.
- the receiving shoes 11 have a closed Profile, whereby the transport box 2 and the housed therein Objects from being damaged by the forks are protected by the forklift.
- the Shoe 11 integrated into the bottom 7, which is the overall height the transport box 2 reduced.
- the rear wall 8 is mounted in the region of its lower third about a parallel to the bottom 7 and parallel to the back of the transport box 2 extending pivot axis 12 pivotally adjustable.
- the rear wall 8 is characterized by the upright position shown by about 90 ° forward in a horizontal position rotatably pivotable.
- an upper pivotable section 8 o is mounted pivotally adjustable via bearings 13 on a lower section 8 u of the rear wall 8.
- the lower rear wall section 8 u is fixedly attached to the bottom 7.
- the rear wall 8 is designed in two parts and thus has a left section 8 l and a right section 8 r , which can be pivoted independently about the pivot axis 12.
- This divided rear wall 8 simplifies the handling of the rear wall 8 for pivoting, since the individual rear wall members 8 l , 8 r each have a reduced and thus comparatively easy to handle weight.
- the rear wall members 8 l , 8 r by means of a coupling member 14 to each other can be fixed, which increases the stability of the multi-membered rear wall 8 in particular for the upright position shown in FIG.
- rear guide rods 15 are formed on the rear wall 8 . These guide rods 15 protrude at one of the front side of the transport box 2 facing side of the rear wall 8 in the cargo space of the transport box 2 into it. Furthermore, the rear guide rods 15 extend at upright rear wall 8 substantially vertically.
- the rear guide rods each have an unspecified upper portion which is formed on the pivotable upper rear wall portion 8 o . Accordingly, the unspecified lower portions of the rear guide rods 15 are each part of the stationary lower rear wall portion 8 u .
- the side walls 9,10 each have two corner posts 16,17 which are arranged in the corners of the bottom 7. Between the corner posts 16,17 each has an upper side wall portion 9 o , 10 o and a lower side wall portion 9 u or 10 u . Thus, the side walls 9,10 are divided, but in contrast to the rear wall 8 is not vertical, but horizontal.
- each corner post 16,17 has a lower portion 16 u or 17 u , which is fixedly attached to the bottom 7, and an upper portion 16 o or 17 o , the vertically adjustable at the respective lower post portion 16 u , 17 u is stored.
- This translational movement of the individual upper post sections 16 o is guided in each case by means of a bolt 30 which projects laterally from the respective upper post section 16 o and thereby engages in a slot 31 (cf. FIG. 1).
- This slot 31 is formed at the associated lower post portion 16 u , 17 u and extends vertically.
- the respective pin 30 In the extended state, the respective pin 30 then defines the pivot axis 29 and allows pivotal adjustment of the respective upper post portion 16 o , 17 o from the upright position shown in a pivoted about 90 ° inwardly lying position.
- Extending between the upper post portions 16 o, 17 o extending upper wall portion 9 o, 10 o can be connected to the upper post portions 16 o be 17 o firmly connected in a corresponding manner, the translational and rotational adjustment movement of the upper post portions 16 o, 17 o join so that on each side of the transport box 2, the two upper post sections 16 o , 17 o together with the upper wall section 9 arranged therebetween o or 10 o form a jointly adjustable unit.
- B. einhakbar the upper post portions 16 o, 17 o extending upper wall portion 9 o, 10 o
- the respective upper wall section 9 o , 10 o can then be displaced in translation in front of the respective lower side wall section 9 u , 10 u, independently of the upper post sections 16 o , 17 o, inwardly or outwardly.
- the upper side wall portion 9 o , 10 o for example, at the lower side wall portion 9 u , 10 u are fixed, z. B. be hooked.
- Figs. 1 and 2 show a state in which the right side wall 10 has its greatest height.
- the corner posts 16 and 17 are erected and fixed in position in this position.
- the upper side wall portion 10 o is set at the upper post sections 16 o , 17 o .
- FIG. 3 shows the right side wall 10 at its minimum adjustable height, so if the upper Eckpfostenabête 16 o , 17 o pivoted away inwardly and the upper wall portion 10 o z. B. offset in front of or behind the lower wall portion 10 u is arranged. In this way, the height of the side wall 10 can be adjusted. In particular, the height of the side wall 10 in the extended state according to FIG. 2 is approximately twice as large as in the retracted state according to FIG. 3.
- the transport box 2 is thus between a in the use state shown in Figs. 1 and 2 and a in Fig. 3 indicated non-use state convertible.
- the rear wall 8 is in its upright position pivoted.
- the Side walls 9,10 erect.
- the transport box 2 has in their state of use thus a relatively large cargo volume.
- the side walls 9, 10 and the rear wall 8 each in their lying Position pivoted inward. Consequently, the loading volume the transport box in its non-use state considerably reduced.
- the transport box 2 when transferring from the use state in the non-use condition varies their height while their Base surface is invariant.
- An embodiment is preferred in which the height of the transport box 2 in the non-use state only about half as big as in use.
- This construction has the consequence that two Transport boxes 2 stacked in their non-use state have the same space as a transport box 2 in use. For example, thus with a truck twice as much empty transport boxes 2 are transported back as full.
- the transport box 2 is configured stackable. These are their corner posts 16,17 at the lower ends of the 18th equipped with tapered sections and attached to theirs upper ends 19 open. In this way, the rejuvenating Sections 18 of a transport box 2 in the open Ends 19 of another transport box 2 are introduced.
- a suitable dimensioning of the transport boxes 2 can be so for the stacked transport boxes in the non-use state substantially the same height achieve, which is also a single transport box 2 in its state of use has.
- the logistics for the return transport empty transport boxes 2 is considerably simplified.
- the transport box 2 is stackable both in its use state and in its non-use state.
- the lower post portions 16 are u, u at their upper ends with folded upper post portions 16 o, o designed open 17 17th
- the transport box 2 is also equipped with front guide rods 20 equipped, as shown in FIG. 1 loose on the bottom 7 of Transport box 2 can be placed.
- a rod receptacle 21 is provided, which at the front is attached to the bottom 7.
- this is expediently an open-topped one Pipe section in which the respective front guide rod 20 is inserted.
- the front guide rods 20 are inserted into their rod holders 21, extend they are vertical and in a front-to-back direction Viewing direction to the rear guide rods 15.
- At the bottom 7 is also in each case between a rear Guide rod 15 and a front guide rod 20th or whose rod holder 21 a guide rail 22 attached, extending from the front to the back of the Bodens 7 extends.
