Da die unerwünschten Verdickungen durch die relativ kurze Trennwand 33 vermieden werden, weisen auch die auf die Materialbahn aufgetragenen Auftragsmedien 35 und 36 in ihrem Kontaktbereich keine Verdickungen auf, sodass die Beschichtungsdicke auf der Materialbahn über deren Breite gesehen sehr gleichmäßig ist.
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum ein- oder beidseitigen Auftragen mehrerer flüssiger oder pastöser Auftragsmedien (17, 18, 19, 35, 36) auf eine laufende Oberfläche, aufweisend ein Vorhangauftragswerk mit einer Düse (10, 20, 30, 40) zum Auftragen der Auftragsmedien (17, 18, 19, 35, 36), wobei das Vorhangauftragswerk die Auftragsmedien (17, 18, 19, 35, 36) als sich im wesentlichen schwerkraftbedingt bewegenden Vorhang (29) an die laufende Oberfläche abgibt, und die Oberfläche bei direktem Auftrag die Oberfläche einer Materialbahn, insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, und bei indirektem Auftrag die Oberfläche eines Übertragungselementes, vorzugsweise eine Auftragswalze ist, welches die Auftragsmedien (17, 18, 19, 35, 36) an die Oberfläche der Materialbahn abgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse (10, 20, 30, 40) des Vorhangauftragswerkes mit mehreren nebeneinander entlang der Breite der laufenden Oberfläche angeordneten Kammern (11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23, 31, 32) ausgerüstet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammern (11, 12, 13) mit feststehenden Trennwänden (14, 15) ausgerüstet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammern (21, 22, 23) mit verschiebbaren Trennwänden (24, 25) ausgerüstet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwände (14, 15, 24, 25) einen sich verjüngenden Endbereich (16, 27) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwände (24, 25) über die Austrittsöffnung der Düse (20) hervorstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwände (14, 15) mit der Austrittsöffnung (34) der Düse (10) bündig abschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwände (33) kurz sind und vor der Austrittsöffnung (34) der Düse (30) enden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Düse (40) ein Leitblech (41) angebracht ist, über das die Auftragsmedien fließen.
