Claims (5)
- Hülsenboden für großkalibrige Munition mit einem Bodenteil (2) und einem zylinderförmigen Hülsenabschnitt (3) aus Metall, der auf seiner dem Bodenteil (2) abgewandten Seite mit einem Führungsbereich (4; 4') zur Führung einer über den Hülsenabschnitt (3) vorderseitig vorstehenden und mit dem Hülsenabschnitt (3) verbundenen ringförmigen elastischen Liderung (5; 5') versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungsbereich (4) einen Außendurchmesser (6) aufweist, welcher derart gewählt ist, daß er sich nach dem Laden der jeweiligen Patrone an der Innenwand des Ladungsraumes des entsprechenden Waffenrohres umfangseitig direkt abstützt.
- Hülsenboden nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Oberfläche (7) des Hülsenabschnittes (3) im Führungsbereich (4) mit einer Ringnut (8) versehen ist, mit welcher die elastische Liderung (5) klipsartig verbunden ist.
- Hülsenboden nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Liderung (5) aus einem durch Vulkanisation aufbringbaren Elastomer besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hülsenbodens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit den Merkmalen:a) der Hülsenboden (1) wird durch Umarbeitung eines bekannten Hülsenbodens entsprechender Geometrie mit von der elastischen Liderung (5') außen und innenseitig vollständig umschlossenen stegförmigen Führungsbereich (4') des Hülsenabschnittes (3) hergestellt;b) von dem bekannten Hülsenboden wird hierzu zunächst die gesamte Liderung (5') zusammen mit dem stegförmigen Führungsbereich (4') des Hülsenabschnittes (3) entfernt;c) anschließend wird eine Ringnut (8) in die innere Oberfläche (7) des verbleibenden Hülsenabschnittes (3) eingebracht undd) schließlich wird die neue elastische Liderung (5) an dem mit der Ringnut (8) versehenen Hülsenabschnitt (3) befestigt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die neue elastische Liderung (5) durch Aufvulkanisieren eines Elastomeres an dem Hülsenabschnitt (3) befestigt wird.
