Claims (7)
- Stangenartiges Verzahnungswerkzeug mit Mitteln zur Anbringung an einem Schlitten einer Werkzeugmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Querschnitt annähernd rechteckige Verzahnungswerkzeug (10) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten eine Zahnung (12, 14) aufweist und auf den anderen gegenüberliegenden Seiten Mittel vorgesehen sind zur Anbringung in der Werkzeugmaschine.
- Verzahnungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel jeweils zwei entgegengesetzt gerichtete Anlageflächen (24, 26, 28, 30) aufweisen zwecks Anlage an parallel beabstandeten Lagerflächen (32, 34) einer Spannvorrichtung und die Spannvorrichtung Spannmittel aufweist, mit welchen die Anlageflächen (24, 26, 28, 30) gegen die Lagerflächen (32, 34) gedrückt werden.
- Verzahnungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannmittel jeweils zwei entgegengesetzt gerichtete Spannflächen (38, 40) auf jeder der gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Verzahnungswerkzeugs (10) aufweisen, die jeweils mit einer zugeordneten Anlagefläche (24, 26, 28, 30) ein Keilprofil bilden, die Spannvorrichtung einen langgestreckten ersten Spannkörper (36) aufweist, der die Lagerflächen (32, 34) aufweist sowie eine längliche Ausnehmung (42) oberhalb einer Lagerfläche (34), deren Querschnitt komplementär zum keilförmigen Profil ist und die Spannvorrichtung einen zweiten Spannkörper (44) aufweist, der eine Schrägfläche (46) aufweist, die mit der zugekehrten Spannfläche (38 bzw. 40) des Verzahnungswerkzeugs (10) zusammenwirkt und Mittel vorgesehen sind, um den zweiten Spannkörper (44) so vorzuspannen, daß die Anlageflächen (24, 26, 28, 30) gegen die zugeordneten Lagerflächen (32, 34) angedrückt werden.
- Verzahnungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Spannkörper (44) eine zweite Schrägfläche (48) aufweist, die mit der ersten Schrägfläche (46) nach außen divergiert, die zweite Schrägfläche (48) mit einer komplementären Schrägfläche (50) des ersten Spannkörpers (36) zusammenwirkt und mindestens eine Spannschraube (52) vorgesehen ist, um den zweiten Spannkörper (44) gegen den ersten Spannkörper (36) anzuziehen, wodurch ein Keilprofil in die komplementäre Ausnehmung (42) gedrückt wird und die Anlageflächen (24, 26, 28, 30) gegen die Lagerflächen (32, 34) gedrückt werden zur Sicherung des Verzahnungswerkzeugs (10) in seiner eingespannten Lage.
- Verzahnungswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen (24, 26, 28, 30) annähernd die Länge des Verzahnungswerkzeugs (10) aufweisen und die Lagerflächen (32, 34) sich mindestens über eine Länge erstrecken, die der Länge der Anlageflächen (24 bis 30) entspricht.
- Verzahnungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Spannkörper (44) die gleiche Länge aufweist, wie der erste Spannkörper (36).
- Verzahnungswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß erster und/oder zweiter Spannkörper (44, 46) einteilig geformt ist.
