Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Befüllen Standbodenbeuteln der im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 erläuterten Art.
  • Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus EP 576 058 B1 bekannt.
  • Die bekannte Vorrichtung enthält ein Füllkarussell, das kontinuierlich umläuft und von einer Beutelformmaschine direkt beschickt wird. Die Beutelformmaschine verarbeitet zunächst Folienmaterial von einer Rolle zu einem Beutelstrang, schneidet diesen Beutelstrang in einzelne Beutel und übergibt die einzelnen Beutel einer Synchronisierungseinrichtung, die sie dann auf das kontinuierlich umlaufende Füllkarussell übergibt. Zwar ist in der Druckschrift erwähnt, dass auch vorgefertigte Beutel aus einem Magazin verwendet werden können, die Synchronisierungseinrichtung muss jedoch bleiben. Die Art und Konstruktion der Synchronisierungseinrichtung ist nicht beschrieben; der Darstellung ist jedoch zu entnehmen, dass offensichtlich linear bewegbare Arme verwendet werden. Wie die Beutel auf dem Füllkarussell gehalten werden ist ebenfalls nicht beschrieben. Auf dem Füllkarussell werden die Beutel mittels Saugnäpfen geöffnet und anschließend befüllt. Danach werden die befüllten aber noch offenen Beutel einem Zwischenrad übergeben, von dem sie nachfolgend auf eine Versiegelungseinrichtung in Form eines Versiegelungskarussells gelangen. Zwar erwähnt diese Druckschrift zum Stand der Technik, dass mit der bekannten Vorrichtung die Effektivität erhöht werden soll, die bekannte Vorrichtung zeigt jedoch immer noch Schwachpunkte. Einer dieser Schwachpunkte ist die Synchronisierungseinrichtung, die die Beutel auf das Füllkarussell aufgibt. Der zweite Schwachpunkt ist das Zwischenrad, das die offenen, befüllten Beutel transportiert, wobei die Geschwindigkeit dieses Transportes begrenzt ist, um sicherzustellen, dass der Inhalt der Beutel, insbesondere wenn sie mit Flüssigkeit befüllt sind, nicht überschwappt.
  • Beutelbefülleinrichtungen anderer Konstruktion sind im Stand der Technik in großer Vielzahl bekannt. So zeigt beispielsweise die US 3 323 280 ein Befüllkarussell zum Befüllen von Beuteln mit Granulat. Die Beutel werden vorgefertigt und in einem Beutelmagazin bereitgestellt, von dem sie in einer linearen Bewegung an das Füllkarussell übergeben werden. Im Füllkarussell werden die Beutel an beiden gegenüberliegenden Seitennähten mittels jeweils einem Klemmgreifer ergriffen, die relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, um den Beutel zu öffnen. Diese Bewegung der Klemmgreifer ist relativ kompliziert durchzuführen. Vor dem Schließen der Öffnung, was hier durch Vernähen geschieht, werden die Beutel gedreht, was wiederum durch eine überlagerte Bewegung der Klemmgreifer geschehen muss.
  • Aus der US 4 580 473 ist eine Beutelbefülleinrichtung bekannt, die einen Endlosförderer verwendet, der die Beutel, angeklemmt an ein Endlosförderband, durch die unterschiedlichen Stationen fördert. Beim Fördern wird der Beutel mit Hilfe eines Klemmgreifers an nur einer Seitennaht geklemmt. Diese geklemmte Seitennaht ist jedoch die vorlaufende Seitennaht, was einerseits den Nachteil hat, dass nicht mehr beide Seitenwände des Beutels zum Offenen zur Verfügung stehen, und andererseits den Durchsatz der Beutel stark verringern, da die Beutel nunmehr mit ihren größten Abmessungen in Förderrichtung weisen.
  • US 4 473 989 offenbart eine Beutelfüllmaschine mit einer räumlich beabstandet vorgelagerten Beutelaufgabestation, in der mit Hilfe von an Schwinghebeln befestigten Saugnäpfen vorgefertigte Beutel aus einem Magazin entnommen und im weiteren Verlauf über ein Förderbandsystem zur Füllmaschine transportiert werden. Diese Lösung ist raumgreifend und bezüglich ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit begrenzt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der genannten Art so weiterzubilden, dass deren Effektivität erhöht wird.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Mit der erfindungsgemässen Ausgestaltung wird eine beträchtliche Optimierung der Befüllvorrichtung erreicht, da das Aufgeben der Beutel auf das Füllkarussell kontinuierlich und trotzdem aus einem Magazin vorgefertigter Beutel erfolgen kann. Weder die Fertigung der Beutel noch deren taktweise Bereitstellung durch den notwendigen Trennschnitt bildet somit eine Begrenzung für die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit des Füllkarussells.
  • Von besonderem Vorteil ist dabei die einseitige Klemmung, die bereits isoliert für sich, d. h. ohne das Aufgabekarussell zu einer merklicher Erhöhung der Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit der Beutel führt, da hierbei das Aufgeben der Beutel sehr einfach erfolgen kann, da keine zweite Greifeinrichtung im Wege steht, und da der Durchsatz, d. h. die Anzahl der Beutel, die auf dem Füllkarussell untergebracht werden können, optimiert wird.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen 2 bis 8 zu entnehmen.
  • Durch die nur einseitige Klemmung ist es weiterhin möglich gemäß Anspruch 9 auch die Sauggreifer zum Öffnen des Beutels gemäß Anspruch 9 mit in die Halterung zu integrieren. Die zusätzlich vorgesehene Unterstützungsfläche gemäß Anspruch 10, deren Beweglichkeit gemäß den Ansprüchen 11 und 12 sowie die Möglichkeit mit der Zentrierung gemäß Anspruch 13 dienen der weiteren Optimierung der Halterung am Füllkarussell, und insbesondere der besseren Anpassung an nachfolgende Verfahrensschritte.
  • Die Aufgabe wird weiterhin, gegebenenfalls auch allein, durch das Verschließkarussell gemäß Anspruch 14 gelöst, da dieses in der Lage ist, die Beutel direkt vom Füllkarussell, d.h. ohne ein Zwischenrad, zu übernehmen.
  • Durch die Ausgestaltung nach Anspruch 15 kann die Siegeleinrichtung des Verschliesskarussells gleichzeitig Förderfunktionen übernehmen.

  • Aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ist in schematischer Darstellung eine Vorrichtung 1 zum Befüllen von Standbodenbeuteln 2 gezeigt. Standbodenbeutel sind zum Verpacken weit verbreitet, und dienen unter anderem zum Verpacken von Trinkportionen von Flüssigkeiten insbesondere Getränken. Jeder Standbodenbeutel 2 (vgl. auch die Fig. 6 bis 9) besteht aus zwei Seitenwänden 3, 4 aus flexiblem Folienmaterial, die an ihren langen Seiten über Schweißnähte 2a, 2b und an einer ihrer kurzen Seiten durch einen eingesetzten oder eingefalteten Standboden 5 miteinander verbunden sind. Die dem Standboden 5 gegenüberliegende Seite weist eine Füllöffnung 6 auf, die nach dem Befüllen ebenfalls verschlossen wird.
  • Die Beutel 2 werden vorgefertigt, d.h. mit Seitennähten 2a, 2b und Standboden 5 versehen, jedoch mit noch offener Füllöffnung 6, in einem Magazin 7 auf Vorrat gehalten. Aus dem Magazin 7 werden die Beutel 2 an einer Beutel-Aufgabestation durch ein Aufgabekarussell 8, das um eine senkrechte Achse 8' drehbar angetrieben wird, einzeln entnommen und kontinuierlich auf ein Füllkarussell 9 übergeben, das ebenfalls um eine senkrechte Achse 9', die bevorzugt parallel zur Achse 8' verläuft, synchron mit dem Aufgabekarussell 8 und in Richtung des Pfeiles I drehbar angetrieben wird. Am Umfang des Füllkarussells 9 sind eine Vielzahl von Halterungen 10 in gleichbleibenden Teilungsabständen vorgesehen, die hier nur schematisch und mit jeweils der ersten und letzten Halterung für jeden Verfahrensschritt dargestellt sind. Das Füllkarussell 9 trägt die in den Halterungen 10 gehaltenen Beutel 2 durch eine öffnungsstation B, in der die Füllöffnung 6 durch Spreizen der Wandungen 3, 4 des Beutels 2 geöffnet wird. Anschließend gelangt der geöffnete Beutel 2 in eine Befüllstation C, in der er mit dem Produkt, bevorzugt einem Getränk, befüllt wird. Es schließt sich eine Station D an, in der der Beutel um 90° um seine vertikale Hochachse gedreht wird zur Vorbereitung auf die Abnahme des Beutels vom Füllkarussell 9 und die Versiegelung seiner oberen Öffnung 6 in der Versiegelungsstation E. Die Versiegelungsstation E weist ein Versiegelungskarussell 11 auf, das wiederum um eine Achse 11', die parallel zu den Achsen 8' und 9' verläuft, in Richtung des Pfeiles II und synchron mit dem Füllkarussell 9 drehbar angetrieben wird und die befüllten und versiegelten Beutel auf einen nur schematisch dargestellten Weiterförderer 12 übergibt.
  • Nachfolgend werden die einzelnen Stationen im Detail beschrieben.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel einer Aufgabestation A. Die Aufgabestation A enthält das Magazin 7, in dem die Beutel aufrechtstehend und einzeln hintereinander liegend gestapelt sind. Das Magazin 7 erstreckt sich im Wesentlichen tangential zum Füllkarussell 9 und ist mit seiner Abgabeöffnung 7a tangential zum Aufgabekarussell 8 angeordnet. Das kontinuierlich antreibbare Aufgabekarussell 8 ist an seinem Umfang mit einer Vielzahl von Halteeinrichtungen versehen, die im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als Saugnäpfe 13 ausgebildet sind. Die Saugnäpfe 13 sind über ein geeignetes Getriebe 14, dargestellt sind Zahnräder aufweisende Planetengetriebe, so mit der Drehung des Aufgabekarussells 8 gekoppelt, dass die Beutel ohne Verzögerung radial zum Füllkarussell 9 übergeben werden, wobei bei der gezeigten Anordnung des Magazins 7, des Aufgabekarussells 8 und des Füllkarussells 9 die Ausrichtung der Saugnäpfe 13 zumindest während ihrer Bewegung von der Abgabeöffnung 7a zu den Halterungen 10 des Füllkarussells 9 konstant bleibt. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Saugnäpfe 13 im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu jeweils dem vordersten Beutel 2 in der Abgabeöffnung 7a ausgerichtet und behalten diese Ausrichtung bei. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel dreht sich das Aufgabekarussell 8 in Uhrzeigerrichtung III, während das Füllkarussell 9 die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Drehrichtung I entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn aufweist. Die Saugnäpfe 13 werden so gesteuert, dass sie beim Vorbeilaufen an der Abgabeöffnung 7a des Magazins 7 den jeweils vordersten Beutel 2 ansaugen, ihn in der gleichen Ausrichtung bis in den Bereich der Halterungen 10 des Füllkarussells 9 transportieren und ihn dort an jeweils einer Halterung 10 übergeben.
  • Wie Fig. 4 zeigt, kann das Aufgabekarussell 8 der Fig. 3 auch mit umgekehrter Drehrichtung IIIa, d.h. im Gegenuhrzeigersinn, betrieben werden, wenn sich das Füllkarussell 9 in umgekehrter Drehrichtung Ia, d.h. im Uhrzeigersinn, dreht. Die Wirkungsweise ist identisch, nur dass beim Betrieb gemäß Fig. 4 der Beutel über einen geringeren Winkelbereich des Aufgabekarussells 8 transportiert werden muss.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt ein abgewandeltes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Aufgabekarussells 8. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel weist das Aufgabekarussell 8 einen Karussellkörper 15 auf, an dem schwenkbare Arme 16 angeordnet sind, die ebenfalls Halteeinrichtungen in Form von Saugnäpfen 13 tragen. Die Arme 16 werden so gesteuert, dass sie von einer etwa radialen Stellung bezüglich der Drehachse 8' in eine im Wesentlichen tangentiale Ausrichtung dazu verschwenkbar sind. Das Magazin 7 ist auch in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel tangential zum Füllkarussell 9 angeordnet, seine Abgabeöffnung 7a verläuft jedoch im Wesentlichen radial zum Aufgabekarussell 8. Die Arme 16 sind so gesteuert, dass sie zum Aufnehmen des jeweils vordersten Beutels 2 aus der Abgabeöffnung 7a des Magazins 7 in ihre radiale Stellung verschwenkt werden, diese Stellung beim Transport der aufgenommenen Beutel 2 in Drehrichtung III im Uhrzeigersinn bis zur Übergabe der Beutel 2 an die Halterungen 10 radial zum sich im Gegenuhrzeigersinn I drehenden Füllkarussells beibehalten und den Beutel 2 dabei um 180° drehen. Anschließend legen sich die Arme 16 tangential an den Karussellkörper 15 an, damit der Abstand zwischen dem Magazin 7 und dem Aufgabekarussell 8 nicht zu groß sein muss.
  • Bei einer anderen Anordnung hinsichtlich der Position und der Ausrichtung des Magazins kann jedoch ein anderes Bewegungsmuster der Saugnäpfe erforderlich sein und vorgenommen werden.
  • Anhand der Fig. 6 bis 11 wird nachfolgend die Halterung und Handhabung der Beutel im Bereich des Füllkarussells 9 beschrieben.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf die Halterung 10 im Moment der Übernahme eines Beutels 2 vom Aufgabekarussell 8. Die Halterung 10 enthält einen Klemmgreifer 17, der aus zwei Klemmbacken 17a und 17b besteht, die über ein geeignete Steuerung 18, dargestellt ist ein Kniegelenk, zwischen einer Offenstellung, in der der Beutel 2 freigegeben ist, und einer Klemmstellung relativ zueinander bewegbar sind. In der Klemmstellung ergreifen die Klemmbacken 17a, 17b die in den Fig. linke, radial bezüglich der Drehachse 9' des Füllkarussells 9 innere Seitenkante 2b des Beutels 2 und halten den Beutel 2 in einer im Wesentlichen radialen Ausrichtung zum Füllkarussell 9 und mit nach oben weisender Einfüllöffnung 6 fest.
  • Die Halterung 10 weist weiterhin eine Unterstützungsfläche 19 auf, die auf der Oberseite eines Stempels 20 vorgesehen ist. Der Stempel 20 ist in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles IV auf- und abwärts bewegbar sowie um seine senkrechte Mittellinie 20' in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles V verdrehbar. Die Mittellinie 20' erstreckt sich in ihrer Verlängerung durch die Mitte des Beutels 2. Auf der Unterstützungsfläche 19 ist eine Zentriereinrichtung 21 vorgesehen, die im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel vier nach oben stehende Haltefinger enthält, die um den Umfang des Beutels verteilt angeordnet sind und einen Abstand zueinander aufweisen, der dem Umfang des Beutels im Bereich des Bodens 5 in befülltem Zustand entspricht, so dass der Beutel 2 in befülltem Zustand sicher in der Zentriereinrichtung 21 gehalten wird. Die Haltefinger 21a erstrecken sich in der Höhe über etwa ein Drittel der Beutelhöhe.
  • Die Halterung 10 weist weiterhin eine Öffnungseinrichtung 22 zum Öffnen der Füllöffnung 6 auf, die im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Saugnäpfe 27 enthält, die über nur schematisch dargestellte Haltearme 28 mit Vakuum versorgt und bewegt werden. Die Saugnäpfe 27 sind beidseitig des Beutels 2 angeordnet und ziehen in bekannter Weise die beiden Seitenwände 3, 4 zum Öffnen der Füllöffnung 6 auseinander.
  • Wie am besten in Fig. 2 und 10 ersichtlich, werden die Beutel 2 den Klemmgreifern 17 an der Aufgabestation A übergeben, während sich die Unterstützungsfläche 19 noch in abgesenktem Zustand befindet. Die Unterstützungsfläche 19 fährt anschließend nach oben und legt sich an den Standboden 5 des Beutels an. Die Öffnungseinrichtung 22 wird betätigt und öffnet den Beutel. Anschließend kann der Beutel in bekannter Weise über Füllstutzen 29 befüllt werden, während sich der Beutel 2 zusammen mit dem ihm zugeordneten Füllstutzen 29 durch die Befüllstation C bewegt.
  • Ist das Befüllen abgeschlossen, so löst sich, wie Fig. 11 zeigt, der Klemmgriff des Klemmgreifers 17 und die Haltekraft der Öffnungseinrichtung 22, und der Stempel 20 mit der Unterstützungsflächen 19 fährt nach unten. In Abhängigkeit von der Konstruktion des Versiegelungskarussells 11 können sich die Stempel 20 dabei drehen, bis die Seitennähte 2a, 2b des Beutels 2 tangential zum Füllkarussell 9 und/oder tangential zum Versiegelungskarussell 11 ausgerichtet sind. In dieser Stellung kann die Füllöffnung versiegelt werden.
  • Das Versiegeln der Füllöffnung 6 wird nachfolgend anhand der Fig. 12 und 13 näher erläutert. Das Versiegelungskarussell 11 enthält eine Vielzahl in Umfangsrichtung nebeneinanderliegender Versiegelungsgreifer 30, die bevorzugt als Teil einer Ultraschall-Versiegelung ausgebildet sind. Jeder Versiegelungsgreifer 30 enthält einen bewegbaren Klemmbacken 31 mit einer Versiegelungsfläche 31a und einem feststehenden Backen 32 mit einer Versiegelungsfläche 32a. Die Versiegelungsflächen 31a und 32a können durch das Verschwenken des verschwenkbaren Backens 31 zum Einklemmen des oberen Bereichs des Beutels 2 um die Füllöffnung 6 aufeinandergepresst und mit Ultraschall beaufschlagt werden, wodurch die beiden Seitenwände 3, 4 im Bereich der Öffnung 6 miteinander abdichtend verbunden und der Beutel 2 somit geschlossen wird. Die Klemmflächen 31a, 32a verlaufen tangential zum Versiegelungskarussell und/oder zum Füllkarussell 9; d.h. parallel zur Ausrichtung der Beutel an der versiegelungsstation E, so dass die Versiegelungsgreifer 30 den Beutel gut ergreifen können. Durch die Absenkung der Stempel 20 mit den darauf ruhenden, befüllten Beuteln 2 in dieser Station können sich die Versiegelungsgreifer 30 ohne Kollision mit den Füllstutzen über die Beutel bewegen, während die Beutel beim Versiegeln noch von der Unterstützungsfläche 19 gehalten werden, so dass eine Dehnung des erwärmten Materials des Beutels während des versiegelungsvorgangs unter dem Gewicht des vollen Beutels vermieden wird. Nach dem Versiegeln bewegt sich der Stempel 20 weiter nach unten, so dass der Beutel, am Versiegelungsgreifer 30 hängend mit der Bewegung des Versiegelungskarussells 11 mitgenommen, fertig abgekühlt und zum Weiterförderer 12 transportiert wird. Dort öffnen sich die Greifer 30, so dass die Beutel auf ihrem Standboden stehend durch den Linearförderer 12 oder durch irgendeinen anderen geeigneten Förderer wegtransportiert werden können.
  • In Abwandlung der beschriebenen und gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiele kann das Füllkarussell mit anderen, herkömmlichen Halterungen für die Beutel ausgebildet sein. Auch die Verschweißstation muss nicht unbedingt als Karussell ausgebildet und getrennt vom Befüllkarussell angeordnet sein, sondern kann beispielsweise auch in das Befüllkarussell integriert werden.
  • Gemäß Fig. 14 kann im Auslaufbereich des Befüllkarussells 9 eine stationäre Verschweißstation E' so angeordnet sein, dass deren Siegelwerkzeuge 40, 41 tangential zum Teilkreis des Befüllkarussells und zur Umlaufbahn des oberen Bereichs der Beutel 2 ausgerichtet sind, wobei die zunächst noch offenen Ränder an der Füllöffnung 6 eines Beutels den tangential in Umlaufrichtung weisenden Spalt zwischen den ortsfesten Siegelwerkzeugen 40, 41 durchfahren und währenddessen durch Ultraschalleinwirkung kontinuierlich längs zur Umlaufrichtung flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden werden. Die stationäre Ultraschallschwingeinheit der Verschweißstation E' umfaßt eine Sonotrode 40 und ein beispielsweise als Amboß oder eine drehbare Walze ausgebildetes Gegenwerkzeug 41, die im Zusammenspiel als Siegelwerkzeuge dienen. Diese Anordnung ist einerseits kostengünstig und gestattet andererseits sehr hohe Materialfördergeschwindigkeiten, die eine kontinuierliche Arbeitsweise ermöglichen.

Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Füllen von Standbodenbeuteln (2) mit gegenüberliegenden Seitennähten (2a,2b) und einem Boden (3), insbesondere mit Flüssigkeit, mit einem um eine Vertikalachse drehbaren Füllkarussell (9), an dessen Umfang eine Vielzahl von Halterungen (10) für jeweils einen Beutel vorgesehen sind, wobei dem Füllkarussell eine Beutel-Aufgabestation (A), eine Beutelöffnungsstation (B), eine Befüllstation (C) sowie eine Abnahmestation (D) und eine Verschließstation (E) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Beutel-Aufgabestation (A) ein Magazin (7) für vorgefertigte Beutel (2) und ein Aufgabekarussell (8) aufweist, das eine Mehrzahl von Halteeinrichtungen (13) für jeweils einen Beutel (2) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtungen (13) um eine gemeinsame Achse (8') rotierend antreibbar sind, um jeden Beutel (2) einzeln aus dem Magazin (7) zu entnehmen und direkt kontinuierlich einer der Halterungen (10) des Füllkarussells (9) zu übergeben, und dass die Halterung (10) des Füllkarussells (9) einem Klemmgreifer (17) zum Erfassen und Halten des Beutels (2) an nur einer Seitennaht (2b) des Beutels (2) umfasst, und dass der Beutel (2) im Füllkarussell (9) mit seinen Seitennähten (2a, 2b) radial zur Drehachse (9') ausgerichtet ist und der Klemmgreifer (17) die radial innenliegende Seitennaht (2b) erfasst.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (13) des Aufgabekarussells (8) einen Sauggreifer enthält.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (13) des Aufgabekarussells (8) relativ zur Drehung des Aufgabekarussells (8) bewegbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (13) um eine Achse drehbar am Aufgabekarussell (8) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtung der Beutel (2) im Magazin (7) im Wesentlichen der Ausrichtung der Beutel (2) entspricht, die der Beutel nimmt, wenn er zum Füllkarussell übergeben wird, wobei die Halteeinrichtung (13) des Aufgabekarussells (8) so gesteuert bewegbar ist, dass die Ausrichtung der Beutel zwischen dem Magazin (7) und dem Füllkarussell (9) im Wesentlichen unverändert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtung der Beutel (2) im Magazin (7) im Wesentlichen der Ausrichtung der Beutel (2) entspricht, die der Beutel nimmt, wenn er zum Füllkarussell übergeben wird, wobei die Halteeinrichtung (13) des Aufgabekarussells (8) so gesteuert bewegbar ist, dass die Beutel (2) zwischen dem Magazin (7) und dem Füllkarussell (9) um 180° drehbar sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (13) an einem Schwenkarm (16) angeordnet ist, der von einer annähernd tangentialen Ausrichtung zum Aufgabekarussell (8) in eine annähernd radiale Ausrichtung dazu verschwenkbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsstation (B) Sauggreifer (27) aufweist, die an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (3, 4) des Beutels (2) angreifen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (10) einen Klemmgreifer (17) zum Erfassen einer Seitennaht (2b) des Beutels (2) und zwei symmetrisch zum Klemmgreifer (17) angeordnete, relativ zueinander bewegbare Sauggreifer (27) zum Erfassen jeweils einer Seitenwand (3, 4) des Beutels (2) zum Öffnen des Beutels (2) aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (10) eine Unterstützungsfläche (19) für den Standboden (5) des Beutels (2) enthält.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterstützungsfläche (19) auf- und abwärts bewegbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterstützungsflache (19) um eine Vertikalachse (20') verdrehbar ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterstützungsfläche (19) eine Zentriereinrichtung (21) für den Beutel (2) enthält.
  14. Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abnahme- und die Verschließstation (E) ein Verschließkarussell (11) mit einer Mehrzahl um eine gemeinsame Achse (11') umlaufender Siegeleinrichtungen (30) für jeweils einen Beutel (2) enthält, das unmittelbar benachbart dem Füllkarussell (9) angeordnet ist, wobei die Siegeleinrichtung (30) zur Abnahme eines Beutels (2) über die Halterung (10) des Füllkarussells (9) bewegbar ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegeleinrichtung (30) Siegelbacken (31, 32) mit Halterungsfunktion zum Versiegeln des Beutels (2) und zum Abnehmen des Beutels (2) vom Füllkarussell (9) sowie zum Übergeben des Beutels (2) auf einen Weiterförderer (12) enthält.
  16. Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am kontinuierlich umlaufend antreibbaren Füllkarussell (9) eine stationäre Verschweißstation (E') angeordnet ist, deren Siegelwerkzeuge (40, 41) einen tangential zur Umlaufbahn der Beutel (2) ausgerichteten Spalt aufweisen, den die offenen Ränder der tangential ausgerichteten Beutel kontinuierlich durchfahren und dabei längs zur Umlaufrichtung miteinander verbunden werden.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschweißstation (E1) wenigstens eine stationäre Ultraschallschweißeinrichtung aufweist, insbesondere mit einer Sonotrode (40) und einem Gegenwerkzeug (41).
