Claims (10)
- Magnetischer Sicherheitsverschluß für eine gegenüber einem feststehenden Teil bewegliche Schutzeinrichtung (2), umfassend ein an der Schutzeinrichtung anbringbares Gehäuse (3) mit einem Griff (4) zum Öffnen und Schließen der Schutzeinrichtung (2) und ein an dem feststehenden Teil anbringbares Sensorgehäuse (6) mit einem Sensor (7) zum Feststellen des geschlossenen bzw. geöffneten Zustands der Schutzeinrichtung (2), wobei das an der Schutzeinrichtung (2) befindliche Gehäuse (3) eine Auslöseeinrichtung (8) für den Sensor (7), die im geschlossenen Zustand der Schutzeinrichtung (2) dem Sensor (7) gegenüber steht, aufweist und das Gehäuse (3) und das Sensorgehäuse (6) darauf aufgeteilt eine Magnetanordnung (9) mit wenigstens einem Haltemagneten (10) und einem zugehörigen Polblech (11) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (4) ein am Gehäuse (3) schwenkbar gelagerter zweiarmiger Hebel ist, wobei ein Arm (12) des Hebels dem Sensorgehäuse (6) zugewandt ist und mit seinem freien Ende beim Verschwenken zum Öffnen der Schutzeinrichtung den wenigstens einen Haltemagneten (10) der Magnetanordnung (9) von seinem zugehörigen Polblech (11) trennt.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Haltemagnet (10) mit seitlichen Spiel gehalten ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Haltemagnet (10) mit Spiel in Richtung zum zugehörigen Polblech (11) gehalten ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zu dem wenigstens einen Haltemagneten (10) ein magnetisierbares, gegenüber dem Haltemagneten (10) Übermaß besitzendes Blech (10a) mit Spiel gegenüber dem Haltemagneten (10) angeordnet ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Haltemagnet (10) auf der Drehachse (5) des Hebels angeordnet ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zu der Magnetanordnung (9) ein Anschlag (14) angeordnet ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel zum Öffnen der Schutzeinrichtung (2) mit seinem bezüglich des Sensorgehäuse (6) abgewandten Arm (13) von der Schutzeinrichtung (2) weg oder auf diese zu schwenkbar ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Gehäuse (3) und dem Sensorgehäuse (6) ein schräg zur Ebene der Schutzeinrichtung (2) verlaufender, von der Magnetanordnung (9) überbrückbarer Spalt vorgesehen ist, so daß die Schutzeinrichtung (2) mit dem Gehäuse (3) das feststehende Teil übergreift.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt in einem Winkel von 30° bis 60°, insbesondere etwa 45°, schräg zur Ebene der Schutzeinrichtung (2) verläuft.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzeinrichtung (2) gegenüber dem feststehenden Teil schwenkbar oder verschiebbar ist.
