Claims (14)
- Anfahrvorrichtung für eine Stranggießanlage, insbesondere für Rundstrangguss, zur Einführung in die Stranggießkokille, bestehend aus einem Angießelement (3) und einem mit dem Angießelement (3) über ein Kupplungselement (2) lösbar verbundenen Kopfglied (9) eines Kaltstranges, wobeiunter Zwischenschaltung eines auf dem Kopfglied (9) aufliegenden und den Kokillenquerschnitt ausfüllenden und das Kopfglied (9) vom flüssigen Metall trennenden Dichtelementes (4), der Strang nach dem Erkalten mit dem Angießelement (3) fest verbunden,das Angießelement (3) und das Kupplungselement (2) einteilig ausgeführt,die Verbindung zwischen dem Kopfglied (9) und dem Kupplungselement (2) als leicht lösbare Hakenverbindung aus geführt ist.
- Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Angießelement (3) ein sich vom Dichtelement (4) zur Kokillenseite hin erstreckender Steg (14) ist, dessen Endbereich (15) hakenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endbereich (15) des Steges (14) als Doppelhaken ausgebildet ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endbereich (15) des Steges (14) als Vierfachhaken ausgebildet ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (4) aus einer den Kokillenquerschnitt im Wesentlichen ausfüllenden und dem Angießelement (3) zugewandten Metallplatte (5) und einer aus flexiblem Material aufgebauten Dichtscheibe (6) besteht, deren Durchmesser geringfügig größer als der Kokillendurchmesser ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallplatte (5) zur Vormontage mit dem Kupplungselement (2) verbindbar ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtscheibe (6) aus Pappe besteht. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 - 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im montierten Zustand auf der Metallplatte (5) Kühlschrottteile anordenbar sind. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verbindungsseitige Endbereich des Kopfgliedes (9) stirnseitig eine mindestens quer bis über die Mittellinie sich erstreckende Ausnehmung (11) und das stirnseitige Ende der Ausnehmung (11) zu beiden Seiten einen einen Haken bildenden Absatz (13, 13') und der zu verbindende Endbereich des Steges (14) als Kupplungselementes (2) ausgebildet ist, welches einen zum Einhaken in die Ausnehmung (11) geeigneten Endbereich aufweist, wobei sich im endmontierten Zustand der sich stirnseitig mit dem Absatz (13, 13') verhakte Endbereich des Kupplungselementes (2) vollständig im Bereich der Ausnehmung (11) befindet. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endbereich des Kupplungselementes (2) eine bolzenartige Verdickung (10) aufweist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 und 10
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (13,13') ein separat mit der Ausnehmung (11) verbindbares Teil ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (13, 13') mit der Ausnehmung (11) verschweißt ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (13, 13') mit der Ausnehmung (11) verschraubt ist. - Anfahrvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 - 13
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (13, 13') am einhakseitigen Ende mit einer Anschrägung (12) versehen ist.
