Abstract
Description
Der Schmelz- bzw. Erstarrungspunkt bevorzugter carry over Tenside liegt oberhalb von 25 °C, bevorzugt oberhalb von 30°C und besonders bevorzugt oberhalb von 35 °C. Bevorzugte carry over Tenside haben in destilliertem Wasser einen Trübungspunkt oberhalb von 85°C, bevorzugt oberhalb von 90°C und besonders bevorzugt oberhalb von 95°C.

Claims (10)
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung für Geschirrspülmaschinen, die wenigstens ein "Carry over" Tensid umfasst.
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass außerdem ein Salzfunktionspolymer enthalten ist.
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Salzfunktionspolymer aus Monomeren der Acrylsäure und/oder der Maleinsäure in Kombination mit wenigstens einem Monomeren gebildet ist, das/die ausgewählt ist/sind aus der Gruppe 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonsäure, Methallylsulfonsäure, Styrol oder sulfoniertes Styrol, wobei das Salzfunktionspolymer in saurer oder neutraler Form vorliegen kann.
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Carry over Tensid die allgemeine Formel R1O(CH2CH2O)x(CH2CH2CH2O)yH aufweist, worin R1 einen linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 6 bis 30 C-Atomen, bevorzugt 8 bis 26, besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 24 C-Atomen darstellt, x eine ganze Zahl zwischen 15 und 200 ist, y eine ganze Zahl kleiner als 100 ist und x+y kleiner als 200 ist.
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass wenigstens ein Carry over Tensid die allgemeine Formel R1O(CH2CH2O)x(CH2CH2CH2O)yH aufweist, worin R1 einen linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 6 bis 30 C-Atomen, bevorzugt 8 bis 26, besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 24 C-Atomen darstellt, x eine ganze Zahl zwischen 26 und 200 ist, y eine ganze Zahl kleiner als 100 ist und x+y kleiner als 200 ist.
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass wenigstens zwei verschiedene Carry over Tenside eingesetzt werden.
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außerdem ein Dispergiermittel enthalten ist.
- Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie enthält:
10 bis 75 Gew.T1. Polyphosphat(e), 60 bis 0 Gew.T1. andere anorganische Gerüststoffe, 20 bis 0 Gew.T1. organische Gerüststoffe, 3 bis 20 Gew.T1. Peroxidbleichmittel, 6 bis 0,5 Gew.T1. Bleichaktivator(en), 0,2 bis 16 Gew.T1. Carry over Tensid(e), 0 bis 8 Gew.T1. Dispergiermittel 0,2 bis 8 Gew.T1. Salzfunktionspolymer(e) 2 bis 6 Gew.T1. sonstige, übliche Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe. - Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Form eines ein- oder mehrphasigen gepressten Formkörpers oder eines Pulvers vorliegt.
- Verwendung wenigstens eines carry over Tensids in einer Reinigungsmittelzusammensetzung für Maschinengeschirrreiniger.
