Claims (7)
- Balkenrührer wenigstens umfassend eine Welle (1) mit einem Antriebsmittel für die Rotation der Welle (1) und einem endständig an der Welle (1) angebrachten Rührbalken (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden des Rührbalkens (2) mit jeweils einem Wendelsegment (3) versehen sind, das unter einem Winkel von 25 bis 65°, bevorzugt 30 bis 60°, gegen die Wellenachse angestellt ist.
- Rührer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rührer zwei, insbesondere kreuzweise angeordnete, Rührbalken (2) mit endständigen Wendelsegmenten (3) aufweist.
- Rührer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wendelsegmente (3) so an dem Rührbalken (2) angebracht sind, dass sie im mittleren Bereich ihrer Längsausdehnung mit dem Rührbalken (2) verbunden sind.
- Rührer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wendelsegmente (3) an einem zum Rührbalken (2) parallelen Befestigungsbalken (2b) oberhalb des Rührbalkens (2) befestigt sind.
- Rührer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Wendelsegmente (3) bis zu 10 % des Außendurchmessers des Rührers beträgt.
- Rührer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite des Rührbalkens (2) und/oder die Außenseite der Wendelsegmente (3) mit einer Abstreifkante (5) aus einem elastomeren oder thermoplastischen Kunststoff versehen sind.
- Rühreranordnung umfassend einen Rührer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und einen Mischbehälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Unterseite des Rührbalkens (2) als auch die Außenseite der Wendelsegmente (3) wandgängig zu der Innenwand des Mischbehälters ist.
