Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage tubulaire comprenant une gaine intérieure (21) faite d'un matériau étanche, fragile et flexible et un corps extérieur fait en carton (6) fermé aux deux extrémités par deux obturateurs (23, 28), le corps extérieur étant muni entre les deux obturateurs d'un prédécoupage (26) situé dans un plan transversal à l'axe du tube pour faciliter l'ouverture de l'emballage, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :on forme la gaine intérieure (21) en scellant les deux extrémités longitudinales du matériau sortant d'une bobine (1) et passant à travers un conformateur (3) assurant la formation tubulaire de la gaine ;on colle sur la gaine (21) un carton (6) dont la largeur correspond à la périphérie de l'emballage et la longueur à la hauteur ou un multiple entier de la hauteur de l'emballage ;on découpe le ou les tubes (14) obtenus ;on obture de manière étanche l'une des extrémités de l'emballage ;on remplit l'emballage avec le produit à conditionner et on obture l'autre extrémité également de manière étanche.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'on scelle ou on colle à l'intérieur du tube et sur la partie correspondant au prédécoupage (26) du corps extérieur une collerette (24) faite d'un matériau souple.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les opérations de formation de l'emballage jusqu'au prédécoupage en tubes (14) individuels se font en continu et en synchronisme.
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant un mandrin (4) de formage dont la section transversale correspond à la forme du tube à former, d'un conformateur (3) placé autour du mandrin (4) pour la formation de la gaine (21) à partir de la bobine (1), des moyens d'avancement (11) de la gaine, des moyens de scellage (7, 8, 9, 10) de deux extrémités longitudinales de la gaine (21), d'un dispositif d'alimentation en feuilles (6) pour la formation du corps extérieur, des moyens (7, 7', 7") d'application d'un adhésif sur la face interne desdites feuilles (6), des moyens (15, 16, 17, 18) permettant d'appliquer ladite feuille (6) contre la gaine (21), des moyens d'avancement (11) du tube formé, des moyens de découpage (12, 13) en emballages individuels, des moyens d'obturation d'une des extrémités de l'emballage et de la seconde après remplissage.
- Installation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens d'application de ladite feuille contre la gaine comprennent un premier cylindre (9) creux muni selon deux génératrices d'une série de trous radiaux (10) communiquant avec deux chambres à vide individuelles, la distance périphérique de deux génératrices correspondant au moins approximativement à la largeur des feuilles (6), ledit cylindre creux (9) étant monté sur un dispositif (15, 16, 17, 18) permettant, d'une part, de l'appliquer contre le mandrin (4) et, d'autre part, de le faire rouler sur ledit mandrin avec la gaine (21).
- Installation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens permettant d'appliquer ledit cylindre (9) sur le mandrin (4) et le faire rouler comprennent deux plateaux (15) rotatifs concentriques avec le mandrin (4) et supportant à travers un système de copiage (17) de la forme du corps du tube à former des paliers (16) supportant ledit cylindre creux (9).
- Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que ledit dispositif de copiage est constitué pour chaque plateau (15) de deux vérins (17) permettant d'approcher ou d'éloigner ledit cylindre (9) du mandrin (4) et de le maintenir contre la surface latérale du mandrin pour lui permettre de rouler sur le mandrin.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que l'ensemble des moyens de l'installation est synchronisé pour permettre de travailler en continu, le dispositif d'alimentation en feuilles, le dispositif pour l'application de l'adhésif et le dispositif pour appliquer la feuille contre le mandrin et les moyens de découpe en tubes individuels sont montés sur des chariots munis de moyens pour pouvoir être déplacés entre des positions prédéterminées en avant et en arrière.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que la disposition du conformateur (3) et du dispositif (15, 16, 17, 18) permettant d'appliquer le cylindre creux (9) contre le mandrin (4) est disposée de sorte que les joints obtenus le long de la gaine (21) et celui du corps extérieur sont opposés d'au moins environ 180°.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un dispositif pour façonner et sceller ou coller une collerette (24) à l'intérieur du tube.
