Description

- la plaque comporte sur au moins un de ses deux bords opposés situé du coté des seconds volets, au moins un tenon, ledit tenon collaborant avec un évidement correspondant réalisé au niveau du bord inférieur interne de la caisse au bas desdits seconds volets correspondants, une fois la plaque en place contre le fond de la caisse;
- la plaque est en carton ondulé dont le sens des cannelures est perpendiculaire aux lignes de contact avec les secondes parois principales entre lesquelles ladite plaque est insérée;

lesdites deuxièmes lignes de jonction sont alignées ou sensiblement alignées et la caisse est agencée pour être montée automatiquement par rabattement desdits volets et des rabats dudit premier ensemble autour d'un mandrin, le volet d'extrémité de la suite de volets et la languette d'une part, et les pattes des premiers rabats et la face externe des second volets adjacents d'autre part, étant fixés entre eux par collage pour former la caisse; - la suite comporte huit volets, à savoir quatre volets principaux séparés deux à deux par quatre volets intermédiaires.

- Les figures 1 à 8 sont des vues en perspective montrant les différentes étapes constitutives d'une caisse conforme à une première variante de l'invention.
- La figure 9 est une vue en plan du flan permettant de monter la demi-caisse de la figure 1.
- La figure 9A est une vue en plan de la plaque rapportée du type de celle de la figure 2, avec bande d'arrachage,
- La figure 10 est une vue en plan, partielle, d'un flan constitutif de demi-caisse selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention, avec languette sur coins coupés.
- La figure 11 est une caisse obtenue avec le flan de la figure 10, fermée par un couvercle.
- La figure 12 montre un autre mode de réalisation de la plaque rapportée utilisée selon l'invention, avec zone frangible d'arrachage en croix.
- Les figures 13 et 14 montrent un autre mode de réalisation d'une caisse selon l'invention, à quatre volets, avec formation autour d'un mandrin.
- La figure 15 montre une vue en perspective éclatée de la jonction entre plaque et second volet, d'un ensemble destiné à former une demi-caisse selon le mode de réalisation de l'invention de la figure 1.

Claims (12)
- Ensemble de flans pour la réalisation d'une caisse d'emballage comportant un premier flan (40) comprenant une suite (41) de volets propres à former les parois latérales de la caisse, reliés deux à deux par des premières lignes de jonction (42) parallèles les unes aux autres, ladite suite de volets étant terminée par une languette de collage (43) et comportant deux séries de deux volets principaux, et un premier ensemble de rabats latéraux disposés d'un coté et reliés aux volets principaux par des deuxièmes lignes de jonction (9, 9' ; 49, 49' ; 86), perpendiculaires aux premières lignes de jonction, à savoir deux premiers rabats (8, 50, 83) et deux seconds rabats (11, 85) destinés à former le fond de la caisse, caractériséen ce que les deux premiers rabats (8, 50, 83) comprennent chacun respectivement sur leurs deux cotés latéraux des pattes (52, 84) de renfort agencées pour être rabattues et collées sur la face externe des volets principaux, dits seconds volets principaux, adjacents aux volets principaux correspondant auxdits premiers rabats une fois la caisse formée,caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes lignes de jonction (9, 9' ; 49, 49' ; 86) avec les seconds volets principaux comportent chacune au moins un évidement (54, 86)et en ce que ledit ensemble comporte un deuxième flan (55, 70) en forme de plaque sensiblement rectangulaire munie sur ses bords longitudinaux d'au moins un tenon (58) propre à coopérer avec ledit évidement et sur chacun de ses bords transversaux d'une languette (59) propre à coopérer avec la face interne d'un premier volet une fois la caisse formée, ladite plaque comportant une ligne médiane (16, 61) ou sensiblement médiane de pliage longitudinal de la plaque en chapeau chinois, parallèle aux bords longitudinaux (21, 57) de ladite plaque.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (70) comprend des moyens (73) de déchirement de ladite plaque par traction.
- Procédé de formation d'une caisse (1, 101, 201) de conditionnement en carton ou analogue pour le transport d'une charge, dans lequelon forme le fond (202) et les parois verticales (203, 204) d'une caisse qu'on laisse ouverte sur le dessus,on présente une feuille (205) en matériau plastique agencée pour laisser s'échapper de part et d'autre des deux bords opposés en vis à vis d'une plaque (207),on présente ladite plaque de dimensions longitudinales sensiblement égales à celles du fond,on plie la plaque sous forme de chapeau chinois autour de ladite ligne de pliage (208), ladite plaque étant placée au-dessus d'une feuille de matériau plastique,on introduit la feuille (205) en matériau plastique et la plaque en chapeau chinois dans la caisse jusqu'à venir en position de blocage de ladite feuille entre plaque (207) et fond (202) par mise à l'horizontal de la plaque en butée contre le fond de la caisse, des portions de rideau (23) de matière libre s'étendant depuis lesdits bords sur une longueur suffisante pour, dans un premier temps retomber à l'extérieur de la caisse au dessus des parois lorsque la feuille en matériau plastique est plaquée sur le fond de la caisse, et dans un deuxième temps se recouvrir l'une l'autre en enveloppant totalement la charge et bloquer ladite charge par rétraction thermique du film,on introduit la charge (24) dans la caisse et on referme lesdites portions de rideau sur ladite charge avant blocage par rétraction thermique et fermeture du couvercle de la caisse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la feuille (205) de matériau plastique comprenant au moins une partie ajourée (206), le dessous de la plaque ou la face interne du fond est préalablement encollée en vis-à-vis de la partie ajourée, et la plaque (207) est collée sur le fond (202) au travers de ladite partie ajourée (206) lors de la mise à l'horizontal de la plaque en butée contre le fond.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque comprenant deux rabats latéraux (18), dits troisièmes rabats propres à être plaqués sur deux parois opposées en vis-à-vis de la caisse perpendiculaires à la ligne de pliage (16) de la plaque (14), on plie lesdits troisièmes rabats (18) contre la face supérieure de la plaque avant introduction de la plaque dans la caisse et on encolle les faces de plaquage desdits troisièmes rabats puis, après introduction de la plaque dans la caisse on met lesdites faces en pression pour collage contre les parois par redressement automatique des troisièmes rabats lors du plaquage de la plaque sur le fond.
- Procédé de formation d'une caisse selon l'une quelconque des revendication 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
on forme le fond et les parois de la caisse autour d'un mandrin. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, le fond de la caisse comportant deux premiers rabats (83) et deux seconds rabats (85), on rabat les seconds rabats (85) à 180° autour de leur lignes de jonction avec les parois et on les colle sur la face interne (82) des parois adjacentes.
- Dispositif (100) de fabrication d'une caisse de conditionnement en carton ou analogue pour le transport d'une charge, ladite caisse comprenant une ceinture latérale (102) formée d'au moins quatre parois verticales et d'un fond horizontal (103) solidarisé avec ladite ceinture via des lignes de jonction (104), et un matériau plastique thermorétractable en film (105) destiné à l'emballage et au maintien en place de ladite charge, comprenantdes moyens de formation du fond et des parois verticales de la caisse,des moyens (111) de présentation du film (105) en matériau plastique au dessus de ladite caisse,des moyens (114) de présentation d'une plaque au dessus de la caisse,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (118) de pliage en forme de chapeau chinois autour d'une ligne de pliage (119) longitudinale de ladite plaque au dessus dudit film etdes moyens (122) d'introduction du film dans la caisse et d'introduction de la plaque en chapeau chinois dans ladite caisse, lesdits moyens étant propres à plaquer ladite plaque en appuyant dessus, jusqu'à plaquer le film thermorétractable sur la face interne du fond de la caisse en laissant s'échapper de part et d'autre de deux bords opposés en vis à vis de ladite plaque, des portions de rideau (124) de matière libre s'étendant depuis lesdits bords sur une longueur suffisante pour sortir de la caisse dans un premier temps et se recouvrir l'une l'autre dans un deuxième temps en enveloppant totalement la charge. - Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que il comporte des moyens de découpe d'au moins un orifice dans le film en matériau plastique et d'encollage de la face inférieure de la plaque ou du fond de la caisse en vis à vis dudit orifice après introduction dudit film dans la caisse. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que il comporte de plus des moyens (125) d'introduction de la charge dans la caisse,des moyens de rabattage des portions de rideau sur la charge etdes moyens de chauffage du film pour rétraction thermique sur la charge.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que
il comporte des moyens de formation du fond et des parois de la caisse autour d'un mandrin. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, la plaque comportant des troisième rabats (18) latéraux,
il comporte des moyens de pliage de ces rabats contre la face supérieure de la plaque et d'encollage desdits troisièmes rabats.
