Claims (13)
- Saugbagger (1) zum gezielten Aufnehmen von Sauggut, insbesondere zum Ausheben von Erdreich an erdverlegten Leitungen, mit einem pneumatischen Saugrüssel (10) zum Aufnehmen des Saugguts, der einen Saugschlauch (8) aufweist, an dessen unterem Ende ein Saugstutzen (11) angeordnet ist und der an seinem entgegengesetzten oberen Ende in einem Sammelbehälter (5) mündet, wobei der Saugstutzen (11) ein am Saugschlauch (8) angebrachtes Führungsrohr (12) und ein in das Führungsrohr (12) eingesetztes Mundstückrohr (13) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mundstückrohr (13) unter Zwischenschaltung einer Distanzhülse (14) in das Führungsrohr (12) eingesetzt ist, so dass oberhalb der Distanzhülse (14) zwischen dem Führungsrohr (12) und dem Mundstückrohr (13) ein Ringkanal (15) gebildet ist, und dass in dem Führungsrohr (12) im Bereich des Ringkanals (15) zumindest eine Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (16) über den Umfang des Führungsrohrs (12) verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest vier Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (16) und insbesondere zumindest acht Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (16) am unteren Ende des Ringkanals (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Ringkanal (15) an dessen unterem Ende begrenzende obere Stirnwand (14a) der Distanzhülse (14) als schräge Luftleitfläche ausgebildet ist, mittels der die durch die Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (16) des Führungsrohrs (12) hindurchtretende Luft in Längsrichtung des Ringkanals (15) umlenkbar ist.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Stirnwand (14a) der Distanzhülse (14) konkav ausgerundet ist.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Stirnwand (14a) der Distanzhülse (14) glatt und stufenlos in die Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (16) und/oder die Außenoberfläche (13a) des Mundstückrohrs (13) übergeht.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Ringkanal (15) ein Düsenring (23) angeordnet ist, der mehrere Düsenöffnungen (24) aufweist.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenöffnungen (24) einen sich in Strömungsrichtung verjüngenden Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mundstückrohr (13) relativ zu dem Führungsrohr (12) axial verfahrbar und mittels einer Antriebsvorrichtung in das Führungsrohr (12) einziehbar sowie aus diesem ausfahrbar ist.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mundstückrohr (13) zumindest einen radial hervorstehenden Ansatz (18) aufweist, der in eine Führungsnut (19) der Distanzhülse (14) verschieblich eingreift.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Führungsrohr (12) und dem Mundstückrohr (13) unterhalb der Distanzhülse (14) eine Ringdichtung (17) angeordnet ist.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Außenseite des Führungsrohrs (12) eine Abdeckhülse (20) verschieblich angeordnet ist, die zwischen einer die Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (16) zumindest teilweise bedeckenden Verschlussstellung und einer die Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (16) freigebenden Öffnungsstellung axial verschiebbar ist.
