Claims (12)
- Saugbagger (1) zu gezielten Aufnehmen von Sauggut, insbesondere zum Ausheben von Erdreich an erdverlegten Leitungen, mit einem pneumatischen Saugrüssel (10) zum Aufnahmen des Saugguts, an dessen unterem Ende ein Saugstutzen (11) angeordnet ist und der an seinem entgegengesetzten oberen Ende in einem Sammelbehälter (5) mündet, wobei der Saugstutzen (11) ein Saugmundstück (13) aufweist, das mittels einer Antriebsvorrichtung (15) relativ zu dem Saugrüssel (10) entlang einer Führung axial verfahrbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung von einem am Saugrüssel (10) angebrachten Führungskörper (12) gebildet ist, daß das Saugmundstück (13) mittels der zwischen dem Führungskörper (12) und dem Saugmundstück (13) angeordneten Antriebsvorrichtung in den Führungskörper (12) einziehbar sowie aus diesem ausfahrbar ist und daß eine Steuervorrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Hubfrequenz und/oder die Hublänge und/oder die Aufschlagenergie des Saugmundstücks (13) einstellbar ist.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der elektronischen Steuervorrichtung (6) für verschiedene Saugmedien geeignete Parameterwerte für die Hubfrequenz, die Hublänge und damit die Aufschlagenergie gespeichert sind.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungskörper (12) ein Griffstück (14) aufweist.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffstück ein den Führungskörper (12) umgebender Griffrahmen (14) ist.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungskörper (12) und/oder das Griffstück (14) gegenüber dem Saugmundstück (13) elektrisch isoliert ist.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (15) als Antrieb des Saugmundstücks (13).
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (15) ein einstellbarer Druckverstärker (18) zugeordnet ist.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckverstärker (18) wahlweise zuschaltbar oder abschaltbar ist.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen Wahlschalter (7), der auf eines von mehreren vorgegebenen Saugmedien einstellbar ist, wobei die Steuervorrichtung (6) und/oder der Druckverstärker (18) in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung des Wahlschalters (7) angesteuert sind.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Eindringtiefe des Saugmundstücks (13) in das Erdreich erfassende Sensorvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die an die Steuervorrichtung (6) ein entsprechendes Eindring-Signal abgibt.
- Saugbagger nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (6) in Abhängigkeit von dem Eindring-Signal den Druckverstärker (18) zuschaltet und/oder ein optisches oder akustisches Zuschaltsignal erzeugt.
- Saugbagger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugmundstück (13) seinem unteren Ende eine Verzahnung (16) aufweist, die mittels einer Kappe (17) abdeckbar ist.
