Abstract
Description
US-A- 3 930 324, US-A- 4 936 031 sowie US-A- 5 487 229 offenbaren solche Saugbagger. The invention relates to a suction dredger for targeted Picking up suction material, especially for lifting Soil on buried pipelines, with a pneumatic Suction nozzle for picking up the suction material, at the lower end of a suction nozzle is arranged and the its opposite end in a sump empties. US-A-3,930,324, US-A-4,936,031 and US-A-5,487,229 reveal such suction dredger.
When working on pipes laid in the ground, the Pipeline construction often used conventional excavators, which, however, are particularly disadvantageous when it comes to a particular spot on the underground Uncover pipelines, for example Repair pipe breaks, connect branch pipes or to inspect the lines only. Due to the Operation of a shovel must the soil in a large area and the overburden at the Construction site to be filed. Because of the relatively rough Working method and poor controllability of the shovel there is a significant risk of damage to the to be cleared or adjacent lines. at media-carrying lines such as gas water or sewage pipelines This may contribute to the leakage of the medium electrical cables lead to their destruction.
To avoid the mentioned disadvantages are targeted Picking up suction material called suction dredger develops in which with the help of a blower a Creates negative pressure and the suction material via a proboscis, which hangs from a boom and can be adjusted in all directions is to be sucked into a collection container can. There, the suction material is separated from the suction air stream, while still present in the transport air Dust or other particles are filtered out before the transport air at the outlet side of the blower is blown off.
It has been shown that the suction power of a suction dredger when used for excavation to a high degree of the skill of the operator. A high suction power is achieved when the lifting movement of the arranged at the free, lower end of the suction pipe Saugstutzens in the stroke frequency, i. the number of strokes per Minute, and the residence time on the ground, i. the actual Suction time, both depending on the material to be recorded are different, the consistency of the aufzusaugenden each Material adapted. The operator is usually overwhelmed because they are next to the controller the vertically up and down movement of the suction nozzle must also pay attention to where the Suction on the downward movement expediently the soil must be put on.
The invention is based on the object, a suction dredger for targeted picking up of suction material, in particular for Excavation of soil to create in which the handling the suction nozzle for the operator is simplified.

According to the invention is thus the vertical up and trained Automated movement of the suction nozzle, so that the operator on the Aufsetzpunkt the suction mouthpiece can concentrate on the soil, causing the Operation of the suction dredger is much easier and at the same time a high suction power can be achieved.
The movement of the suction mouthpiece relative to the guide body can be continuous or intermittent. Preferably However, it is provided that the stroke frequency, i.e. the number of strokes of the suction mouthpiece per minute, his Stroke length and also its impact energy on the ground changeable and adjustable in particular by the operator is to adapt well to the respective, to reach existing materials at the site. This in particular by a programmable or programmed Control can be achieved, taking for different Soil types each the optimal parameter configuration for the stroke frequency, the stroke length and the impact energy the suction mouthpiece in a store already can be held, so that the operator corresponding soil type only on a control panel must select by means of a selector switch.
The suction mouthpiece is relative to its axial movement led to the guide body on this, including in known Way guide rings or strips provided can.
Hydraulikleitungen, Antriebseinrichtungen etc., dient. To the operator to handle the guide body facilitate, this has a handle, preferably as a space surrounded by the leadership body Handle frame is formed, whereby on the one hand the Handle is given a high spatial stability and on the other hand, as an outer protective cage for the am Guide body optionally mounted on the outside Ancillary equipment, e.g. Hydraulic lines, drive devices etc., serves.
When working in the soil there is a risk that erroneously live cables exposed and damaged become. To the operator in this case of electrical To protect electric shocks is in the further education of the Invention provided that the guide body and / or the Handle electrically insulated from the suction mouthpiece is.
As a drive device for the suction mouthpiece has a piston-cylinder unit proven, it is either a compressed air or a hydraulic cylinder can act. To the piston-cylinder unit from outside unwanted loads and especially against soiling It can be protected with a protective cover be surrounded. To the impact energy of the suction mouthpiece to change the ground are the piston-cylinder unit one or more adjustable pressure intensifiers depending on the materials to be absorbed optionally switchable or can be switched off.
At the suction mouthpiece, a sensor device may be provided be, by means of the penetration depth of the suction mouthpiece is detected in the recorded soil. The Sensor device gives a corresponding intrusion signal to the control device. When the control device determines that the penetration depth is too low and thus the Soil is too hard, it switches either automatically the pressure intensifier or gives the operator of the Saugstutzens an optical and / or acoustic signal, so that it connects the pressure intensifier manually.
The suction mouthpiece has at its lower, in the soil engaging end in a known manner a toothing to loosen the soil. However, if the There is a risk that when sucking the soil exposed Cables could be damaged, the gearing may the suction mouthpiece are capped, preferably pivotally or detachably on the suction mouthpiece is appropriate.
