Description
The invention relates to a sweeper with a sweeping group arranged laterally on a carrier vehicle between the front and rear wheels in the working position.
Derartige Kehrmaschinen (z.B. Such sweepers (e.g. German Offenlegungsschrift 27 51 423) are generally designed to be self-receiving, i.e. In addition to one or more brooms, they also have a suction shaft through which the dirt is sucked into a dirt container. In order to ensure that the sweepings are safely picked up, in addition to the suction shaft, a blowing shaft can also be provided behind the suction shaft in the direction of travel. The air flow exiting the blow duct blows loose dirt in front of the opening of the suction duct. So-called plate brooms are generally suitable as brooms; Roller brushes are also used. The sweeping width can be increased by arranging several interacting brooms. The components mentioned, which serve to absorb the dirt, belong to the so-called sweeping group, which is detachably attached to the side of the carrier vehicle between the front and rear wheels. In order to be able to carry out maintenance work, the sweeping group is dismantled in individual parts, since these parts are inaccessible as long as they are attached to the vehicle.
The sweeping group is generally supplied from vehicle-side energy sources, either those of the vehicle itself or an additional removal unit, with hydraulically driven motors being expediently provided for the broom drive. Several pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders are used to adjust the components of the sweeping group, e.g. are connected to the vehicle's supply system. A separate blower is provided for actuating the blowing and suction chute, which sucks the dirt through the suction chute into a dirt container and presses part of the air drawn in after the dirt has been filtered out through the blow chute.
It is also already known to provide an interchangeable body on a vehicle that can be used for various purposes, in which the above-mentioned units for actuating the sweeping group and a dirt container are accommodated. The sweeping group itself is flanged to the vehicle frame. To convert the carrier vehicle for another task, the sweeping group and swap body must be removed independently of the vehicle. Here you can help yourself with the swap body by means of telescopically extendable legs that allow the vehicle to be extended after the swap body has been raised. The dismantled sweeping group must be moved out of the vehicle lane before the vehicle can leave the swap body.
In contrast, the present invention is based on the task of simplifying the maintenance of the sweeping group and its attachment and detachment to / from the carrier vehicle and to enable this work to be carried out more quickly.
According to the proposal of the invention, this object is achieved in any carrier vehicle with a sweeping group arranged laterally in that the sweeping group is attached to a support frame in its entirety, and that the support frame for moving the sweeping group into a position outside the lateral outline of the vehicle is movable with connected to the vehicle.
The movable support frame proposed according to the invention enables the sweeping group to be easily removed from the immediate vehicle area into an outer position with respect to the vehicle outline. There, the sweeping group offers good access for maintenance work. The combination of the sweeping group on a support frame makes it easier to move them out of the vehicle area and thus remove them from the vehicle.
The movement of the support frame can take place in the manner of a straight-line sliding or pulling movement, but also as a pivoting movement. The support frame can be supported on the vehicle frame or also on another part connected to the vehicle frame.
In a sweeper for attachment to a carrier vehicle, which has a swap body arranged on the vehicle frame above the rear wheels, it is provided according to a variant of the invention that the support frame with the sweeping group is attached to the frame of the swap body (mounting frame) so that it can be moved, for example suspended. such that the swap body can be moved to a position outside the lateral outline of the vehicle. Such an assembly is particularly advantageous because it means that everyone is connected to the sweeping task Components are attached to the swap body. This eliminates the need to separate supply lines or drive connections to the sweeping group when it is dismantled; this is first moved away from the work area between the wheels; then the swap body is separated from the vehicle. Swap bodies and sweeping group are parked together. The empty carrier vehicle is available for other purposes or for attaching other types of body.
An additional supporting device, the displacement of the sweeper g roup easier. The support device can be at least partially formed by the support frame, for example by being able to be pulled out along with a sweeping group along a horizontal guide.
Particular advantages result when the invention is applied to an interchangeable structure which is designed as a frame with at least three, preferably four, legs which can be extended vertically. For this purpose, it is provided that one of the legs of the body frame can be fastened to the support frame and 1 can be pulled out of the body frame together with the latter. The load of the sweeping group can be better distributed over the side pull-out leg.
An advantageous embodiment provides that the support frame comprises a guide part which is telescopically received in a horizontal, tubular cross member of the body frame.
Additional components and guides can be saved in that the guide part of the support frame is designed as a telescopic tube into which a horizontal support of the leg attached to the support frame engages.
A particularly simple but very useful further development provides that the guide part and telescopic tube extend in the extension of the longitudinal axis of the crossbar, and that the leg connected to the support is supported on the floor by means of a support roller on the rare sweeping group opposite the vehicle.
This embodiment enables a particularly simple handling when the sweeping group is carried out from the area between the wheels. First, the leg provided with the support roller is inserted with its support into the tubular guide part of the support frame and fastened there. After loosening the connections between the swap body and the vehicle frame, all legs are extended. The swap body lifts off the vehicle frame. The support roller of the leg anchored in the guide part of the support frame is supported on the floor; then the guide part of the support frame is pulled out by pulling the leg out of the cross member of the mounting frame to a stop. The sweeping group hangs on the guide part and the support of the leg, which moves with its support roller on the floor. If the sweeping group is only to be extended for maintenance work, it is not necessary to disconnect the flexible supply lines to the vehicle. They can only be released, for example by means of quick-release couplings, if the entire sweeper is removed from the vehicle, which can be done very quickly.
If the blow and suction hoses are in the way when the vehicle exits the swap body, they can be disconnected from the sweeping step by loosening a pipe clamp connection to the blow / suction mouthpiece and swung out accordingly when the carrier vehicle exits the swap frame.

An oil pump operated by the vehicle engine can also be used as the drive source for the plate brush: 7). The various compressed air cylinders for controlling the movement of the sweeping group (lifting, lowering, pivoting), together with their flexible hose connections to the compressed air device on the vehicle, have not been shown for reasons of simplification of the drawing. The
According to FIG. 1, the sweeping group is shown with dash-dotted lines in the retracted working position I and with solid lines in the extended position II, which is suitable, for example, for carrying out maintenance work. The extension takes place by plugging on the
