Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for rinsing items to be washed in a program-controlled manner Dishwasher, with a selectable via a control wash program, which program sections cleaning and rinsing at least separated by water change includes, with a softener, which an ion exchanger and a Regeneriersalz capableer having the ion exchanger via a from the Regeneriersalz variouser flowing saline solution is regenerated and wherein a washing compartment of the Dishwasher can be supplied directly and / or via the ion exchanger water, in particular after actuation of an additional operating element by a rinse aid dosing in a washing compartment of the dishwasher is suppressed.
- Rinse programs are selected, which are the program sections Pre-wash, Clean, Have intermediate rinse and rinse. These are usually by one Water change separately.
- baskets are slidable in arranged a washing compartment, which via a particular pivotable door is closable.
- a reservoir for rinse aid arranged from the dosed during the program section rinse liquid Rinse aid is directed into the washing compartment.
- the supply of liquid rinse aid in the Dish is the prerequisite for spotless and shiny dishes, because it reduces the surface tension of the rinsing fluid, allowing dripping on the dishes is prevented and the rinse liquid ideally in a thin film entirely from Dishes expire.
- the known dishwashers also a softener.
- This usually works as Ion exchanger, wherein hardness (calcium and magnesium ions) of the incoming Water can be exchanged with sodium ions.
- a Regeneriersalz theoryer arranged, which with granular or powdered Regeneriersalz is filled.
- When regenerating the ion exchanger is one from the container flowing saline solution, from which the ion exchanger absorbs sodium ions.
- a metering device for Treatment agent From there, the treatment agent at the beginning of the program section Purge the rinse fluid programmatically fed to the dishes dried on Dissolve leftovers.
- treatment agents There are essentially three different types of treatment agents known. These differ in their composition, which determines their function (s) and their temporal effect in the program sequence.
- As a treatment in addition to the traditional cleaner, which consists essentially exclusively of cleaning substances and therefore only acts in the program section cleaning, increasingly so-called “2in1” and “3in1” combination cleaners ("2in1" and “3in1” -Tabs) offered ,
- the "2in1" tab contains, in addition to the detergent substances, rinse-aid substances which are active during the program section rinsing.
- the "3in1" combination cleaner also has substances for softening the tap water, which bind the hardness of the water and / or at least partially envelop.
- a disadvantage of the use of combination cleaners in dishwashers is that the separately added to the reservoir rinse aid in addition to the active Rinse aid substances, which originate from the combination cleaner, are introduced into the rinsing liquid become. As a result, in addition to a high concentration of foam, which is too low Pump pressure and increased noise leads to streaking on the dishes.
- This disadvantage can be remedied by a dishwasher, in which the Rinse program sequence to "2in1" cleaner (DE 100 49 489 A1) or to "2in1" and “3in1” cleaners (DE 102 20 839 A1 and DE 102 30 567 A1) can be adapted.
- the well-known Dishwashers have one or more controls for selecting a standard dishwashing program and a reservoir for rinse aid and associated therewith Dosing on. The metering device conducts during the standard washing program Rinse aid at a predetermined time programmatically from the reservoir in the dishwasher.
- a Means for blocking the rinse aid supply from the reservoir provided, which For example, it may be a solenoid valve for closing the metering opening.
- a dishwasher (AEG Favorit 3 in 1) on the market, in principle the water for all program sections enters the flushing chamber via the ion exchanger.
- This dishwasher has next to controls to select standard dishwashing programs An additional control element ("3in1" button) for changing the standard wash programs on. Due to the additional control element, the program run on the Adjusted to softening substances having "3in1" combination cleaner.
- the additional control element When pressed of the additional control element is at a program run a selected standard wash program the rinse aid dosing into the washing compartment as well as the regeneration of the Ion exchanger deactivated.
- the invention thus raises the problem of the use of "3in1" combination cleaners to reveal an adapted method for rinsing dishes by low salt consumption good dishwashing results can be achieved.
- the water hardness during cleaning is of great importance, as it significantly determines the washing result affected.
- the reason for this is that the ions of the hardness formers calcium and magnesium of Raw water in addition to the softening substances with the cleaning active substances of the Cleaner react. These cleaning substances are then for cleaning itself, so to Removal of stains is no longer available.
- Will the program section Clean carried out with at least partially softened water the cleaning substances act on the stains on the dishes, while the softening substances in the subsequent program sections be towed. Because after cleaning all on the Crockery adhering soiling can be rinsed off or at least dissolved, that can Intermediate rinsing and rinsing with hard water are performed.
- a "3in1" combination cleaner whose softening substances actually and exclusively on the hardness of one, which ensures the deposition of lime on the dishes is avoided.
- the invention relates to a program-controlled dishwasher (1), as in Figs. 1 to 2 is shown.
- a program-controlled dishwasher (1) In such a dishwasher (1) are on the Door inside (2) a reservoir (3) of a metering device (not shown) for Rinse aid and a rinsing agent chamber (4) arranged for a treatment agent (see Fig. 1).
- a Regeneriersalz capableer (6) Furthermore, for the regeneration of an arranged in the housing of the device ion exchanger (not represented) in the washing compartment (5) a Regeneriersalz disposer (6).
- the flushing chamber (5) is both on the ion exchanger and directly bypassing the Ion exchanger connected to the fresh water network.
- the ion exchanger can, for example, by a by-passed bypass line (not shown) are bypassed.
- the dishwasher of Fig. 1 has a mounted on the outside of the door (7) Control panel (8), on which top left an on / off switch (9) and below in two columns Operating elements (10) are arranged (see Fig. 2).
- Operating elements (10) is the program control (11) for selecting so-called standard washing programs (here Intensive_75 °, Normal_50 °, Universal_55 °, Short_45 and Spar) can be selected.
- standard washing programs include those separated by water changes Program sections Pre-rinsing, cleaning, intermediate rinsing and rinsing.
- an additional control element (14) provided with the the selectable standard wash programs changed and in particular to the Active substances of a "3in1" combination cleaner can be adjusted.
- the additional control element (14) is coupled to the program control (11). When pressed the control element (14) are stored in the memory of the program control (11) Information for the program sequence of the standard rinse programs changed. Such Change can be made, for example, by replacing and / or deleting partial information become.
- the water in the program section rinse directly into the washing compartment directed. That is, the water from the fresh water network is independent of its hardness Passed on the ion exchanger and unenthaified in the washing compartment, leaving a softening of the water in the program section rinsing with "3in1" supplied by the operator to the device Combination cleaner is done solely by its softening substances. As the water in the Program section rinsing does not flow through the ion exchanger, this will also later exhausted.
- the sodium ions of the ion exchanger can change when the Standard wash program versus the unchanged standard wash program for one larger number of rinsing programs are used for water softening, so that the Ion exchanger must be regenerated later.
- this calculation also, for example, set by the user or sensory determined Raw water hardness used by the fresh water network.
- the water from the fresh water network in the program section cleaning at least partially passed over the ion exchanger in the washing compartment.
- it depends from a set or sensory raw water hardness also water directly into the Flushing room, whereby the mixing ratio of the directly and over the ion exchanger in the flushing room conducted water is influenced by the raw water hardness.
- This can to set the optimal water hardness for cleaning.
- the water in the program section Pre-rinse at least partially passed over the ion exchanger in the washing compartment.
- water is piped directly into the sink, with the mixing ratio of direct and via the ion exchanger in the flushing room directed water, as described above, determined becomes.
