Definitions
- the invention relates to a strip-shaped Damping profile for dynamically loaded profiles, in particular rails or grooved rails and / or Foot plates for such rails from a against Sound and / or electricity insulating elastic material.
- strip-shaped damping profile characterized in that it is in its longitudinal direction parallel to each other, at least after one side has open slots whose cross-section is narrowed or tapered away from the open side.
- the depth profile of the damping profile Slots over at least half the thickness of the damping profile extends so that on or beyond the bottom of the Slit still enough material is available.
- the damping strips which are essentially a rectangular, mat-like shape with a certain longitudinal extent have, but for example, also be square, rapidly changing geometries of rails or others Profiles, for example in transition areas or on end pieces, can be adjusted, it is in one embodiment of the Damping profile advantageous if the slot depth depends from that used to make the damping profile Material is adjustable so that the slots separating notches form, which can also be referred to as Sollr Supplystellen.
- the Slot depth and the material are then matched to one another, that a user can change the width of the Damping strip is simply possible by having a Part of the strip along a slot simply on and tears down, whereby the damping strip correspondingly narrower becomes.
- the damping profile according to the invention open or expand the slots advantageously to the same side, in use position in particular against the surface of the profile or the rail.
- the outer side of the Damping profiles closed which is particularly advantageous is when the design provided with the damping strip For example, embedded in concrete or asphalted becomes.
- the ability of the damping strip to vary Types of bends of the profile on which it is arranged will adjust, by the distance, the slots to each other have, determined.
- a good adaptation succeeds with Damping profiles, in which the located between the slots Distance in the order of the thickness of the Damping profile is. Particularly preferred is the distance the slots in the order of three quarters Centimeters and one and a half centimeters, especially one Centimeter.
- the damping profile according to the invention expediently between the slots cavities, in particular extend channel-like in the longitudinal direction, wherein a such channel, for example, throughout the entire Length of the damping strip can extend.
- These cavities can collapse at appropriate pressure load and so yield to the pressure load and cause the desired damping.
- the size of the cavities also has an influence on the elastic properties of the damping profile.
- each of the damping profile have at least one cavity.
- the design of the cavities is not on the channel-like design is limited, but can also in other forms, for example in the form of pores provided be. Of various possible fillings of the cavities such with air is the easiest, itself practically self-evident.
- the edge can the damping strip in the longitudinal direction of a lip-like Extension, preferably on the side of the damping strip, which has the closed surface.
- Such a in cross-section reduced edge can with a corresponding Counter-edge are combined to such same attenuation strip merge or the inventive Damping strip with its lip over another connection or attenuation profile to engage and stick.
- the Strip on the dynamically loaded profile by a fastener is attachable in the manner of an adhesive. After the order of the fastener can then Damping profile in different areas, for example one after the other along the outside of the loaded profile and be pressed and so the different Bends under widening or narrowing of the slots followed until the entire charged profile of the Damping strip is bordered.
- the damping profile is particularly suitable an embodiment in which the damping profile of a elastomeric material, in particular in the form of at least one vulcanized rubber compound, in particular Styrene-butadiene-kautushuk and / or natural rubber based, is trained.
- a material is as a damping profile well suited for electrical insulation and also has the desired elastic properties, especially in the compliant area under a rail head of importance are.
- the damping profile preferably has a Shore hardness A in a range of 30 to 65 on.
- Shore hardness A in a range of 30 to 65 on.
- this hardness wherein particularly preferred for a lateral arrangement of the Attenuation profile on a dynamically loaded profile of Shore hardness A in the range between 30 and 40 and when arranged in the area of a foot plate of the dynamically loaded profile, in particular substantially transversely to its loading direction, ranging from 50 to 65.
- Damping profile for dynamically loaded profiles such as rail arrangements or even machine bearings
- the damping profiles can be used during use Rails to different designs of rail chambers adjust and arrange, with the rail chambers not completely filled, leaving the remaining Part filled with a filler, such as concrete can be, without the track of their agility, in particular loses in the vertical direction.
- the in the Rail chamber reaching base layer causes a safe Connection of the rail with its supporting body, but at the same time isolated by the damping profile against the rail.
- Fig.1 is an area of a strip-shaped To detect damping profile 1 for dynamically loaded profiles as it is not shown here in detail
- Rails or grooved rails 7 and / or foot plates 14 for Such rails can be arranged and which from an insulating against sound and / or electricity elastic material.
- the damping profile 1 is in the type of mat formed, the longitudinal direction perpendicular runs to the drawing plane. Along this longitudinal direction has the damping profile 1 parallel to each other, in the illustration downwardly open slots 2 on, whose cross-section is towards the open side narrowed or tapered away, with the slots 2 all for open the same side and the bottom 3 of the slots 2 rounded is trained.
- the slot depth is about nine tenths of the thickness of the damping profile and the space between the slots 2 in the magnitude of the thickness of the damping profile 1 is located.
- the damping profile 1 channel-like Cavities 4 on, extending in the longitudinal direction of the Extend damping profile 1 in the plane of drawing.
- the closed surface 5 facing edge of Damping profile 1 an area with reduced cross-section arranged, which forms a lip 6.
- the lip 6 In the area of the rail foot 10, the top of which Damping profile 1 covered to about two-thirds, is on Edge of the damping profile 1, the lip 6 is arranged. These overlaps the border area of another, differently formed Damping profiles 11 and can easily with this, about by gluing, be connected.
- the damping profile 11 In turn, the ends of the wing, which are wing - like in cross section, are summarized Schienefußes 10 and the bottom and has a rhomboid trained cavities, which as a whole, the entire Grooved rail with damping profiles 1, 11 clad and accordingly is isolated and in their predetermined support body can be admitted.
- FIG. 3 shows a cross-section of a dynamic one loaded profile with rapidly changing dimensions, namely a switch region 17 for grooved rails 7, too see, in the two grooved rails 7 fed to each other become.
- This switch area 17 is in a support body 12th let in its upwardly facing side with an asphalt layer 13 is completed, in turn, through a unspecified sealing material from the rail head 8 is disconnected.
- a respective damping profile 1 is attached, which from the respective lower area of its associated Rail head 8 going downwards along this outside runs and the sometimes very tight bends by widening or constriction of the slots 2 performs.
- the respective Damping profile 1 is at the grooved rails 7 means a contact adhesive attached and also covers his assigned Rail foot 10 and the lateral edge area a common foot plate 14 on which the two grooved rails 7 are arranged.
- the down facing sides of the Strip 15 are each supported at one end of a further, to the first identical damping profile 1, which are both on the bottom 16 of the base plate 14 toward each other extend, and of which the left damping profile 1 with his lip 6 engages over the right and glued to it is.
- the switch area 17 is thus different, on easily adapted pieces of the same damping profile 1 electrically and soundproofed to the outside. hereby is made clear in particular with reference to FIG. the damping profile 1 according to the invention is capable of adapted to changing geometries of dynamically loaded profiles to become.
- the figures above explain one strip-shaped damping profile 1 for dynamically loaded Profiles, in particular rails or grooved rails 7 and / or Foot plates 14 for such rails from a against sound and / or electricity insulating elastic material.
- This damping profile 1 is characterized in that it especially good at different, changing geometries of Adjusting profiles is because it is in its longitudinal direction parallel to each other, at least to one side has open slots 2, whose cross section is in Direction narrowed or tapered away from the open side.
- the damping profile 1 for dynamically loaded profiles in particular for rails or for grooved rails 7 and / or for foot plates 14 for such rails consists of a against sound and / or electricity insulating elastic Material.
- This damping profile 1 has in his Longitudinal direction parallel to each other, at least after one side open slots 2, whose cross section is in Direction narrowed or tapered away from the open side, that is, their cross-section on the open side is preferred is greatest.
