Claims (15)
- Druckmaschine, aufweisend:einen Stützrahmen (2),eine Drehscheibe (4), die in Bezug auf den Rahmen (2) um eine Drehachse (A-A) drehbar ist,Antriebsmittel (8, 30) zur Drehung der Scheibe,zumindest zwei Haltedornelemente (6) zum Halten von zwei Objekten zum aufeinanderfolgenden Drucken, wobei die Dornelemente durch die Scheibe (4) gehalten werden,Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente um jeweilige Drehachsen (B-B), die parallel zu der Drehachse (A-A) der Scheibe (4) sind,eine Vielzahl von Arbeitsstationen (18, 18A, 18B), die um die Drehscheibe (4) verteilt sind,Verlagerungsmittel (22, 24, 36, 64, 82, 98) zur Verlagerung jedes Dornelements in einer Ebene, die parallel zu der Ebene der Scheibe (4) ist, um einen Abstand zwischen der Drehachse (B-B) jedes Dornelements und der Drehachse (A-A) der Scheibe zu verändern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungsmittel zur Verlagerung der Dornelemente angepasst sind, die Verlagerung jedes Dornelements (6) mit der Drehung der Scheibe (4) zu synchronisieren.
- Druckmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungsmittel (22, 24, 36, 64, 82, 98) eine Steuereinheit (98) und zumindest ein Stellglied (82) zur Verlagerung der jeweiligen Dornelemente aufweist, und dass die Steuereinheit angepasst ist, die Verlagerung der Dornelemente (6) entsprechend der Stellung der Scheibe (4) zu steuern.
- Druckmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Stellglieder (82) zur Verlagerung der Dornelemente durch den Stützrahmen (2) gehalten werden und mit Mitteln (22, 52, 54, 64) zur lösbaren Verbindung mit dem Dornelement ausgestattet sind.
- Druckmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente von dem Stützrahmen (2) gehalten werden und mit Mitteln (22, 38, 46, 64) zur lösbaren Ankopplung zur Drehung mit jedem Dornelement (6) ausgestattet sind.
- Druckmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente beweglich in Bezug auf den Stützrahmen (2) befestigt sind und mit dem Stellglied (82) zur Verlagerung der Dornelemente für ihre simultane Verlagerung bei Verlagerung der Dornelemente gekoppelt sind.
- Druckmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente in Bezug auf den Stützrahmen (2) ortsfest befestigt sind, und dass die Druckmaschine eine spielfreie homokinetische Kopplung (92) umfasst, die zwischen den Antriebsmitteln zur Rotation der Dornelemente und den Mitteln (22, 38, 46, 64) zur lösbaren Ankopplung zur Drehung mit jedem Dornelement (6) angeordnet ist.
- Druckmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dornelemente (6) untereinander über einen Riemen zur Übertragung der Drehbewegung von einem Dornelement auf das Andere verbunden sind.
- Druckmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Stellglied (82) zur Verlagerung der Dornelemente (6) fest mit der Scheibe (4) verbunden ist und Mittel zur permanenten Verbindung mit jedem Dornelement umfasst.
- Druckmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente fest mit der Scheibe (4) verbunden sind und Mittel zur permanenten Verbindung mit jedem Dornelement umfassen.
- Druckmaschine gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente einen Motor umfassen, dessen Achse parallel zu der Achse der Dornelemente und im Wesentlichen als ihre Verlängerung angeordnet ist.
- Druckmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (98) angepasst ist, das Stellglied (82) zur Verlagerung der Dornelemente und/oder die Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente zu steuern, um die Verlagerung der Dornelemente in der Ebene, die parallel zu der Ebene der Scheibe (4) ist, und den Antrieb zur Drehung der Dornelemente (6) zu synchronisieren.
- Druckmaschine gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (4) zumindest zwei Schlitten (22) zum Stützen der Dornelemente stützt, auf denen jeweils ein Dornelement (6) drehbar montiert ist, und dass die Scheibe (4) erste Führungsmittel (24, 36) zur Führung der Schlitten (22) zum Stützen des Dornelemente umfasst.
- Druckmaschine gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die ersten Führungsmittel (24, 36) radial an der Scheibe (4) erstrecken und eingerichtet sind, eine radiale Verlagerung der Dornelemente (6) zu bewirken.
- Druckmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützrahmen (2) zweite Führungsmittel (56, 60, 62) zur Führung der Schlitten (22) umfasst, die einen Ring ausbilden und mehrere komplementäre Teile umfassen, von denen ein Teil (56, 60) der zweiten Führungsmittel fest mit dem Stützrahmen (2) verbunden ist und ein Teil (62) beweglich in Bezug auf den Stützrahmen (2) ist und fest mit dem Schlitten (22) zum Stützen zu dessen Verlagerung verbunden ist.
- Druckmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Druckstation (18A) umfasst, die mit einem Druckflächenelement mit einem Druckbereich und Antriebsmittel zur Translation des Druckflächenelements ausgestattet ist, und dass die Steuereinheit (98) angepasst ist, die Antriebsmittel (94) zur Drehung der Dornelemente synchron mit den Antriebsmitteln zum Antrieb des Druckflächenelements zu steuern.
