Claims (9)
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder mit einem Zylinderrohr (12) mit Druckanschlüssen (28,30) an den Enden, einem im Zylinderrohr verschiebbaren Kolben (10), einer mit dem Kolben verbundenen, an einem Ende aus dem Zylinderrohr austretenden Kolbenstange (22) und einer Verriegelungseinrichtung (54,56,50) zum Verriegeln der Kolbenstange (22) in wenigstens einer Endstellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem wenigstens einen Ende des Zylinderrohres (12) ein zylindrischer, die Kolbenstange (22) umgebender Käfig (54) vorgesehen ist, der wenigstens einen radial verschiebbaren Verriegelungskörper (56) aufnimmt, der in der Verriegelungsstellung der Kolbenstange (22) in eine umlaufende Nut (42) der Kolbenstange (22) eintritt, und dass am Kolben (10) auf der Seite der Kolbenstange (22) eine federnd von dem Kolben (10) abgespreizte Kolbenscheibe (46) vorgesehen ist, mit der eine Verriegelungshülse (50) verbunden ist, die in der Verriegelungsstellung durch die Federkraft über den Käfig (54) verschiebbar ist und die Verriegelungskörper (56) in die umlaufende Nut (42) der Kolbenstange (22) drückt.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylinderrohr einen Rohrabschnitt (14) und zwei Zylinderdeckel (16,18) an beiden Enden aufweist, und dass der Käfig (54) an der Innenseite eines der Zylinderdeckel befestigt ist.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Verriegelungskörper eine Kugel (56) ist.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Verriegelungskörper (56) derart in dem Käfig (54) gehalten ist, dass ein Austreten des Verriegelungskörpers nach außen aus dem Käfig (54) heraus ausgeschlossen ist.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange (22) in ihrem den Kolben (10) aufnehmenden Endbereich einen Schaftabschnitt (32) geringeren Durchmessers bildet, auf den Hülsen (34,36) aufgeschoben sind, die aus einem gegenüber der Kolbenstange (22) härteren Material bestehen.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Hülsen (34) die umlaufende Verriegelungs-Nut (42) aufnimmt.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Hülsen (34,36) auf dem Schaftabschnitt (32) der Kolbenstange (22) angeordnet sind, die an ihrer Stoßseite eine umlaufende Nut zur Aufnahme des Kolbens (10) bilden.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von dem Kolben (10) federnd abgespreizte Kolbenscheibe (46) zusammen mit der Verriegelungshülse (50) auf einer der Hülsen (34,36) auf dem verjüngten Schaftabschnitt (32) der Kolbenstange in Axialrichtung bis zu einem definierten Abstand zwischen Kolben (10) und Kolbenscheibe (46) verschiebbar ist.
- Verriegelbarer Pneumatikzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem äußeren Umfang des Kolbens (10) und der Kolbenscheibe (46) umlaufende Dichtungen (20,47) vorgesehen sind, die nur dann und auf der Seite dichtend wirken, auf der ein Luftdruck oberhalb eines vorgegebenen Mindestwertes herrscht.
