Claims (11)
- Dämmplatte zur Anwendung im Bau, insbesondere geeignet zur Anwendung in Industriegebäuden und dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dämmplatte eine Kombinationsplatte ist, umfassend eine Schicht aus Mineralwolle zum Vermitteln von schalldämmenden und feuerbeständigen Eigenschaften und eine Schicht aus Dämmschaum zum Vermitteln von thermisch dämmenden Eigenschaften.
- Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus Mineralwolle an der von der Schicht aus Dämmschaum abgekehrten Seite mit einer Kaschierung versehen ist.
- Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kaschierung eine Schicht aus Glasvlies umfasst.
- Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus Dämmschaum direkt auf die Schicht aus Mineralwolle geheftet ist.
- Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus Dämmschaum über Öffnungen in einer zwischen der Schicht aus Dämmschaum und der Schicht aus Mineralwolle liegenden Trennschicht an die Mineralwolle geheftet ist.
- Dämmplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus Dämmschaum an der von der Schicht aus Mineralwolle abgekehrten Seite mit einer Schicht aus Trägermaterial versehen ist.
- Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägermaterial Glasvlies umfasst.
- Dämmplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus Dämmschaum im Wesentlichen ohne Ausübung einer auf die Mineralwolle wirkenden zusammendrückenden Kraft auf der Mineralwolle angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kombinationsplatten nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über eine erste, im Wesentlichen horizontale Fördereinrichtung aufeinanderfolgende Platten aus Mineralwolle einem zwischen der ersten Fördereinrichtung und einer in einigem Abstand über der ersten Fördereinrichtung angeordneten zweiten, im Wesentlichen horizontalen Fördereinrichtung liegenden Zwischenraum zugeführt werden, und dass gleichzeitig über eine über der zweiten Fördereinrichtung gebildete Umkehrstrecke eine während der Umkehrstrecke auf einem Träger gebildete Dämmschaumschicht im Wesentlichen drucklos auf der Mineralwolle angeordnet wird, wobei der Träger sich an der von der Mineralwolle abgekehrten Seite der Dämmschaumschicht befindet.
- Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Platten aus Mineralwolle und der Dämmschaumschicht eine mit Öffnungen versehene Trennschicht zugeführt wird.
- Thermisch dämmende, feuerbeständige und schalldämmende Konstruktion, ausgeführt als Deckenkonstruktion, Dachverkleidungskonstruktion oder Mauerbedeckungskonstruktion in einem Gebäude, umfassend eine Anzahl Dämmplatten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 oder hergestellt nach Ansprüchen 9 oder 10.
