Claims (12)
- Einrichtung (1), insbesondere eine Tambourablagestation, mit einem Wickeltambour (3), der einen mit einem Wickel einer Materialbahn (6) bewickelten Wickelkern (4) umfasst, wobei der Wickeltambour (3) durch eine Antriebseinrichtung (7, 10) antreibbar ist, und mit mindestens einer ein Schneidelement aufweisenden Schneideinrichtung (11) zum Entfernen des Wickels der Materialbahn (6), wobei der Wickeltambour (3) eine Drehbewegung zum Abrollen des Wickels vollzieht und der Wickeltambour (3) sowie die mindestens eine Schneideinrichtung (11) in Traversierrichtung relativ zu einander bewegbar sind.
- Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (11) ein erstes Messer (12) und ein insbesondere mit einem zweiten Messer verbundenes Gleitelement (14) umfasst. - Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Messer (12) ein Kreismesser ist. - Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidelement jeweils ein Laserstrahl ist, der insbesondere unter einer Schutzgasatmosphäre steht, oder durch ein unter hohem Druck stehendes und auf die Materialbahn (6) abgestrahltes Fluid gebildet wird. - Einrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus der Materialbahn (6) durch das Schneidelement gebildete Streifen (21) oder Stücke durch eine Absaugeinrichtung, die insbesondere auch den Schneidbereich an dem Wickeltambour (3) abschirmt, und/oder über einen Abwurfschacht oder ein Förderband (22) zu einer Zerkleinerungseinrichtung oder einem Pulper transportierbar sind. - Einrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur Bestimmung des Restschichtdicke des Wickels (5) der Materialbahn (6) auf dem Wickeltambour (3) vorhanden sind, um bei Erreichen der Restschichtdicke der Schneidvorgang zu beenden. - Verfahren zum Entfernen des Wickels (5) der Materialbahn (6) von dem Wickeltambour (3) in einer Einrichtung (1), insbesondere einer Tambourablagestation, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (11) unter einem spitzen Winkel (α) oder unter einem 90°-Winkel bezüglich der Längsachse (L) des Wickeltambours (3) an die Mantelfläche angestellt ist und dass sich der Wickeltambour (3) dreht, während der Wickeltambour (3) und die Schneideinrichtung (11) relativ zueinander in Richtung der Längsachse (L) des Wickeltambours (3) verfahren werden. - Verfahren zum Entfernen des Wickels (5) der Materialbahn (6) von dem Wickeltambour (3) in einer Einrichtung (1), insbesondere einer Tambourablagestation, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (11) unter einem spitzen Winkel (α) oder unter einem 90°-Winkel bezüglich der Längsachse (L) des Wickeltambours (3) an die Mantelfläche angestellt ist, dass der Wickel (5) ringförmig von der Schneideinrichtung (11) durchschnitten wird, wobei nach Durchführung jeweils eines ringförmigen Schnitts der Wickeltambour (3) und die Schneideinrichtung (11) relativ zueinander in Richtung der Längsachse (L) des Wickeltambours (3) verfahren werden, dass nach Durchführung aller ringförmigen Schnitte der Wickeltambour (3) und die Schneideinrichtung (11) relativ zueinander um 90° in der horizontalen Ebene geschwenkt werden und dass anschließend der Wickel (5) in Richtung der Längsachse (L) geschnitten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (11) bei Erreichen einer Restschwarte des Wickels (5) bis zum Wickelkern (4) mit Hilfe des Gleitelements (14) die Lagen des Wickels (5) abträgt. - Verfahren zum Entfernen des Wickels (5) der Materialbahn (6) von dem Wickeltambour (3) in einer Einrichtung (1), insbesondere einer Tambourablagestation, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Wickeltambour (3) stationär dreht und dass die Schneideinrichtung (11) einmal oder mehrmals traversierend an der Mantelfläche des Wickels (5) der Materialbahn (6) entlang geführt wird, bis eine festgelegte Anzahl von Wickellagen des Wickels (5) von dem Wickeltambour (3) entfernt ist. - Verfahren zum Entfernen des Wickels (5) der Materialbahn (6) von dem Wickeltambour (3) in einer Einrichtung (1), insbesondere einer Tambourablagestation, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Wickeltambour (3) dreht und zusätzlich an der stationären Schneideinrichtung (11) einmal oder mehrmals traversiert, um die Mantelfläche des Wickels (5) der Materialbahn (6) an der Schneideinrichtung (11) vorbeizuführen, bis eine festgelegte Anzahl von Wickellagen des Wickels (5) von dem Wickeltambour (3) entfernt ist.
