Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gekühlten Ringträgers (1) bestehend aus einer Graugusslegierung mit einem Nickelanteil für einen im Gießverfahren herzustellenden Aluminium-Kolben eines Verbrennungsmotors mit einem auf dem Ringträgerrücken (3) als eine nach unten offene Eindrehung (4) ausgebildeten Kühlkanal (6), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:in die Eindrehung (4) wird Salzgranulat mit einem Druck von 100 bis 300 N/mm2 eingepresst, sodass sich in der Eindrehung (4) ein Salzkern (5) bildet;der aus Ringträger (1) und Salzkern (5) bestehende Verbund wird auf eine Temperatur von 200 bis 250 °C vorgewärmt;der aus Ringträger (1) und Salzkern (5) bestehende Verbund wird in ein aus einer Aluminiumschmelze bestehendes Alfinbad getaucht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gekühlten Ringträgers (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aus Ringträger (1) und Salzkern (5) bestehende Verbund 2 ½ bis 5 ½ Minuten lang in ein aus einer Aluminiumschmelze bestehendes Alfinbad getaucht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gekühlten Ringträgers (1) bestehend aus einer Graugusslegierung mit einem Nickelanteil für einen im Gießverfahren herzustellenden Aluminium-Kolben eines Verbrennungsmotors mit einem auf dem Ringträgerrücken (3) als eine nach unten offene Eindrehung (4) ausgebildeten Kühlkanal (6), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:in die Eindrehung (4) wird ein fertig gepresster Salzkern (5) eingelegt, der in der Eindrehung (4) über eine Klebeverbindung befestigt wird.der aus Ringträger (1) und Salzkern (5) bestehende Verbund wird auf eine Temperatur von 200 bis 250 °C vorgewärmt;der aus Ringträger (1) und Satzkern (5) bestehende Verbund wird in ein aus einer Aluminiumschmelze bestehendes Alfinbad getaucht.
