Claims (13)
- Sicherungseinsatz, insbesondere für Niederspannungs-Hochleistungs-Sicherungen (NH-Sicherungen), mit einem auf entgegengesetzten Seiten offenen Gehäuse (9), mit dem Gehäuse (9) verbundenen Deckplatten (5, 11) zum Verschließen der Öffnungen des Gehäuses (9), einer im Bereich der Innenseite der jeweiligen Deckplatte (5, 11) angeordneten Messerhalteplatte (1, 10) zur Lagerung eines Kontaktmessers (4), das eine Öffnung in der Deckplatte (5, 11) durchsetzt, wobei im Gehäuse (9) ein Arbeitsschmelzleiter angeordnet ist, der leitend mit den Kontaktmessern (4) verbunden ist, sowie mit einer Anzeigeeinrichtung (18), die im Bereich der Außenfläche einer Deckplatte (5) ein Anzeigeelement (17) aufweist, wobei das Anzeigeelement von einem im Gehäuse angeordneten, elektrisch parallel zum Arbeitsschmelzleiter angeordneten drahtförmigen Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) in vorgespannter Lage fixiert ist, der Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) mit einem Ende am Anzeigeelement (17) angreift und dessen anderes Endes, mittels einer Klemmverbindung, im Bereich der einen Messerhalteplatte (10) festgelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) mittels der Klemmverbindung unmittelbar in der einen Messerhalteplatte (10) festgelegt ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Messerhalteplatte (10) einen Vorsprung (26) aufweist, wobei der Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) zwischen dem Vorsprung (26) und dem verbleibenden Abschnitt (27) der Messerhalteplatte (10) geklemmt ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmverbindung durch eine Kerbe zwischen dem Vorsprung (26) und dem verbleibenden Abschnitt (27) der Messerhalteplatte (10) und den in die Kerbe eingeführten Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) gebildet ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmverbindung durch Verformen des Vorsprunges (26) in Richtung des verbleibenden Anteils (27) der Messerhalteplatte (10) gebildet ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messerhalteplatte (10) zumindest im Bereich des Vorsprunges (26) und des an diesen angrenzenden Bereiches des verbleibenden Abschnitts (27) der Messerhalteplatte (10) als ebenes Bauteil ausgebildet ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Klemmverbindung benachbarte Deckplatte (11) in der Flucht der Klemmverbindung mit einem Durchgangsloch (28) versehen ist, das mittels eines Stopfens verschließbar ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz, insbesondere für Niederspannungs-Hochleistungs-Sicherungen (NH-Sicherungen), mit einem auf entgegengesetzten Seiten offenen Gehäuse (9), mit dem Gehäuse (9) verbundenen Deckplatten (5, 11) zum Verschließen der Öffnungen des Gehäuses (9), einer im Bereich der Innenseite der jeweiligen Deckplatte (5, 11) angeordneten Messerhalteplatte (1, 10) zur Lagerung eines Kontaktmessers (4), das eine Öffnung in der Deckplatte (5, 11) durchsetzt, wobei im Gehäuse (9) ein Arbeitsschmelzleiter angeordnet ist, der leitend mit den Kontaktmessern (4) verbunden ist, sowie mit einer Anzeigeeinrichtung (18), die im Bereich der Außenfläche einer Deckplatte (5) ein Anzeigeelement (17) aufweist, wobei das Anzeigeelement von einem im Gehäuse angeordneten, elektrisch parallel zum Arbeitsschmelzleiter angeordneten drahtförmigen Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) in vorgespannter Lage fixiert ist, der Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) mit einem Ende am Anzeigeelement (17) angreift und dessen anderes Endes, mittels einer Klemmverbindung, im Bereich der einen Messerhalteplatte (10) festgelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Anzeigeelement (17) benachbarte Messerhalteplatte (1) einen aus deren Hauptabschnitt (12) herausgebogenen Messerhalteplattenabschnitt (13) oder eine Ausprägung aufweist, wobei der Messerhalteplattenabschnitt (13) oder die Ausprägung ein Durchgangsloch (30) in der dieser Messerhalteplatte (1) zugewandten Deckplatte (5) durchsetzt und das in vorgespannter Lage fixierte Anzeigeelement (17) unmittelbar elektrisch kontaktiert, wobei der Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) neben dem Messerhalteplattenabschnitt (13) oder der Ausprägung angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anzeigeschmelzleiter (24) außerhalb der dem Anzeigeelement (17) benachbarten Messerhalteplatte (10) angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerhalteplattenabschnitt (13) eine Länge aufweist, die mindestens der Stärke dieser zugewandten Deckplatte (5) in ihrem dem Messerhalteplattenabschnitt (13) benachbarten Bereich entspricht.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerhalteplattenabschnitt (13) im rechten Winkel zum Hauptabschnitt (12) der Messerhalteplatte (10) ausgebogen ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Deckplatte (5, 11) nicht leitend ist.
- Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch kennzeichnet, dass sich das Anzeigeelement (17) von dem Bereich der Außenfläche der Deckplatte (5) zur Mantelfläche des Sicherungseinsatzes erstreckt.
