Claims (15)

  1. Rahmenanordnung (12) für einen Schirm (10) mit einer variablen Längsdimension, wobei die Rahmenanordnung (12) Folgendes aufweist:
    a) eine Standanordnung (14) positionierbar in einer aufrechten Betriebsposition relativ zu einer Tragoberfläche (20),
    b) eine Vielzahl von Rippen (26), deren jede, ein inneres Ende aufweist, und zwar beweglich verbunden mit der Standanordnung (14) und selektiv anzuordnen entweder in einer ausgefahrenen Position oder einer zusammengefalteten Position,
    c) wobei die Standanordnung (14) einen ersten und einen zweiten Teil (40, 42) aufweist, und zwar koaxial von einander entlang einer Länge der Standanordnung (14) trennbar,
    d) wobei die Vielzahl von Rippen (26) mit dem erwähnten zweiten Teil (42) verbunden sind, und beweglich sind, bezüglich des ersten Teils (40),
    e) eine Einstellanordnung (46) einschließlich eines Vorspannmechanismus (50, 52) angeordnet in einer Verbindungsbeziehung zwischen den ersten und zweiten Teilen (40, 41) der Standanordnung (14), und
    f) wobei der Vorspannmechanismus strukturiert ist, um den erwähnten zweiten Teil und die inneren Enden der erwähnten Vielzahl von Rippen in Längsrichtung nach außen von dem ersten Teil dann zu positionieren, wenn die erwähnte Vielzahl von Rippen sich in der zusammengefalteten Position befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorspannmechanismus (50, 52) in der Form einer pneumatischen Feder ausgebildet ist.
  2. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Vorspannmechanismus (50, 52) angeordnet und aufgebaut ist, um eine Vorspannkraft auf die erwähnte Vielzahl von Rippen (26) auszuüben, und zwar mindestens dann, wenn die Vielzahl von Rippen (26) sich in der erwähnten ausgefahrenen Position befinden.
  3. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erwähnte Vorspannanordnung (50, 52) eine luftbetätigte Kolben- und Zylinderanordnung (50, 52) aufweist.
  4. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Kolben- und Zylinderanordnung (50, 52) auf der Standanordnung (14) angebracht ist und positionierbar ist in einer beweglichen Tragbeziehung zu der erwähnten Vielzahl von Rippen (26).
  5. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Kolben- und Zylinderanordnung (50, 52) einen Zylinderteil (50) aufweist, und zwar fest an der Standanordnung (14) angebracht und einen Kolbenteil (51), der beweglich mit der Standanordnung (14) in einer Antriebsbeziehung zu der erwähnten Vielzahl von Rippen (26) verbunden ist.
  6. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einstellanordnung (46) in einer Zwischenverbindungsbeziehung zwischen den ersten und zweiten Teilen (40, 42) angeordnet ist und in zumindest teilweise tragender Beziehung zu dem zweiten Teil (42).
  7. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Vorspannmechanismus (50, 52) in Tragbeziehung zu dem erwähnten zweiten Teil (42) angeordnet ist und wobei die erwähnte Vielzahl von Rippen (26) sich in der erwähnten ausgefahrenen Position befindet.
  8. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Kolben- und Zylinderanordnung (50, 52) angeordnet und strukturiert ist, um den erwähnten zweiten Teil (42) kontinuierlich in Längsrichtung nach außen von dem erwähnten ersten Teil (40) vorzuspannen und mindestens dann wenn die Vielzahl von Rippen (26) sich in der ausgefahrenen Position befindet.
  9. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Einstellanordnung (46) mit der Standanordnung (14) verbunden ist und strukturiert ist um die Längsdimension der Standanordnung (14) zu verändern und zwar abhängig von der erwähnten Vielzahl von Rippen (26), die sich entweder in der ausgefahrenen oder in der zusammengelegten Position befinden.
  10. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ferner Folgendes vorgesehen ist: eine Positionierungsanordnung strukturiert und angeordnet zum selektiven und manuellen Orientieren des zweiten Teils (42) nach innen zu dem ersten Teil (41) und zwar entgegen der erwähnten trennenden Vorspannkraft mindestens solange bis die ersten und zweiten Teile (40, 41) in Trageingriff miteinander angeordnet sind.
  11. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Vorspannmechanismus (50, 52) strukturiert ist um automatisch den zweiten Teil (42) in der Längsrichtung nach außen vom ersten Teil (40) anzuordnen, wenn die erwähnte Vielzahl der Rippen (26) sich in der ausgedehnten Position befinden.
  12. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Positionierungsanordnung angeordnet ist auf der Stützanordnung (14) und strukturiert und angeordnet ist um eine nach innen gerichtete Zugkraft auf den zweiten Teil (42) zum ersten Teil (40) hin auszuüben und entgegen der trennenden Vorspannkraft mindestens bis die ersten und zweiten Teile (40, 42) in Trageingriff miteinander angeordnet sind.
  13. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Positionierungsanordnung derart aufgebaut ist, dass sie manuell die erwähnte nach innen gerichtete Zugkraft an dem zweiten Teil (42) anlegt.
  14. Rahmenanordnung (12) nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Vorspannmechanismus (50, 52) aufgebaut ist, automatisch den zweiten Teil (42) in Längsrichtung nach außen von dem ersten Teil (40) dann anzuordnen, wenn die Vielzahl der Rippen (26) sich in der erweiterten und ausgefahrenen Position befinden, und zwar bei Freigabe der nach innen gerichteten Zugkraft.
  15. Eine Schirmanordnung (10), das Folgendes aufweist:
    a) mindestens ein Bespannungselement;
    b) eine Rahmenanordnung (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
