Claims (7)

  1. Système de commande pour faire pivoter une porte ou trappe (3) d'un véhicule automobile apte à être reliée solidaire en rotation à un axe de charnière (4), comportant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le système de commande (1) comprend un moteur (5) et en sortie de celui-ci un mécanisme d'actionnement à levier (6) ;
    b) le mécanisme d'actionnement à levier (6) présente un levier d'entraînement (7) solidaire en rotation avec le moteur (5) et un levier entraîné (9) apte à être relié à un axe de charnière (4),
    c) les axes de pivotement (8, 10) du levier d'entraînement (7) et du levier entraîné (9) sont espacés l'un de l'autre et disposés sensiblement parallèlement l'un à l'autre ;
    d) les extrémités du levier d'entraînement (7) et du levier entraîné (9) opposées aux axes de pivotement (8, 10) sont directement reliées entre elles de manière articulée de manière qu'elles puissent, en cas de pivotement du levier (7, 9), effectuer un mouvement de compensation l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  2. Système de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour la liaison articulée entre le levier d'entraînement (7) et le levier entraîné (9), l'un des deux leviers (7, 9) est relié a un élément palier (12) et l'autre levier (9, 7) respectivement comporte un trou oblong (13) dans lequel s'engage l'élément palier (12).
  3. Système de commande selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément palier (12) est un corps de roulement.
  4. Système de commande selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la liaison articulée entre le levier d'entraînement (7) et le levier entraîné (9) est du type roulement articulé ou à aiguille ou à rotule, le palier respectif étant réalisé de manière à compenser les décalages angulaires apparaissant entre les axes de pivotement (8, 10) des leviers (7, 9).
  5. Système de commande selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le trou oblong (13) du levier entraîné (9) est réalisé courbé de manière que l'élément palier (12) puisse prendre une position stable en cas de tensions des leviers (7, 9) l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Système de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le levier entraîné (9) porte, sur sa face tournée vers l'axe de charnière (4), une came (19) qui s'engage dans une zone d'espace (16) séparée du boîtier de commande (15) présentant deux parois latérales (17, 18), l'espacement entre les parois latérales (17, 18) étant choisi de manière qu'elles limitent le mouvement de pivotement maximal prédéterminé de la came (19) et par conséquent de l'axe de charnière (4).
  7. Système de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'actionnement à levier (6) et le moteur (5) sont disposés dans un boîtier commun.
