Claims (8)
- Bougie d'allumage pour un moteur à combustion interne avec un corps de bougie d'allumage, qui présente un filet de vissage pour le vissage dans la culasse du moteur à combustion interne, une électrode centrale et une électrode de masse, qui est électriquement isolée par rapport à l'électrode centrale, un élément déformable d'étanchéité et de compensation (5), qui est disposé de telle manière qu'il soit chargé d'un couple de rotation lors du vissage du corps de bougie d'allumage, dans laquelle l'élément d'étanchéité et de compensation (5) est formé avec une géométrie telle et en une matière telle que, lors de l'application d'un couple de rotation prédéterminé, il soit chargé jusqu'à sa limite d'élasticité et que, pour un serrage ultérieur de la bougie d'allumage, sa matière arrive à l'écoulement au-dessus de la limite d'écoulement, caractérisée en ce qu'une portée hexagonale (1) est formée sur le corps de bougie d'allumage, en ce que l'électrode de masse (4) occupe une position précise déterminée et reconnaissable par rapport à l'outil de montage lors de l'application de l'outil de montage pour la bougie d'allumage sur la portée hexagonale (1).
- Bougie d'allumage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est configurée de telle manière qu'elle puisse être serrée ultérieurement d'au moins un pas de filet.
- Bougie d'allumage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité et de compensation (5) vient s'appliquer entre un rebord d'appui (6) sur le corps de bougie d'allumage et la culasse lors du vissage de la bougie d'allumage.
- Bougie d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un joint torique extérieur sur le corps de bougie d'allumage.
- Bougie d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité et de compensation (5) est réalisé sous forme annulaire.
- Bougie d'allumage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'une gorge (8) est réalisée au milieu dans la surface extérieure de l'élément d'étanchéité et de compensation annulaire (5).
- Bougie d'allumage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité et de compensation annulaire (5) présente sur sa surface intérieure un cône (10), avec lequel il est pressé sur une surface extérieure conique correspondante formée sur le corps de bougie d'allumage.
- Bougie d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la portée hexagonale (1) présente une configuration bihexagonale (9) sur une face de l'hexagone.
