Claims (16)
- Scharnier zum gelenkigen Verbinden eines ersten Faltelements und eines zweiten Faltelements einer Faltklappe oder Falttüre, die zwischen einer ein Möbelstück verschließenden Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung verstellbar ist, wobei die beiden Faltelemente in der Schließstellung in einer gleichen Ebene nebeneinander angeordnet sind und beim Überführen in die Offenstellung gegensinnige Schwenkbewegungen ausführen, indem beim Öffnen das schwenkbar mit dem Möbelstück verbundene erste Faltelement vom Möbelstück wegschwenkt und das über das Scharnier mit dem ersten Faltelement verbundene zweite Faltelement zum Möbelstück hin schwenkt, mit einem Tragarm, der mit seinem einen Endbereich am ersten Faltelement befestigbar ist und im befestigten Zustand über den dem zweiten Faltelement zugewandten Rand des ersten Faltelements übersteht, mit einem am zweiten Faltelement zu befestigenden Befestigungsteil, mit einer einerseits am anderen Endbereich des Tragarms und andererseits am Befestigungsteil angelenkten Scharnierarmanordnung und mit einer Sicherheitseinrichtung zum Vergrößern des Spaltes zwischen den beiden Faltelementen beim Schließen beim Einklemmen eines Gegenstandes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierarmanordnung von zwei Scharnierarmen (20, 21) gebildet wird, von denen ein erster Scharnierarm (20) über eine erste Scharnierachse (18) am Tragarm (11) und ein zweiter Scharnierarm (21) über eine zweite Scharnierachse (19) am Befestigungsteil (15) angelenkt ist, wobei die beiden Scharnierarme (20, 21), ausgehend von der ersten und der zweiten Scharnierachse (18, 19), bei an den Faltelementen (6, 7) befestigtem Scharnier (8) zum ersten Faltelement (6) hin gerichtet sind und an ihren der ersten und der zweiten Scharnierachse (18, 19) entgegengesetzten Enden über eine dritte Scharnierachse (22) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, und dass die Sicherheitseinrichtung ein Rastglied (24; 24a) am Tragarm (11) und ein Rastelement (25; 25a) am zweiten Scharnierarm (21) aufweist, derart, dass bei unwirksamer Sicherheitseinrichtung der zweite Scharnierarm (21) und der Tragarm (11) miteinander verrastet sind und die Verrastung durch eine beim Einklemmen eines Gegenstandes auftretende Lösekraft selbsttätig lösbar ist, so dass der zweite Scharnierarm (21) vom Tragarm (11) freikommt.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastglied (24; 24a) und/oder das Rastelement (25; 25a) elastisch nachgiebig ausgebildet oder angeordnet ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch nachgiebige Rastglied (24; 24a) und/oder Rastelement (25; 25a) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch nachgiebige Rastglied (34; 34a) oder Rastelement eine Rastkante (26) oder einen Rastschlitz (27) mit verjüngter Schlitzmündung (28) zum verrastenden Hintergreifen durch das Rastelement (25; 25a) bzw. das Rastglied aufweist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastglied (24; 24a) elastisch nachgiebig ausgebildet ist und der zweite Scharnierarm (21) eine Ausnehmung (31) aufweist, in oder an der das Rastelement (25; 25a) angeordnet ist, wobei das Rastglied (24; 24a) im mit dem Rastelement (25; 25a) verrasteten Zustand in die Ausnehmung (31) eintaucht.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastelement (25) am Umfangsrand der Ausnehmung (31) angeordnet ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastelement (25a) von einem die Ausnehmung (31) durchquerenden Raststift (32) gebildet wird.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastglied (24a) klammerartig ausgebildet ist und zwei den Rastschlitz (27) begrenzende Klammerschenkel (29, 30) bildet, zwischen denen das Rastelement (25a) verrastet.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raststift von einem Vierkantstift gebildet wird, der in einer solchen Drehlage am zweiten Scharnierarm (21) angeordnet ist, dass er beim Verrasten mit einer seiner Kanten voran zwischen die Klemmschenkel (29, 30) gelangt.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Scharnierarm (20) zwei mit Abstand zueinander verlaufende Scharnierarmschenkel (33, 34) bildet und der zweite Scharnierarm (21) eine zwischen die beiden Scharnierarmschenkel (33, 34) passende Breite aufweist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rastglied (24; 24a) zwischen den beiden Scharnierarmschenkeln (33, 34) des ersten Scharnierarms (20) hindurch hochsteht.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mit dem Tragarm (11) verrastetem zweitem Scharnierarm (21) die beiden Scharnierarme (20, 21) eine zusammengeklappte, im Wesentlichen parallel zum Tragarm (11) verlaufende Lage einnehmen.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbewegung des ersten Scharnierarms (20) in Richtung vom Tragarm (11) weg durch eine zwischen dem ersten Scharnierarm (20) und dem Tragarm (11) wirksame Anschlageinrichtung auf einen maximalen spitzen Winkel beschränkt ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Schwenkwinkel zwischen dem zweiten Scharnierarm (21) und dem Befestigungsteil (15) ein stumpfer Winkel ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (15) eine am zweiten Faltelement (7) zu befestigende Befestigungspartie (35) und eine sich von dieser im befestigten Zustand in Richtung vom dem ersten Faltelement (6) zugewandten Rand (36) des zweiten Faltelements (7) weg erstreckende armartige Verlängerungspartie (37) aufweist, an der die zweite Scharnierachse (19) angeordnet ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (15) eine im mit dem Tragarm (11) verrasteten Zustand des zweiten Scharnierarms (21) fluchtend zur Ausnehmung (31) des zweiten Scharnierarms (21) angeordnete Aussparung (38) aufweist.
