Claims (13)
- Dispositif de transport pour un ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac tiré d'une bobine (13), comportant un premier et un deuxième système de cylindres de traction (17, 30, 31), le premier système de cylindres de traction (30) étant organisé pour tirer le ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12) de la bobine (13), tandis que le deuxième système de cylindres de traction (17, 31) est, par rapport au premier système de cylindres de traction (30), disposé en aval dans le sens de la direction de transport (10) du ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12) et qu'un système de mesure (36), détectant la contrainte de traction sur le ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12), et un régulateur (25, 45) sont prévus, caractérisé en ce que le régulateur (25, 25) règle la contrainte de traction en faisant varier la force de traction agissant sur le ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12) au travers du deuxième système de cylindres de traction (17, 31).

- Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième système de cylindres de traction (17, 31) comprend un cylindre aspirant (17, 31), qui peut être entraîné en rotation dans le sens de la direction de transport (10) du ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12).

- Dispositif de transport selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la contrainte de traction est variable et ajustable.

- Procédé pour transporter un ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, d'une bobine (13) à un dispositif de coupe (31, 32), le ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12) étant tiré de la bobine (13) au moyen d'un premier système de cylindres de traction (30) et amené ensuite au dispositif de coupe (32) par un deuxième système de cylindres de traction (17, 31), la contrainte de traction du ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12) étant alors mesurée et réglée, caractérisé en ce que la contrainte de traction est engendrée par le deuxième système de cylindres de traction (14, 31) au moyen d'air aspirant, qui agit sur le ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12), le deuxième système de cylindres de traction comprenant alors un cylindre aspirant (17, 31) tournant dans le sens de la direction de transport du ruban de matériau d'enveloppement (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la contrainte de traction est réglée à une valeur moyenne constante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la contrainte de traction est réglée par l'intermédiaire de la grandeur de la pression d'air régnant dans le cylindre aspirant (17, 31).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la contrainte de traction est mesurée en amont d'une encolleuse (14).
