Abstract
Description
- lesdits moyens de repérage comportent un premier organe de repérage longitudinalement déplaçable par rapport à la semelle, et un moyen de liaison traversant une fente longitudinale dans la semelle afin de relier ledit premier organe de repérage à un deuxième organe de repérage de manière à les immobiliser l'un par rapport à l'autre dans ladite position d'utilisation déterminée de la cale ;
- ledit deuxième organe de repérage est transversalement déplaçable par rapport à la semelle ;
- le premier organe de repérage est disposé dans un évidement de la semelle et le deuxième organe de repérage est reçu dans un logement prévu sur la face supérieure de la cale ;
- ledit premier organe de repérage est monté coulissant dans le sens longitudinal de la semelle, et ledit deuxième organe de repérage comporte une rainure transversale recevant ledit moyen de liaison de manière à permettre le déplacement dudit deuxième organe de repérage dans le sens transversal de la semelle ;
- lesdits moyens de repérage - comportent un élément en T s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la semelle et portant à chaque extrémité un trou de fixation recevant un desdits moyens de fixation de la cale ;
- ledit premier organe de repérage comporte ledit élément en T monté coulissant dans le sens longitudinal de la semelle et pourvu d'un trou de fixation apte à recevoir ledit moyen de liaison desdits premier et deuxième organes de repérage, et lesdits trous traversants dans la semelle sont constitués par des fentes longitudinales disposées en regard desdits trous de fixation dans ledit élément en T ;
- ledit élément en T comporte sur sa face inférieure autour d'au moins deux des trous de fixation une protubérance respective faisant saillie dans une des fentes correspondantes de la semelle de manière à former des moyens de guidage dudit élément en T lors du déplacement longitudinal de celui-ci ;
- ledit premier organe de repérage comporte un élément monté coulissant sur l'âme de l'élément en T et pourvu d'un trou de fixation apte à recevoir ledit moyen de liaison desdits premier et deuxième organes de repérage, et ledit élément en T comporte une fente longitudinale de réception dudit moyen de liaison desdits premier et deuxième organes de repérage ;
- ledit premier organe de repérage comporte sur sa face inférieure autour dudit trou de fixation une protubérance faisant saillie dans ladite fente longitudinale de l'élément en T de manière à former un moyen de guidage dudit premier organe de repérage lors du déplacement longitudinal de celui-ci ;
- ledit premier organe de repérage comporte une paire de pattes latérales s'étendant de part et d'autre de l'âme de l'élément en T de manière à former des organes de guidage latéral ;
- ledit deuxième organe de repérage est sous forme d'une plaquette apte à être bloquée dans ledit logement sur la face supérieure de la cale par une complémentarité de formes au moins partielle entre la forme du contour de ladite plaquette et la forme intérieure dudit logement ;
- ladite plaquette comporte à son extrémité arrière une échancrure recevant une saillie dans ledit logement sur la face supérieure de la cale ;
- ladite plaquette comporte à son extrémité avant une protubérance présentant une forme apte à coopérer avec un évidement de forme correspondante dudit logement.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une semelle de chaussure de cycliste et d'une cale de retenue à fixer sous la chaussure, ces éléments comportant un dispositif de repérage de la position relative semelle-cale selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle en perspective montrant un élément en T logé dans un évidement de la semelle et comportant trois trous taraudés de fixation d'une cale, et une rainure recevant une vis du dispositif de repérage ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective correspondant à celle de la figure 2, complétée par un premier organe de repérage formant curseur sur l'âme de l'élément en T, le curseur étant pourvu d'un trou taraudé de fixation de la vis du dispositif de repérage ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective montrant une cale pourvue d'un logement de réception d'un deuxième organe de repérage présentant la forme d'une plaquette, cette plaquette étant pourvue d'une rainure transversale ;
- la figure 5A est une vue en perspective du deuxième organe de repérage de la figure 4;
- la figure 5B est une vue de dessous du deuxième organe de repérage de la figure 4 ;
- la figure 6 est une vue partielle en coupe longitudinale montrant la cale fixée sous la semelle de la chaussure et le dispositif de repérage définissant la position d'utilisation de la cale ;
- la figure 7 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une semelle de chaussure de cycliste et d'une cale de retenue à fixer sous la chaussure, ces éléments comportant un dispositif de repérage de la position relative semelle-cale selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
- la figure 8 est une vue en perspective de dessous d'un élément en T de la figure 7 ;
- la figure 9 est une vue de dessous de la semelle de chaussure avec la cale fixée sous la semelle ;
- la figure 10 correspond à la figure 9 après enlèvement de la cale avec ses vis de fixation, alors que le deuxième organe de repérage reste sur place pour définir la position d'utilisation déterminée de la cale enlevée en attente d'une nouvelle cale.
Claims (14)
- Chaussure de cycliste comportant une semelle (1) pourvue de moyens de fixation (5, 6) d'une cale de retenue (2) de la chaussure sur une pédale automatique de cycle, lesdits moyens de fixation comportant des premiers organes de fixation (5) disposés dans l'épaisseur de la semelle (1) en regard de trous traversants (7) effectués dans la semelle et permettant auxdits premiers organes de fixation (5) de coopérer avec des deuxièmes organes de fixation (6) agissant sur ladite cale (2) pour la serrer contre la semelle (1), et des moyens de positionnement (8 à 11) de la cale (2) par rapport à la semelle (1) permettant de placer la cale dans une position d'utilisation déterminée avant la fixation de celle-ci à l'aide desdits moyens de fixation (5, 6), caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un dispositif de repérage (15) comportant des moyens de repérage (3, 17; 16, 17) de ladite position d'utilisation déterminée de la cale (2) permettant la mise en place d'une autre cale similaire dans ladite position d'utilisation déterminée.
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de repérage comportent un premier organe de repérage (3; 16) longitudinalement déplaçable par rapport à la semelle (1), et un moyen de liaison (20) traversant une fente longitudinale (22) dans la semelle (1) afin de relier ledit premier organe de repérage (3; 16) à un deuxième organe de repérage (17) de manière à les immobiliser l'un par rapport à l'autre dans ladite position d'utilisation déterminée de la cale (2).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le deuxième organe de repérage (17) est transversalement déplaçable par rapport à la semelle (1).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que le premier organe de repérage (3; 16) est disposé dans un évidement (4) de la semelle (1) et le deuxième organe de repérage (17) est reçu dans un logement (18) prévu sur la face supérieure de la cale (2).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que ledit premier organe de repérage (3; 16) est monté coulissant dans le sens longitudinal de la semelle (1), et que ledit deuxième organe de repérage (17) comporte une rainure transversale (21) recevant ledit moyen de liaison (20) de manière à permettre le déplacement dudit deuxième organe de repérage (17) dans le sens transversal de la semelle (1).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de repérage (3, 17; 16, 17) comportent un élément en T (3) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la semelle (1) et portant à chaque extrémité un trou de fixation (5) recevant un desdits moyens de fixation (6) de la cale (2).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que ledit premier organe de repérage comporte ledit élément en T (3) monté coulissant dans le sens longitudinal de la semelle (1) et pourvu d'un trou de fixation (19) apte à recevoir ledit moyen de liaison (20) desdits premier et deuxième organes de repérage (3, 17), et que lesdits trous traversants (7) dans la semelle (1) sont constitués par des fentes longitudinales disposées en regard desdits trous de fixation (5) dans ledit élément en T (3).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que ledit élément en T (3) comporte sur sa face inférieure autour d'au moins deux des trous de fixation (5, 19) une protubérance respective (24) faisant saillie dans une des fentes correspondantes (7, 22) de la semelle (1) de manière à former des moyens de guidage dudit élément en T (3) lors du déplacement longitudinal de celui-ci.
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que ledit premier organe de repérage comporte un élément (16) monté coulissant sur l'âme de l'élément en T (3) et pourvu d'un trou de fixation (19) apte à recevoir ledit moyen de liaison (20) desdits premier et deuxième organes de repérage (16, 17), et que ledit élément en T (3) comporte une fente longitudinale (23) de réception dudit moyen de liaison (20) desdits premier et deuxième organes de repérage (16, 17).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que ledit premier organe de repérage (16) comporte sur sa face inférieure autour dudit trou de fixation (19) une protubérance (24) faisant saillie dans ladite fente longitudinale (23) de l'élément en T (3) de manière à former un moyen de guidage dudit premier organe de repérage (16) lors du déplacement longitudinal de celui-ci.
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée par le fait que ledit premier organe de repérage (16) comporte une paire de pattes latérales (25) s'étendant de part et d'autre de l'âme de l'élément en T (3) de manière à former des organes de guidage latéral.
- Chaussure de cycliste selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que ledit deuxième organe de repérage (17) est sous forme d'une plaquette apte à être bloquée dans ledit logement (18) sur la face supérieure de la cale (2) par une complémentarité de formes au moins partielle entre la forme du contour de ladite plaquette (17) et la forme intérieure dudit logement (18).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que ladite plaquette (17) comporte à son extrémité arrière une échancrure (26) recevant une saillie (27) dans ledit logement (18) sur la face supérieure de la cale (2).
- Chaussure de cycliste selon la revendication 11 ou 13, caractérisée par le fait que ladite plaquette (17) comporte à son extrémité avant une protubérance (28) présentant une forme apte à coopérer avec un évidement (29) de forme correspondante dudit logement (18).
