Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kompressor für gasförmige Medien, insbesondere Kältemittel, umfassend ein Gehäuse, eine im Gehäuse gelagerte Antriebswelle, mindestens eine in dem Gehäuse angeordnete und von der Antriebswelle angetriebene Verdichtereinheit und eine Ölschmiereinrichtung, mit welcher Lagerstellen der Antriebswelle, mit Schmieröl versorgbar sind.
  • Derartige Kompressoren sind aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Ein Kompressor mit der technischen Merkmalen, wie sie im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 definiert sind ist aus dem Dokument WO 00/65232A bekannt. Bei diesen besteht stets das Problem, daß bei Ausfall der Ölversörgung der Ölschmiereinrichtung der Kompressor stillgesetzt werden sollte.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Kompressor der eingangs beschriebenen Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, weiche einen dem Schmierölvorratsraum zugeordneten Sensor aufweist, und daß der Sensor derart angeordnet ist, daß er das Vorhandensein von Schmieröl in dem Schmierölvorratsraum in Höhe des Einlasses der Antriebswelle detektiert und bei Schmierölmangel den Kompressor abschaltet.
  • Der Vorteil dieser Lösung ist darin zu sehen, daß durch einen dem Schmierölvorratsraum zugeordneten Sensor direkt überwacht werden kann, ob ausreichend Schmieröl für das Schmierölkanalsystem zur Verfügung steht, so daß mit dem Sensor und der Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung unmittelbar erkennbar ist, wenn die Versorgung der Ölschmiereinrichtung nicht mehr in der gewünschten Weise funktioniert.
  • Prinzipiell wäre es denkbar, den Sensor so auszubilden, daß er einen Strom von Schmieröl in das Schmierölkanalsystem detektiert.
  • Besonders einfach und zuverlässig ist der Sensor dann auszubilden, wenn der Sensor als auf Kontakt mit Schmieröl reagierender Sensor ausgebildet ist.
  • Ein derartiger auf Kontakt mit Schmieröl reagierender Sensor kann dabei in unterschiedlichster Art und Weise ausgebildet sein.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Lösung sieht vor, diesen Sensor als optischen Sensor auszubilden, dessen Optik bei Kontakt mit Schmieröl ihre optischen Eigenschaften ändert.
  • Eine andere vorteilhafte Lösung sieht vor, den Sensor als beheiztes Thermoelement auszubilden, welches bei Kontakt mit Schmieröl gekühlt wird, sich jedoch bei nicht mehr vorhandenem Kontakt mit dem Schmieröl aufheizt.
  • Prinzipiell könnte der Sensor nur dann eingesetzt werden, wenn die betriebsbedingten instabilen Betriebszustände, bei welchen die Ölschmiereinrichtung kurzzeitig nicht funktioniert, nicht mehr auftreten.
  • In einem derartigen Fall kann dann mit dem Sensor zuverlässig festgestellt werden, ob stets Schmieröl vorhanden ist.
  • Besonders einfach läßt sich eine derartige Schmierölüberwachung auch zur Überwachung betriebsbedingter instabiler Betriebszustände dann einsetzen, wenn die Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung dann einen Schmierölmangel erkennt, wenn der dem Schmierölvorratsraum zugeordnete Sensor über einen bestimmten Zeitraum hinaus kein Schmieröl feststellt.
  • Das heißt, daß der bestimmte Zeitraum als Karenzzeit vorgegeben werden kann, während welcher die Schmierung kurzzeitig aussetzen oder zusammenbrechen darf, jedoch ein Überschreiten der Karenzzeit dazu führt, daß die Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung den Kompressor abschaltet.
  • Beispielsweise läßt sich damit die Anlaufphase des Kompressors überbrücken, bei welcher zunächst der Schmierölvorratsraum leer sein kann und die Schmierölfördereinrichtung nicht ausreichend Schmieröl in den Schmierölvorratsraum fördert. Diese Phase kann durch Festlegen eines bestimmten Zeitraums, währenddessen ein Schmierölmangel auftreten darf und der zum Abschalten des Kompressors überschritten werden muß, miteinbezogen werden, so daß dann, wenn der Schmierölmangel weniger Zeit in Anspruch nimmt als der bestimmte Zeitraum, kein Abschalten des Kompressors erfolgt.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft läßt sich die Schmierung dann überwachen, wenn der Sensor derart dem Schmierölvorratsraum zugeordnet ist, daß dieser einen festgelegten Füllstand eines Schmierölbades im Schmierölvorratsraum detektiert. Durch Aufrechterhalten eines Schmierölbades im Schmierölvorratsraum kann ausreichend Schmieröl auch für kurzzeitige Funktionslosigkeit der Schmierölfördereinrichtung zur Verfügung gestellt werden, um die Schmierung im wesentlichen stets aufrecht zu erhalten.
  • Besonders günstig ist es dabei, wenn der vom Sensor zu detektierende Füllstand des Schmierölbades im Schmierölvorratsraum derart festgelegt ist, daß dieser über dem an der Antriebswelle vorgesehenen Einlaß für Schmieröl steht, so daß an dem Einlaß stets Schmieröl frei von Luft oder Gasen aufgenommen wird.
  • Aus Gründen der konstruktiven Einfachheit ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn das Schmieröl im Schmierölvorratsraum im wesentlichen frei von Druckbeaufschlagung in den Einlaß eintritt, so daß keinerlei Maßnahmen notwendig sind, um unter Druck stehendes Schmieröl für das Schmierölkanalsystem zur Verfügung zu stellen.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist dabei das Schmierölkanalsystem derart ausgebildet, daß dieses bei rotierender Antriebswelle aufgrund der Fliehkräfte Schmieröl vom Einlaß zu den zu versorgenden Lagerstellen fördert. Somit ist es lediglich ausreichend, die Antriebswelle rotieren zu lassen, um die Lagerstellen in ausreichendem Umfang zu schmieren.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist dabei der Schmierölvorratsraum im Bereich einer Gehäusewand angeordnet, an welche die Antriebswelle angrenzt, so daß keine aufwendigen konstruktiven Maßnahmen für die Sicherstellung der Funktion der Ölschmiereinrichtung erforderlich sind.
  • Um das Schmieröl von dem Schmierölvorratsraum in einfacher Weise in das Schmierölkanalsystem eintreten zu lassen, ist der Einlaß des Schmierölkanalsystems an einer Stirnseite der Antriebswelle angeordnet, mit welcher diese an den Schmierölvorratsraum angrenzt.
  • Im Zusammenhang mit der bisherigen Erläuterung der einzelnen Ausführungsbeispiele wurde nicht näher auf die Ausbildung des Schmierölfördereinrichtung eingegangen.
  • Diese kann in unterschiedlichster Art und Weise ausgebildet sein. Beispielsweise könnte die Schmierölfördereinrichtung als eine Förderschnecke oder jede Art von Fördermittel für Schmieröl ausgebildet sein.
  • Eine besonders günstige Lösung sieht vor, daß die Schmierölfördereinrichtung ein Schleuderrad umfaßt.
  • Ein derartiges Schleuderrad läßt sich konstruktiv besonders einfach auf der Antriebswelle montieren und rotiert mit der Antriebswelle mit, wobei das Schleuderrad in den Ölsumpf im bodennahen Bereich des Gehäuses eintaucht um das Öl aus dem Ölsumpf in Bereiche oberhalb desselben zu schleudern, insbesondere an eine Wand zu schleudern, von welcher das Öl in den Schmierölvorratsraum hinein laufen kann.
  • Weitere Merkmale der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung sind Gegenstand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der zeichnerischen Darstellung eines Ausführungsbeispiels.

  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Kompressors für Kältemittel, dargestellt in Fig. 1, umfaßt ein Gehäuse 10, welches einen Motorabschnitt 12 und einen Verdichterabschnitt 14 aufweist. Das Gehäuse 10 erstreckt sich dabei in Richtung einer Längsachse 16 und ist im Bereich seines Motorabschnitts 12 mit einem Gehäusedeckel 18 und im Bereich des Verdichterabschnitts 14 mit einem Gehäusedeckel 20 verschlossen
  • In dem Verdichterabschnitt 14 sind mehrere Verdichtereinheiten 22, beispielsweise umfassend jeweils einen Zylinder 24 und einen in diesem bewegbaren Kolben 28, vorgesehen, die durch eine gemeinsame sich durch den Verdichterabschnitt 14 und den Motorabschnitt 12 erstreckende Antriebswelle 30 antreibbar sind.
  • Auf einem sich in dem Motorabschnitt 12 erstreckenden Abschnitt 32 der Antriebswelle 30 sitzt ein Rotor 34 eines als Ganzes mit 36 bezeichneten Motors und in dem Motorabschnitt 12 des Gehäuses 10 sitzt ein den Rotor umgebender Stator 38 des Motors 36, so daß der Rotor 34 unmittelbar die Antriebswelle 30 antreibt.
  • Ferner umfaßt die Antriebswelle 30 mit ihrem sich im Verdichterabschnitt 14 erstreckenden Abschnitt 40 Antriebselemente 42, beispielsweise ausgebildet in Form von Exzentern, auf welchen Pleuel 44 sitzen. Die Lagerung der Antriebswelle im Gehäuse 10 erfolgt einerseits durch einen zwischen dem Motorabschnitt 12 und dem Verdichterabschnitt 14 sitzenden an das Gehäuse 10 angeformten Lagerkörper 46, welcher die Antriebswelle 30 im Bereich eines Mittelabschnitts 48 lagert, der zwischen dem sich im Motorabschnitt 12 erstreckenden Abschnitt 32 der Antriebswelle 30 und dem im Verdichterabschnitt 14 erstreckenden Abschnitt 40 der Antriebswelle 30 liegt.
  • Ferner erfolgt die Lagerung der Antriebswelle 30 in einem weiteren endseitig der Antriebswelle 30 angeordneten Lagerkörper 50, der an den den Verdichterabschnitt 14 verschließenden Gehäusedeckel 20 angeformt ist und einen dem Gehäusedeckel 20 zugewandten Endabschnitt 52 der Antriebswelle aufnimmt.
  • Zum Schmieren des sich in dem Lagerkörper 46 drehenden Mittelabschnitts 48 und des sich in dem Lagerkörper 50 drehenden Endabschnitts 52 der Antriebswelle sowie zum Schmieren der auf den Antriebselementen 42 sitzenden Pleuel 44 ist die Antriebswelle 30 mit einem als Ganzes mit 60 bezeichneten Schmierölkanalsystem versehen, welches einen sich in axialer Richtung der Antriebswelle 30 erstreckenden zentralen Schmierölkanal 62 sowie von diesem abzweigende Stichkanäle 64 umfaßt, beispielsweise Stichkanäle 64 zur Schmierung des sich im Lagerkörper 46 drehenden Mittelabschnitts 48 der Antriebswelle 30, einen Stichkanal 66 zur Schmierung des sich in dem Lagerkörper 50 drehenden Endabschnitts 52 der Antriebswelle 30 und Stichkanäle 68 zum Schmieren der sich auf den Antriebselementen 42 sitzenden Pleuel 44.
  • Alle diese Stichkanäle 64 bis 68 haben radial gegenüber dem Zentralschmiermittelkanal 62 außen liegende Mündungsöffnungen 70, so daß bei Rotation der Antriebswelle 30 im Schmierölkanalsystem 60 vorhandenes Schmieröl in Richtung der Mündungsöffnungen 70 strömt.
  • Die Versorgung des Schmierölkanalsystems 60 erfolgt über einen Einlaß 72, der an einer dem Gehäusedeckel 20 zugewandten Stirnseite 74 des Endabschnitts 52 der Antriebswelle 30, vorzugsweise koaxial zur Antriebswelle 30 angeordnet ist. Die Stirnseite 74 der Antriebswelle 30 liegt dabei vorzugsweise auf einer dem Gehäusedeckel 20 zugewandten Seite des im Lagerkörper 50 gelagerten Endabschnitts 52 der Antriebswelle 30 und grenzt an einen Schmierölvorratsraum 80, welcher, wie in Fig. 2 und 3 vergrößert dargestellt, als Vertiefung in den Gehäusedeckel 20 auf einer dem Lagerkörper 50 zugewandten Seite eingeformt ist und zwischen einer Deckelwand 82 des Gehäusedeckels 20 und dem an diesen angeformten Lagerkörper 50 liegt, wobei sich der Schmierölvorratsraum 80 bis zu einer dem Gehäusedeckel 20 zugewandten offenen Seite des Lagerkörpers erstreckt und in diesem Bereich im wesentlichen durch die Stirnseite 74 verschlossen ist.
  • Ist der Schmierölvorratsraum 80 so weit gefüllt, daß eine Öloberfläche 84 eines Ölbades 86 über dem Einlaß 72 steht, so steht am Einlaß 72 stets genügend Schmieröl zur Verfügung, um bei rotierender Antriebswelle 30 durch das Schmierölkanalsystem 60 über den Einlaß 72 aufgenommen und zu den Mündungsöffnungen 70 aufgrund der Radialbeschleunigung in der Antriebswelle 30 geführt zu werden.
  • Zum Überwachen des in dem Schmierölvorratsraum 80 vorhandenen Schmierölbads 86 ist dem Schmierölvorratsraum 80 ein Sensor 90 zugeordnet, welcher mit einer Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung 92 zusammenwirkt, die den Motor 36 bei Schmierölmangel abschaltet.
  • Zum Erkennen eines Schmierölmangels könnte der Sensor 90 beispielsweise so ausgebildet sein, daß er den Stand der Öloberfläche 84 berührungslos überwacht.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Sensor 90 als ein Sensor ausgebildet, welcher erkennen kann, ob er in Kontakt mit Schmieröl steht oder nicht.
  • Ein derartiger Kontakt mit Schmieröl kann beispielsweise über optische Eigenschaften ermittelt werden, so daß der Sensor 90 ein optischer Sensor sein könnte.
  • Eine besonders einfache und zuverlässig arbeitende Ausführungsform sieht vor, daß der Sensor 90 in Form eines beheizten Thermoelements arbeitet, welches durch den Kontakt mit Schmieröl ständig gekühlt wird und sich somit nicht wesentlich aufheizt, jedoch bei mangelndem Kontakt mit Schmieröl sich stark aufheizt und diese Aufheizung des Sensors wird dann von der Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung 92 erfaßt.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Sensor 90 unmittelbar vor dem Einlaß 72 des zentralen Schmierölkanals 62 angeordnet und würde somit erkennen, wenn in Höhe des Einlasses 72 kein Schmieröl im Schmierölbad 86 vorhanden wäre.
  • Vorzugsweise läßt sich der Sensor 90 mit einem Gehäuse 94 in eine Gewindebohrung 96 in der Deckelwand 82 von außen einschrauben, wobei die Gewindebohrung 96 in den Schmierölvorratsraum 80 mündet, und vorzugsweise koaxial zur Antriebswelle 30 angeordnet ist.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform arbeitet die Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung 92 derart, daß sie den Motor 36 dann abschaltet, wenn der Sensor 90 länger als einen vorbestimmten Zeitraum, beispielsweise einen Zeitraum zwischen 60 und 120 Sekunden, vorzugsweise 90 Sekunden, keinen Kontakt mehr mit Schmieröl der Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung 92 meldet. Der Vorteil dieser Lösung ist darin zu sehen, daß damit bestimmte Zustände, beispielsweise ein Anlaufzustand, in dem zunächst das Schmierölbad 86 nicht vorhanden ist, oder andere kurzzeitig betriebsbedingt instabile Zustände, ohne Abschaltung des Motors 36 überbrückt werden können.
  • Da das Schmierölbad 86 im Schmierölvorratsraum 80 oberhalb eines sich in dem Gehäuse 10 nahe einem Gehäuseboden 102 bildenden Schmierölsumpfes 100 liegt, ist es erforderlich, mittels einer Schmierölfördereinrichtung 104 ständig Schmieröl aus dem Ölsumpf 100 in den Schmierölvorratsraum 80 zu fördern.
  • Eine derartige Schmierölfördereinrichtung 104 ist beispielsweise als auf der Antriebswelle 30 sitzendes und mit dieser mitdrehendes Schleuderrad 106 ausgebildet, welches in den Ölsumpf 100 eintaucht, dort Öl mitreißt und gegen eine dem Schleuderrad 106 zugewandte Innenseite 108 des Gehäusedeckels 20 wirft, welche in einem über dem Schmierölvorratsraum 80 liegenden oberen Bereich 110 Stege 112 aufweist, die das von dem Bereich 110 in Richtung des Ölsumpfes 100 ablaufende Schmieröl in den Schmierölvorratsraum 80 hineinleiten. Das Schleuderrad 106 ist so angelegt, daß bei sich mitdrehender Antriebswelle 30 das Schleuderrad 106 stets ausreichende Ölmengen in den Schmierölvorratsraum 80 fördert, aus dem dieses Schmieröl dann über das Schmierölkanalsystem 60 verteilt werden kann.

Claims (10)

  1. Kompressor für gasförmige Medien, insbesondere Kältemittel, umfassend ein Gehäuse (10),
    eine im Gehäuse (10) gelagerte Antriebswelle (30),
    mindestens eine in dem Gehäuse (10) angeordnete und von der Antriebswelle (30) angetriebene Verdichtereinheit (22),
    und eine Ölschmiereinrichtung, mit welcher Lagerstellen (48, 52, 42) der Antriebswelle (30) mit Schmleröl versorgbar sind, mit einem oberhalb eines Ölsumpfes (100) im Gehäuse (10) liegenden und mit einer Schmierölfördereinrichtung (104) aus dem Ölsumpf (100) befüllbaren Schmlerölvorratsraum (80), mit einem die Antriebswelle (30) durchsetzenden Schmierölkanalsystem (60), welches über einen an der Antriebswelle (30) vorgesehenen Einlaß (72) Schmieröl aus dem Schmleröfvorratsraum (80) aufnimmt und zu den Lagerstellen (48, 52, 42) führt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß eine Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung (92) vorgesehen ist, welche einen dem Schmierölvorratsraum (80) zugeordneten Sensor (90) aufweist, daß der Sensor (90) derart angeordnet ist, daß er das Vorhandensein von Schmieröl in dem Schmierölvorratsraum (80) in Höhe des Einlasses (72) der Antriebswelle (30) detektiert und dass die Schmierölüberwachungs einrichtung (92) bei Schmierölmangel den Kompressor abschaltet.
  2. Kompressor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (90) als auf Kontakt mit Schmieröl reagierender Sensor ausgebildet ist.
  3. Kompressor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmierölüberwachungseinrichtung (92) dann einen Schmierölmangel erkennt, wenn der dem Schmierölvorratsraum (80) zugeordnete Sensor (90) über einen bestimmten Zeitraum hinaus kein Schmieröl feststellt.
  4. Kompressor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (90) derart dem Schmierölvorratsraum (80) zugeordnet ist, daß dieser einen festgelegten Füllstand eines Schmierölbades (86) im Schmierölvorratsraum (80) detektiert.
  5. Kompressor nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vom Sensor (90) zu detektierende Füllstand des Schmierölbades (86) im Schmierölvorratsraum (80) derart festgelegt ist, daß dieser über dem an der Antriebswelle (30) vorgesehenen Einlaß (72) für Schmieröl steht.
  6. Kompressor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schmieröl im Schmierölvorratsraum (80) im wesentlichen frei von Druckbeaufschlagung in den Einlaß (72) eintritt.
  7. Kompressor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schmierölkanalsystem (60) derart ausgebildet ist, daß dieses bei rotierender Antriebswelle (30) aufgrund der Fliehkräfte Schmieröl vom Einlaß (72) zu den zu versorgenden Lagerstellen (48, 52, 42) fördert.
  8. Kompressor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schmierölvorratsraum (80) im Bereich einer Gehäusewand (82) angeordnet ist, an welche die Antriebswelle (30) angrenzt.
  9. Kompressor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlaß (72) des Schmierölkanalsystems (60) an einer Stirnseite (74) der Antriebswelle (30) angeordnet ist, mit welcher diese an den Schmierölvorratsraum (80) angrenzt.
  10. Kompressor nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmierölfördereinrichtung (104) ein Schleuderrad (106) umfaßt.
