Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen selbstklebenden Hautaufkleber sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Auftrag einer Klebemasse auf ein Trägermaterial.
Aus DE 198 05 583 ist ein Tätowierungsaufkleber, ein sogenanntes Suntattoo bekannt, das auf die Haut aufgeklebt wird. Die der Sonnenbestrahlung ausgesetzte Haut wird in den umliegenden Hautbereichen gerötet oder gebräunt, während der Tätowierungsaufkleber die Sonnenstrahlung absorbiert und so eine Rötung bzw. Bräunung der Haut verhindert. Nach Entfernen des Aufklebers findet sich der Umriß des Aufklebers auf der Haut wieder.
Aus DE 196 20 109 und DE 196 20 107 ist ein selbstklebend ausgerüstetes Trägermaterial mit einer mindestens auf einer Seite vollflächig aufgebrachten Heißschmelzselbstklebemasse bekannt. Bei dem ausgerüsteten Trägermaterial handelt es sich um einen Wundverband, der auch als Pflaster bezeichnet wird. Um bei einem porösen Trägermaterial einen geringen Klebemasseverbrauch zu erzielen, wird eine geschäumte thermoplastische Klebemasse eingesetzt.
Aus DE 42 37 252 ist es bekannt, eine Selbstklebemasse rasterpunktförmig durch Siebdruck auf ein Trägermaterial aufzubringen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Hautaufkleber bereitzustellen, der mit einfachen Mitteln hergestellt, sich leicht und ohne Irritationen von der Haut wieder entfernen läßt, und eine Vorrichtung für den Auftrag der Klebemasse zu schaffen.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch einen selbstklebenden Hautaufklebern gelöst, bei dem ein Trägermaterial auf einer Seite in einem oder mehreren Abschnitten mit einer selbstklebenden Klebemasse versehen ist. Das Trägermaterial wird vor oder nach einer Beschichtung mit der Klebemasse mit ein- oder mehrfarbigen Motiven bedruckt. Der erfindungsgemäße Hautaufkleber mit seinen Motiven wird nicht aus medizinischen Gründen getragen, sondern dient als eine Form von Hautschmuck. Der selbstklebende Hautaufkleber kann von seinem Benutzer zeitweise, insbesondere bei Großveranstaltungen, wie beispielsweise Sportereignissen, getragen werden, und anschließend leicht wieder entfernt werden. Im Gegensatz zu dem sonst üblichen direkten Bemalen auf der Haut können die Hautaufkleber leicht wieder entfernt werden.
Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls eine Vorrichtung zum Auftrag einer Klebemasse auf ein Trägermaterial. Diese Vorrichtung wird bevorzugt für den erfindungsgemäßen Hautaufkleber eingesetzt. Die Vorrichtung besitzt eine Transporteinrichtung für das Trägermaterial, die das Trägermaterial teilweise anliegend an einer Auftragswalze vorbeitransportiert. Ferner besitzt die Vorrichtung eine Antriebseinrichtung, die Auftragswalze und Transporteinrichtung zum Transport des Trägermaterials an der sich drehenden Walze vorbei antreibt. Die Auftragswalze besitzt mehrere Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme und zum Auftrag von Klebemasse auf das Trägermaterial. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Auftragswalze erfolgt also nicht ein vollflächiger Auftrag, sondern ein Auftrag lediglich in einzelnen Bereichen. Bevorzugt sind die Ausnehmungen auf der Umfangsfläche der Auftragswalze parallel zueinander und in Längsrichtung der Walze verlaufend angeordnet. Dieser Anordnung der Ausnehmungen erzeugt auf dem Trägermaterial einen strukturierten Auftrag der Klebemasse. Durch die gegenüber medizinischen Pflastern vorgesehenen reduzierten Klebefläche wird die Klebekraft reduziert und ein Abziehen des Hautaufklebers erleichtert.
Die Auftragswalze ist bevorzugt mit einem Behälter für die Klebemasse versehen. Der Behälter besitzt eine zur Auftragswalze weisende Öffnung für die Klebemasse und eine Rakel zum Verstreichen der Klebemasse auf der Auftragswalze. Über den Behälter wird die Auftragswalze gleichmäßig mit Klebemasse bestrichen, wobei die Ausnehmungen in der Auftragswalze mit Klebemasse gefüllt werden.
Die Ausnehmungen auf der Auftragswalze sind vorwiegend rund, so daß die Klebemasse auf dem Trägermaterial ebenfalls im wesentlichen auf kreisrunden Bereichen aufgetragen wird.
Für ein leichtes Be- und Entfiillen der Ausnehmungen sowie um die für die vorgesehene Klebekraft ausreichende Klebemasse auf das Trägermaterial zu bringen und ein Auseinanderlaufen der Klebemasse zu verhindern, besitzen die Ausnehmungen einen im wesentlichen kugelförmigen Grund. Hierdurch entstehen auf dem Trägermaterial erhabene Bereiche mit Klebemasse, die im Querschnitt die Form einer Kugelkappe besitzen.
Um eine Hautreizung oder -irritation vollständig zu verhindern, kann der Klebemasse vor dem Auftrag ein hautwirksamer Wirkstoff zugesetzt werden. Während der Tragedauer des Hautaufklebers verhindert der Wirkstoff eine Irritation der Haut und vermittelt ein angenehmes Tragegefiihl. Der Wirkstoff kann eine kühlende Wirkung für die Haut entfalten. Ebenfalls ist es möglich, zusätzlich oder alternativ, dem Wirkstoff Geruchsstoffe zuzusetzen. Besonders geeignete Wirkstoffe, um in die Klebemasse eingebracht zu werden, sind Menthol und/oder Zitronenextrakt.
Der erfindungsgemäße Hautaufkleber besitzt ein Trägermaterial, das auf einer Seite mit ein- oder mehrfarbigen Motiven, insbesondere mit einem Sportmotiv, bedruckt ist und rückseitig in einem oder mehreren Abschnitten mit einer Klebemasse versehen ist, und bevorzugt ein Trennpapier aufweist, das auf die Seite des Trägermaterials mit der Klebemasse aufgelegt ist. Der erfindungsgemäße Hautaufkleber dient als Hautschmuck und ist durch einen dünnen Auftrag der Klebemasse besonders hautfreundlich. Der Tragekomfort des erfindungsgemäßen Hautaufklebers wird durch die Beigabe von Wirkstoffen in die Klebemasse erhöht. Die Wirkstoffe können eine für die Haut kühlende und/oder Duft entfaltende Wirkung besitzen.
Der erfindungsgemäße Hautaufkleber wird nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert:

Fig. 1a zeigt einen Satz 10 von selbstklebenden Hautaufklebern 12. Der Satz von Hautaufklebern, auch als Skin stick up bezeichnet, besitzt beispielsweise die Maße von 10 x 6 cm oder von 39 x 39 mm, 30 x 55 mm oder 50 x 30 mm. Das Trägermaterial des Hautaufklebers kann aus Kunststoff, insbesondere einem umweltfreundlichen PVC-Material bestehen. Fig. 1b zeigt den Satz von Hautaufklebern von der Rückseite bei teilweise abgezogenem Trennpapier 14, das vor einer Verwendung des Hautaufklebers entfernt wird. Das Trennpapier 14 ist mit einer Perforation 16 versehen, sogenannte Splitliner, die ein einfaches Entfernen des Trennpapiers ermöglichen. Die Klebemasse auf der Rückseite des Hautaufklebers ist eine Polyacrylat-Masse, die in einzelnen Punkten aufgetragen ist.
Vor oder nach einem Klebeauftrag wird das Trägermaterial an seiner Rückseite mit Motiven unterschiedlichster Art bedruckt. Fig. 2 zeigt eine Auswahl von Motiven aus dem Sportbereich. Säule 18 zeigt unterschiedliche Nationalfahnen als Motive, wie sie gern vom Publikum bei Spielen der Nationalmannschaft getragen werden. Säule 20 zeigt Motive einzelner Fußballclubs, wie sie beispielsweise bei Bundesligaspielen getragen werden können. Säule 22 zeigt beispielhaft Motive, die auf einzelne sportliche Großereignisse hinweisen.
Die Motive aus der Gruppe 18 für internationale Ereignisse können insbesondere bei Olympischen Spielen, Weltmeister- und Europameisterschaften im Fußball, Leichtathletik, Handball, Schwimmen und dergleichen. Die Vereinsfarben und Embleme der Säule 20 können beispielsweise bei der Fußballbundesliga, der Champions League, dem UEFA-Pokal und dem DFB-Pokal eingesetzt werden. Für Sporteinzelmotive eignen sich die Formel 1, die Tour de France, Skispringen und der Daviscup. Insgesamt ist zu erwarten, daß bei einer Vermarktung für Sportgroßereignisse ein ganz erheblicher Absatz der Hautaufkleber erzielt werden kann. Produktionstechnisch bieten die Hautaufkleber den besonderen Vorteil, daß diese ohne große Umstellungen mit den Maschinen und Vorrichtungen zur Herstellung von medizinischen Pflastern und Klebebändern hergestellt werden können, so daß die Hautaufkleber auch zu einer besseren Auslastung entsprechender Herstellungsmaschinen führen.
Fig. 3a zeigt in einer perspektivischen Ansicht eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen der Klebemasse auf ein Trägermaterial mit einer Auftragswalze 24 und zwei Transportwalzen 26 und 28. Das Trägermaterial 30 wird über die Transportwalze 28 an der Auftragswalze 24 angelegt und anliegend bis zur Transportwalze 26 geführt. Die Drehrichtung der Walzen ist ebenso wie die Transportrichtung des Trägermaterials in Fig. 3a durch Pfeile dargestellt. Die Walzen werden über eine Steuereinrichtung (nicht dargestellt) für einen gleichmäßigen Transport des Trägermaterials gedreht.
Oberhalb der Auftragswalze 24 ist ein Trog 32 angeordnet, der eine schlitzförmige Öffnung zur Auftragswalze 24 hin besitzt. In dem Trog 32 wird die Klebemasse eingeführt und mit der Rakel 34 auf die Auftragswalze gestrichen. Die Auftragswalze 24 besitzt Ausnehmungen 36, die mit der Klebemasse gefüllt werden. Fig. 3b zeigt eine Detailansicht eines Querschnitts durch eine der Ausnehmungen 36. Der Grund 38 der Ausnehmung 36 ist zur Aufnahme der Klebemasse abgerundet.
Das die Auftragswalze 24 verlassene Trägermaterial 30 besitzt punktförmig aufgebrachte Klebebereiche 40.
Die in Fig. 3a und 3b gezeigte Auftragswalze besitzt runde Ausnehmungen, die zu einem Auftrag der Klebemasse in runden Bereichen führt. Ohne große Änderungen ist es ebenfalls möglich, die Auftragswalze mit rechteckigen, runden oder gestreiften Perforationen zu versehen, um die Klebemasse in anderen Mustern auf dem Trägermaterial zu verteilen.

Claims (11)

  1. Hautaufkleber als Hautschmuck mit einem Trägermaterial, das auf einer Seite mit einem ein- oder mehrfarbigen Motiv, insbesondere mit einem Sportmotiv, bedruckt ist und rückseitig in einem oder mehreren Abschnitten mit einer Klebemasse versehen ist.
  2. Hautaufkleber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebemasse einen hautwirksamen Wirkstoff enthält.
  3. Hautaufkleber nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebemasse einen Wirkstoff enthält, der eine kühlende Wirkung auf der Haut entfaltet.
  4. Hautaufkleber nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebemasse einen Wirkstoff enthält, der Geruchsstoffe enthält.
  5. Hautaufkleber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Klebemasse ein Trennpapier aufgelegt ist.
  6. Hautaufkleber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial aus einem Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Auftrag einer Klebemasse auf einem Trägermaterial (30), insbesondere für einen Hautaufkleber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    eine Transporteinrichtung (26, 28) für das Trägermaterial (30) vorgesehen ist, die das Trägermaterial (30) teilweise anliegend an einer Auftragswalze (24) transportiert,
    eine Antriebseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die Auftragswalze (24) und Transporteinrichtung (26, 28) zum Transport des Trägermaterials (30) an der sich drehenden Auftragswalze (24) vorbei antriebt,
    wobei die Auftragswalze (24) mehrere Ausnehmungen (36) zur Aufnahme und zum Auftrag der Klebemasse besitzt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragswalze (24) auf ihrer Umfangsfläche parallel zueinander und in Längsrichtung der Walze verlaufene Ausnehmungen (36) besitzt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Auftragswalze (24) ein Behälter (32) für die Klebemasse vorgesehen ist, der eine zur Auftragswalze weisende Öffnung für die Klebemasse und eine Rakel (34) zum Verstreichen der Klebemasse auf der Auftragswalze besitzt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (36) im wesentlichen rund sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (36) einen im wesentlichen kugelförmigen Grund (38) besitzen.
