Claims (18)
- Antrieb einer Druckeinheit (300) mit zwei zusammen wirkenden, als Übertragungszylinder (303) und Formzylinder (304) ausgeführten Druckwerkszylindern (304), wobei diese beiden Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) über Antriebsräder (386; 387) miteinander gekoppelt und gemeinsam von einem Antriebsmotor (354) mechanisch unabhängig von anderen Druckeinheiten (300) an einem der Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) angetrieben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb vom Antriebsmotor (354) über ein bzgl. eines Seitengestells (352; 353) schwenkbar gelagertes Zwischenrad (384) erfolgt, wobei die Schwenkachse für die schwenkbare Lagerung mit einer Rotationsachse (R383) des Ritzels (383) zusammen fällt, und dass der Antrieb von dem Zwischenrad (384) direkt auf das Antriebsrad (386; 387) des Druckwerkszylinders (303; 304) erfolgt, wobei dieses Zwischenrad gegenüber dem zusammenwirkenden Antriebsrad des Druckwerkszylinders (303; 304) verschwenkbar ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schwenkbar gelagerte Zwischenrad (384) bzgl. des Seitengestells (352; 353) arretierbar ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckeinheit (300) als Doppeldruckwerk (300) ausgeführt ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb vom Antriebsmotor (354) auf das Zwischenrad (384) über ein Ritzel (383) erfolgt.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse für die schwenkbare Lagerung mit einer Rotationsachse (R383) des Ritzels (383) zusammen fällt.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ritzel (383) koaxial zu einer Motorwelle des Antriebsmotors (354) angeordnet und mit dieser drehfest verbunden ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ritzel (383) koaxial zu einer über einen Riementrieb vom Antriebsmotors (354) angetriebene Riemenscheibe angeordnet und mit dieser drehfest verbunden ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem angetriebenen Zylinder (303; 304) über einen Antriebszug (386, 387) auf die übrigen drei Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) des Doppeldruckwerks (300) abgetrieben ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der angetriebene Zylinder (304) als Formzylinder (304) ausgeführt ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Farbwerk (305) mit dem angetriebenen Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) in mechanischer Antriebsverbindung (391, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396) steht.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Reibzylinder (316; 221; 324) über die Antriebsverbindung (391, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396) vom Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) her rotatorisch angetrieben ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Reibzylinder (316; 221; 324) des Farbwerkes (305) über die Antriebsverbindung (391, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396) vom Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) her rotatorisch angetrieben sind und eine als Duktorwalze (313) ausgeführte Walze (313) des Farbwerks (305) einen hiervon unabhängigen rotatorischen Antriebsmotor aufweist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Feuchtwerk (306) ohne mechanische Antriebsverbindung zum Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) durch mindestens einen eigenen Antriebsmotor (364; 365) rotatorisch angetrieben ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Tauchwalze (330) sowie ein Reibzylinder (329) des Feuchtwerkes (306) jeweils einen eigenen, mechanisch unabhängigen Antriebsmotor (364; 365) aufweisen.
- Antrieb einer Druckeinheit (300), wobei die Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) von mindestens einem Antriebsmotor (354) mechanisch unabhängig von anderen Druckeinheiten (300) angetrieben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibzylinder (316; 321; 324) des Farbwerks (305) über eine Antriebsverbindung (391, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396) vom zugeordneten Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) her angetrieben sind, während ein Reibzylinder (329) des Feuchtwerks (306) durch einen eigenen, mechanisch unabhängigen Antriebsmotor (364) rotatorisch angetrieben ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 13 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (354) des Druckwerkszylinders (303; 304) und der Antriebsmotor (364; 365) des Feuchtwerks (306) auf zwei verschiedenen Maschinenseiten angeordnet sind.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Getriebe zur Erzeugung einer axialen Changierbewegung aus der rotatorischen Bewegung auf der Maschinenseite des Antriebsmotor (354) des Druckwerkszylinders (303; 304) angeordnet ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe zur Erzeugung der axialen Changierbewegung gemeinsam mit einem Antriebszug der Druckwerkszylinder (303; 304) in einem als Schmiermittelraum ausgebildeten Hohlraum (356) auf der Antriebsseite angeordnet ist.
