wobei der Schlepper ein elektromotorisch angetriebenes Antriebsrad aufweist, welches mit einem entlang des Fahrweges gespannten Zugmittel kämmt.

Claims (8)
- Sektionaltor mit
einem mehrteiligen Torblatt (1) aus gelenkig verbundenen und in seitlichen Führungsschienen (2) geführten Paneelen (3),
einer an das Torblatt (1) angeschlossenen Gewichtsausgleichsvorrichtung (4) und
einem elektrischen Torantrieb (5) mit mindestens einem Schlepper (6), der mit Laufrollen (7) in einer der seitlichen Führungsschienen (2) geführt ist und durch eine Kupplungsstange (8) beweglich mit dem Torblatt (1) verbunden ist,
wobei der Schlepper (6) ein elektromotorisch angetriebenes Antriebsrad (10) aufweist, welches mit einem entlang des Fahrweges gespannten Zugmittel (11) kämmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der dem Schlepper (6) zugeordneten Führungsschiene (2) ein dem Schienenverlauf folgendes biegsames Rinnenprofil (12) befestigt ist, in welches das endseitig gespannte Zugmittel (11) eingelegt ist. - Sektionaltor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (2) ein C-förmiges Querschnittsprofil aufweisen, wobei ein Schenkel (13) des Profils als rinnenförmige Lauffläche ausgebildet ist und der andere Schenkel (14) eine im Abstand zur Lauffläche angeordnete Stützfläche bildet, und dass das Rinnenprofil (12) an dem die Stützfläche bildenden Schenkel (13) der Führungsschiene (2) befestigt ist.
- Sektionaltor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (2) einen vertikalen, einen bogenförmigen und einen horizontalen oder an den Verlauf einer Raumdecke angepassten Abschnitt aufweist und dass das Rinnenprofil (12) sich von dem vertikalen Abschnitt bis zum horizontalen Abschnitt erstreckt und an dem bogenförmigen Abschnitt der Führungsschiene (2) anliegt.
- Sektionaltor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsrad (10) von dem Zugmittel (11) teilweise umschlungen ist und dass der Schlepper (6) beidseits des Antriebsrades (10) Andruckrollen (15) aufweist, die auf dem Rücken des Zugmittels (11) laufen.
- Sektionaltor nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugmittel (11) aus einem Zahnriemen besteht.
- Sektionaltor nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlepper (6) eine Montageplatte (16) aufweist, an der ein Antriebskopf (9) mit Elektromotor und Antriebsrad (10) befestigt ist und an der die in der Führungsschiene laufenden Laufrollen sowie die in das Rinnenprofil (12) eingreifenden Andruckrollen (15) gelagert sind.
- Sektionaltor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungsstange (8) bogenförmig gekrümmt und seitlich zur Führungsschiene (2) versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Sektionaltor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden Seiten des Torblattes (1) Torantriebe (5) mit jeweils einem Schlepper (6) vorgesehen sind, deren Fahrbewegungen von einer zentralen Steuerung synchronisiert sind.
